What you’ll be doing:
Reporting into the Digital Marketing and Media Manager you’ll be responsible for the delivery of digital marketing and communications, website content and press.
You’ll help to directly build brand awareness and grow our fundraising and services which will transform the young lives of those with the most complex disabilities.

What you’ll need for the role:
- Knowledge of the public, charity, education or care sectors, with a focus on fundraising
- Proven experience in the delivery of marketing and communications materials
- Experience of working with website content management systems and social media management software
- A history of developing and delivering effective communications across a range of social media platforms
- Ability to write high quality marketing communications copy that is engaging, informative, interesting and has story telling at its heart
- Skilled at producing photographic and short film clip content
- A keen eye for design with a high level of creativity
- Proficient in the preparation, scheduling and engagement with social media across platforms using management dashboards
- Adept in the use of image manipulation software, email marketing systems and automation platforms
- A degree or qualification in communications is not essential but would be beneficial.
- We’re looking for a motivated and results driven marketing officer, to embrace and drive change and improvement through effective communication.

We’re looking for an ambitious fundraiser to join our Philanthropy team, capitalising on recent growth and with the chance to really make your mark. Your role is to engage influential and high-profile individuals and Trusts in the UK, connecting them to the difference they can make to thousands of men facing prostate cancer.
Providing the highest level of stewardship, you’ll ensure existing and new supporters feel valued, inspiring them to make five and six figure gifts, which will significantly improve the lives of men facing prostate cancer and their families. You’ll also harness the support of our enthusiastic and influential Trustees, Senior Volunteers and Leadership Team, involving them in ‘making the ask’, thanking, as well as attending events.

What we want from you
You’ll have a strong team ethic, along with the enthusiasm and willingness to be flexible in achieving targets and outcomes. With experience of Major Donor and/or Trust fundraising and a proven track record of achieving five and six figure gifts, you’ll have outstanding persuasion, negotiation and communication skills, along with the ability to develop strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, Trusts, Trustees and Directors.
You’ll be highly organised and adept at juggling multiple tasks and have the ability to balance management of existing donors while cultivating potential new supporters. You’ll be able to dive into the detail of individual engagement plans whilst keeping an eye on the big picture of the overall programme and how to achieve it so we can save more men’s lives.

This is an exciting opportunity to manage the press office for an organisation which in recent years has been at the forefront of some of the biggest news stories in the country, including the Covid Inquiry, ‘Partygate’ and many more.

Tender works with children and young people to prevent domestic abuse and sexual violence through creative projects. Our programmes are safe, enjoyable, age-appropriate spaces where young people can engage with sensitive topics and “rehearse” for real-life scenarios. Overall purpose
The Senior Communications Manager is responsible for developing, leading and implementing key aspects of our communications and engagement strategy. Strong copywriting is essential for this role. You will be able to write, edit, and tailor content for different audiences, and publish it across various channels, including the website, social media, emails, and marketing materials.
You will enjoy variety. Your day could involve operational planning, developing a new campaign, briefing freelancers and agencies, finding compelling stories, creating our Impact Report, speaking with journalists, working on internal communications, or drafting social media posts.
The successful candidate will have strong emotional intelligence, relationship building and negotiation skills. They will be collaborative and creative, drive projects forward, work effectively alongside the Senior Digital Marketing Manager, and bring people together across the organisation. They will provide supportive, effective management to the Communications and Campaigns Officer, and be an internal advocate for the impact our Communications and Engagement can have.

Purpose
We’re looking for someone who wants to combine their passion for social change with their commitment to digital communications. *you’ll start at our entry point salary of £35,020 per annum, increasing to £37,209 after 6 months service and satisfactory performance and to £39,398 after a further 6 months.

About this job
We’re recruiting for a Policy, Public Affairs and Campaigns Manager to join our team in Northern Ireland.
We’re looking for an enthusiastic individual with experience in shaping policy and the ability to communicate the position of the MS Society in Northern Ireland and to develop its profile to a wide range of audiences.
You’ll also act as a spokesperson for the MS Society in Northern Ireland and play an important role in developing our strategic approach to supporting people affected by MS. Helping us to ensure that our priorities align with the needs and aspirations of the MS community.
We’re looking for the successful candidate to be able to demonstrate that they understand the challenges that people with MS face. You’ll be mobilising the MS Community in Northern Ireland to make a powerful case for continued improvement in the treatment, care and support of people living with MS.
You’ll be enthusiastic and passionate about the work we do, forge strong partnerships with key stakeholders and represent the MS Society at key meetings and events in Northern Ireland.
This is a fantastic role for someone who understands the political and policy environment in Northern Ireland, enjoys taking a strategic and operational lead and enjoys leading powerful campaigns.
