Who we are:
Founded in 1992 by a group of mental health professionals, Working Well Trust was established to address the issue of low employment rates for people who have experienced mental health issues. Since starting we have seen advances in the specialist support offered to people seeking employment and a change in cultural attitudes towards mental health.
In the last few years we have adapted this approach to work with people with Autism (ASD), people with learning difficulties, or complex issues including homelessness or addiction.
We focus on four main areas:
Employment Support – offering support that meets the individual’s needs using both the traditional stepped approach and the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) model.
Employer support – enabling the recruitment and retention of their employees.
Social Enterprises – we offer training within social enterprises for people who want to gain a new skill, increase their confidence and be part of a team.
Business and Enterprise support – providing one to one advice to clients who wish to start up or expand an enterprise.
Co-production - Working Well remains committed to the principles of the recovery model and continuously improve its services through co-production.
Overall Role Function:
· Oversight of the Enfield Employment Services ensuring their quality and effectiveness
· Management and supervision of the Team Leads
· Recruitment and training of Team Leads and employment specialists
· Data management and data quality
· Stakeholder relationships and engagement

To excel in this role you will need to have significant experience managing an IPS Employment Service, be fully trained in the IPS approach, and be confident working both independently and as part of a team.

Stoll is the lead provider of housing and support services in the Veterans sector. Founded in 1916, Stoll has provided a sanctuary to help Veterans rebuild their lives for over 100 years. The role is responsible for creating and executing excellent, high quality day-to-day internal communications across WaterAid globally. This includes coordinating the global moments content plan, managing the global digital communications channels and creating engaging content for internal campaigns.
Working closely with colleagues around the world, this is an exciting and stimulating role at the very centre of WaterAid’s global operations.
You’ll also:
- Act as central point of contact for any general enquiries into the Global Internal Communications and Engagement team.

- Create engaging content, including writing stories for our global intranet and creating visual assets, such as videos, posters and the global newsletter.

About the role
We’re looking for a Human Resources Advisor with strong experience in employee relations and policy development to join our People Team. In this role, you’ll work closely with the HR Business Partners and act as the escalation point from our People Operations Team, offering comprehensive, pragmatic people advisory services across the organisation. You’ll support colleagues and managers on a wide range of HR topics, including employee relations, recruitment, and policy improvement.
