Under the overall guidance of the Senior Programme Coordinator, the direct supervision of the National Resettlement and Complementary Pathways Officer and working in close coordination with the Head of Operations and relevant IOM missions the incumbent will coordinate the implementation, and day to day delivery of the assigned projects, support the development of project proposals and provide specialised thematic support in the area of Resettlement and Integration.
The incumbent will also liaise with relevant stakeholders on matters related to project development, implementation, and reporting, as well as represent IOM in external forums and meetings.

We are looking for an experienced Fundraising Events Co-ordinator to assist in the smooth running and successful management of our well established and growing events portfolio. Working with our dynamic events team you will be instrumental in ensuring that all World Jewish Relief events are of the highest standard and delivered with immaculate care and precision. This role is critical in ensuring that World Jewish Relief continues to grow and engage a wide-ranging audience, raising funds in support of our inspirational projects and programmes worldwide.
You will be responsible for:
- Supporting the events team in the planning, coordinating, administration and delivery of World Jewish Relief events including our flagship Annual Dinner.
- Managing and leading on the planning of smaller engagement and fundraising events both in person and online.
- Supporting and overseeing World Jewish Relief’s Young Committee by assisting with the delivery of their events and attending committee meetings
- Liaising with colleagues and partners to organise supporter Insight Trips: creating itineraries, booking transport and managing all details.
- Supporting and assisting donors who are planning events to raise funds for World Jewish Relief.
- Working with the communications team to organise World Jewish Relief’s participation at communal events and attend these events.
- Managing and leading on stewardship of World Jewish Relief runners in the London Marathon and other challenge event activities.
- Working with the fundraising and marketing team to launch and deliver a new fundraising initiative supporting World Jewish Relief's Home Repairs programmes in Ukraine.
You should have:
- Proven experience in event planning, coordination and delivery to a high standard, preferably within the non-profit sector.
- Demonstrable knowledge of event fundraising techniques and sector trends.
- Experience using a database (ideally Raiser’s Edge) to the highest level, both to record and analyse information.
- Experience in successfully managing numerous priorities at one time, meeting tight and non-negotiable deadlines.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- Excellent administrative skills, impeccable accuracy and attention to detail.
- The ability to use your own initiative, make quick and independent decisions where necessary and to work under pressure.

About the Team:
The Campaigns team leads the WaterAid Federation to drive the design and delivery of WaterAid’s major campaigns efforts to achieve SDG 6. The role specifically leads our two Global Advocacy Priorities (GAPS) across the WaterAid Federation and works in partnership with regional teams and country programs to develop national campaigns that achieve policy change in programme countries and key development actors.
About the Role:
With 10 years to achieve Agenda 2030, the SDG 6 targets on clean water, decent sanitation and good hygiene are among the furthest behind. Achieving universal, sustainable WASH will require a major mobilisation of resources, public demand and political will. The successful candidate will build campaigns that drive that public demand, playing a pivotal role in driving forward this agenda, delivering improvements in the lives of millions of the world’s poorest people.
In this role, you will:
1. Vision and direction
- Articulate a clear vision for the organisation’s campaigning; lead the organisation and the team to implement this vision and help deliver an increase in the scale and impact of WaterAid’s global influence to accelerate progress towards SDG6;
2. Global Campaign Plans
- Lead the design and implementation of WaterAid’s priority global campaigns to maximise WaterAid’s influence on global and national political debates, working in partnership with senior leaders across the organisation.
- In partnership with the Global Policy and Advocacy Director, ensure WaterAid’s campaigns and advocacy are rooted in robust evidence and credible policy analysis;
- In partnership with WaterAid’s International Affairs Director, work to strategically influence and position the organisation’s key campaign agendas in international and multilateral fora.
- In partnership with WaterAid’s senior leaders, support the development and implementation of national level campaign plans, to deliver policy and practice change in key countries, and identify opportunities to bridge between national and global campaign agendas;
- Lead the design and delivery of WaterAid’s public campaigning efforts, working with colleagues to develop the campaign creative, tactics, and public mobilisation plans.
- Work with communication colleagues to develop campaign messaging and branding.
3. Global coalition development
- Strategically position WaterAid within global civil society networks, balance leadership with support for wider movements, and identify opportunities to work with allies and influence decision makers; including utilising high level WaterAid representatives from across the Federation;
- Support regional teams to position WaterAid strategically in regional networks;
4. Communications and representation
- Strategically position WaterAid at key external events, including being able to build networks and alliances through effective public speaking, news media and social media presence; utilising high level WaterAid representatives from across the federation as appropriate.
5. Leadership and management
- As a member of the Department’s Senior Management Team, take shared responsibility for shaping both the department and WaterAid’s strategic global campaigns approach, championing a matrix style of working with teams and colleagues around the world;
- Work in partnership with the Global Director of Policy and the Global Director of International Affairs to maximise the synergies between the Policy, Campaigns and International Affairs teams, encourage a team culture of strategic collaboration and ways of working that foster the breaking down of silos;
- Line manage the two Head of Campaigns; lead the team effectively, with a strong focus on individual performance management, team cohesion and integration within both the department and the wider organisation, in accordance with the core values of WaterAid;
About You:
- A proven track record of leading successful international campaigning and advocacy initiatives, including through influencing institutions and governments, mobilising constituencies and achieving ambitious political change;
- Proven experience of mobilising the public on SDG thematic areas.
- A keen political ‘savviness’ and an awareness of the potential for achieving political change primarily, with a demonstrated track record of both insider and outsider approaches and sophisticated understanding of when and how to apply them;
- A strategic and innovative thinker with the ability to deliver tangible results. Someone who embraces complexity and uncertainty;
- A creative force, with an understanding of how to turn a strategy into a campaign.
- Experience of leading, managing and motivating others and driving change;
- The ability and credibility to represent WaterAid at senior levels and to communicate with a range of audiences, including the media, conference audiences and the general public;
- Proven experience of networking and communicating with NGOs, government officials and politicians, working with partners in Africa and/or South and South-East Asia;
- Experience working in a developing country context;
Although not essential, we also prefer you to have:
- Relevant language skills other than English (French, Spanish or Portuguese)..

About the role
The Reaching the Last Mile Africa (RLM) programme is a significant, intricate initiative spanning multiple countries and years, dedicated to eradicating onchocerciasis and lymphatic filariasis (OV and LF).
The primary objective of this position is to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the RLM programme. This will be achieved by coordinating administrative and support systems, procedures, and sub-teams essential for the programme’s management.
Principle Accountabilities
- Ensure professional support for all external NTD meetings with donors and international partners, including logistics, room bookings, agendas, slides, recording, virtual participation, and minute documentation and distribution.
- Coordinate support for regular internal RLM meetings, such as bi-weekly calls, by managing invites, agendas, and minutes.
- Assist with large-scale events organised by RLM, including drafting and sending invites, liaising with the event organisation team, and supporting agenda and materials development.
- Assemble information for presentations, communications, and reports, and manage internal document storage systems (Microsoft SharePoint and Teams).
- Support the RLM team, NTDs Directorate, and Institutional Funding Team in compiling key donor milestone reports and other programme outputs, coordinating reviews, presentation, and distribution.
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the RLM Systems Strengthening Committee, including liaising with members, scheduling meetings, preparing slides, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-up on action points.
- Provide travel support to the Executive Director, Deputy Director and SPO where requested. Accurately handle all travel arrangements, including hotel reservation, flight reservations and ticket purchases, visas and other immigration requirements

Ethiopiaid is a small charity that makes a big impact in Ethiopia. Our approach is simple, and it works. We partner with local NGOs in Ethiopia to provide the funding they need to put their programmes into action.
Our dedicated and friendly team of nine staff are based in central Bath and we are seeking someone to join us in the Partnerships team to focus on growing income from trusts and foundations, support fundraising from high-net worth individuals, and provide administration support to our CEO.
Working with the Senior Partnerships Manager and Partnerships Manager you will focus on developing our small portfolio of existing trusts and foundations as well as prospects, support with delivering excellent stewardship and engagement, and lead on prospect research to attract and secure new funders.
As part of a small energetic team, you will also contribute to the growth of income from high-net worth individuals and the delivery of wider team objectives.
