The RJ Case Coordinator will be the first point of contact for non-complex referrals into the service and will manage a busy and varied case load. You will be responsible for progressing referrals including risk assessments, case reviews, liaison with referrers, police, probation, and prisons; overseeing and supporting our team of volunteer practitioners who facilitate the casework and undertaking a variety of administrative duties associated with the role.
You will be an RJ practitioner at Foundation level or above, with a varied experience of case work. Experience of working with volunteers and knowledge of Salesforce case management system is desirable.
You will be supported in your professional development, RJC registration or renewal and membership. You will have the opportunity for facilitation of case work, relevant training and continued professional development.
This position is a flexible hybrid role - working remotely from home and/or from our office premises in Camberwell, South East London - with an expectation that you will travel to team meetings and events in London several times per year and undertake in-person case work across London and the wider prison estate.

AKF(UK) Senior Partnerships Managers are part of the Global Aga Khan Foundation (AKF) Partnerships team tasked with identifying and cultivating new funding partnerships and strengthening existing ones to support our strategic goals. They engage with European, Asian and North American government and foundation donors to mobilise resources for ten multi-sector profit and not-for-profit agencies of the Aga Khan Development Network (AKDN) operating across Asia and Africa. In addition, Senior Partnership Managers are responsible for reporting and donor relations on a portfolio of select grants implementing across AKDN themes and geographies in close collaboration with field units, global teams, and our partners. This role will also include line management responsibilities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND CORE TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
Resource Mobilisation
• Support the Partnerships team to broker and cultivate new relationships and strengthen existing ones with institutional (bilateral and multilateral) and foundations donors
• Lead the development and review of concept notes and proposals (solicited and unsolicited), including logical frameworks and budgets, in close coordination with the Global Programme Team (GPT) and country teams.
• Develop and contribute to positioning pieces and communication materials (e.g. presentations, narrative overviews) to enable regular and effective engagement with donors
• When needed, provide direct hands-on support at country level in design of concept notes, proposals, and budgets and conduct donor or field visits to support discussions with new and existing donors/partners.
• Coordinate processes of contracting and negotiation, engaging relevant stakeholders, and ensuring contracts ‘get over the line’ in a timely and efficient way.
• Contribute to management systems, such as the Award Information Management System (AIMS).
Donor engagement and positioning
• Research, source relevant information, and perform analysis of market trends on new donors, peer organisations, and funding opportunities to identify potential funding and partnering matches for AKF and AKDN priorities.
• Develop positioning materials (e.g. presentations, capability statements, briefs, talking points), collaborating with communications teams to enable effective donor engagement.
• Engage with new and existing donors and partners to identify solicited and unsolicited funding opportunities.
• Guide teams to make informed, effective decisions on which opportunities to pursue (including ‘Go No-Go’ requests).
• Identify, cultivate, and pre-position with partner organisations to form or join consortia focused funding bids.
• Conduct due diligence on new partners in coordination with finance and partnerships teams.
Grants management
• Manage grants through regular coordination with relevant AKDN agencies/country units and the finance department to ensure projects are delivered on-time and on-budget. Proactively support the resolution of challenges as they arise.
• Support the preparation, review and feedback process on donor reports to ensure reports comply with donor requirements and are produced on time and to a high standard.
• Be an interface with donors and communicate on a regular basis about the implementation of on-going grants to maintain a solid relationship and to address queries or challenges effectively
Networking and building public awareness
• Participate and actively engage in relevant networking events/conferences to build awareness of AKF/AKDN with the UK and European public more broadly.
• Interface with the Communications team to identify opportunities and support the planning of events either directly targeting or planned jointly with AKF’s institutional donors (e.g., FCDO, EC).
Leadership and People Management
• Play a leadership role in the unit by setting the example of consistently high standards
• Work with the Partnerships Officers to effectively manage grants and to develop and improve quality of concept notes and proposals
• Filter the team and unit's documents ensuring improvements in standards of writing, presentation, content and context.

The WellChild Family Tree is a growing network that exists to connect families across the UK caring for a child with complex health needs with each other and with WellChild. What we are looking for:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and well organised person to join us as our Family Information Officer as part of our Family Team. Working alongside the Family Programme Team and wider Programmes Team, this role will fill a critical information gap for the families that WellChild supports and will help the charity attract new and harder to reach families into the WellChild Family Tree network.
Through becoming familiar with relevant policy and guidance for families caring for children with complex medical needs, you will be able to help identify the key issues facing our families and then curate the most relevant, up to date information from a variety of expert sources to help support them whilst also taking the lead on information projects aimed at helping families to thrive at home.
Purpose of the role:
Families thrust into a world of disability and complex care find themselves having to navigate their way through a ‘new normal’ with nowhere to go for relevant information and advice. The result leaves many unaware of their entitlements or the help that might be available. This puts many families under extreme pressure, leading to financial hardship, family breakdowns and emotional strain.
Working within the Family Team and reporting to the Family Programme Manager, this role will continue to develop and expand WellChild’s information provision. This will be achieved through research and delivery of information, tools and advice for families on subjects such as, but not limited to health, legal rights and entitlements, wellbeing and local services.
There are two key parts to this role:
■Identifying key issues/challenges:-
Work with other members of the Family Team and wider Programmes Team to listen and identify common themes and challenges being raised and discussed in the WellChild Family Tree forum; WellChild Nurse network and with other key stakeholders.
■Information Development & Delivery:-
Develop an information/content plan covering a variety of family relevant subjects, focused on the key issues/ challenges & themes raised. Delivering information in a variety of mechanisms designed to engage with families and attract new, harder to reach families.
You will also be expected to provide content for the WellChild Family Tree online forum, create and deliver family workshops based on the resources you create, and develop appropriate monitoring, evaluation, and reporting methods to demonstrate the impact of the information articles and WellChild information hub. You will also be expected to support the development and moderation of a new interactive directory of services for families. Throughout your work you will embed safeguarding processes and policies to keep families safe.
You will be able to:
■Demonstrate recent experience of producing information for vulnerable people with excellent writing and editing skills
■Demonstrate experience in generating and analysing research information
■Confidently use digital and social media channels to communicate to target audiences

YOUnited provides a single point of access for all referrals for CYP in need of support with their mental health across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough. Ormiston Families work with CYP aged 5-13 with mild to moderate mental health and emotional wellbeing needs.
The purpose of the role is to:
- Provide clinical guidance and supervision for practitioners to ensure that we offer a service that is safe, meaningful, and focused on the needs of CYP.
- Oversee a duty system that offers advice, guidance, and risk management support to those waiting for an intervention who may need more timely support, using a ‘Single Session Thinking’ approach. (Training to be provided)
- To carry a small caseload to maintain up to date practice knowledge and experience.
- Work within the YOUnited partnership to ensure CYP are receiving the right service and to embed and develop impactful services including attendance at MDT meetings.
We are seeking an experienced mental health practitioner, with clinical supervisory experience who is dedicated to improving services for CYP. Someone who can demonstrate the necessary skills and passion to help us improve the mental health and wellbeing of CYP.
Successful candidates will be required to have:
- A relevant qualification and registration with the appropriate professional body.
- A good understanding of the needs of CYP, and their families aged 5-13.
- Post-qualification experience of providing mental health and emotional wellbeing support to CYP and their Carer’s within this age group.
- Knowledge and preferable experience of the interventions offered.
- A good understanding of safeguarding and a commitment to keeping CYP safe.
You will join a supportive team working alongside the Operations Manager, Team Managers and Senior Practitioners as well as colleagues with a wide range of knowledge and experience, such as Counsellors, CWP’s and EWP’s.

HR Implementation Manager (Safeguarding Team)
Hybrid working – London offices with some travel in UK
This is a fixed term appointment for 18 months.
We are looking for an HR practitioner with proven practical experience in delivering organisational change and project management skills. Working closely with the Senior Management Group and the Director of Safeguarding, you will lead on and implement the HR processes of the new Connexional Safeguarding team structure.
Each of the Methodist Districts independently employ District Safeguarding Officers who are the first point of contact for any safeguarding concerns or queries in their area. The Methodist Church has recently adopted a plan to change its current safeguarding structures in order to create a single church safeguarding service working as part of the Connexional Team.
The HR Implementation Manager will ensure all HR processes are completed on time, in accordance with employment legislation and HR best practice. This will include reviewing existing safeguarding employment arrangements within each district, leading on and managing the HR processes to implement the new structure. This will involve undertaking an analysis of the terms and conditions of employment to enable informed decisions to be made on the areas for consultation, ensuring adherence to TUPE requirements.
You will have excellent communication skills, a strong customer focus and the ability to engage with a range of stakeholders. You will really care about putting people considerations at the centre of this change project. You will build and maintain credible and effective relationships with all stakeholders, including the most senior leaders in the Church, supporting them in ensuring a successful transition into the new structure.

Norwood is currently recruiting a full time Physical Activity Lead to join the Complimentary services team within the Ravenswood Sports and Physical Activity Team. We offer sessions for Adults with Physical and Learning Disabilities, all within a semi-rural residential village environment in Crowthorne. This role is to manage a small team to deliver the sports and physical activities provision. This involves working closely with the Physical Activity Practitioners in conjunction with other professionals when required. To deliver and plan wellbeing and physical activity programmes, in response to the needs of the people we support in the village. This can be facilitating group and 1:1 sessions, to provide a person centred service. Consisting of health walks, bike club, rebound therapy on the trampoline and guided sessions within the hydrotherapy pool.
This candidate ideally is to be qualified to deliver sports sessions, develop sports programmes and has experience of managing a team. Full training will be provided and support to fulfil the role. The Physical Activity Lead role will also include varied administrative duties such as invoicing, keeping health and safety records up to date and liaising with external service providers.
