• To provide effective programme management across the seven workstreams within LLF and manage key working relationships with members of the LLF Programme Board, the LLF Working Groups, the Faith and Order Commission, and other NCI Teams. To help us in this next phase of development, we are recruiting for a newly created position - Senior Evaluation and Data Manager. This exciting role will report to the Director of Learning and Impact and work alongside the Senior Evaluation and Research Manager. The role will have two main areas of focus. First, the role will help lead a rolling schedule of formative evaluations on activities in local sites including pre-and-post quantitative outcomes analysis. Second, the role will support local learning and high-quality implementation through harnessing the power of quantitative data.  

You will be a skilled evaluation and learning professional with strong skills in quantitative data analysis. You will also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and committed to the need for continued learning and improvement, as a basis for achieving Thrive at Five’s ambition to develop an effective and replicable place-based model for supporting early childhood development.

About the role

We are currently looking for a Custody Housing Advice Worker to be based in Prison Establishment HMP Belmarsh to support The Probation Services objective in reducing reoffending.

In this role you will be assessing clients’ housing needs and take action to prevent homelessness by;

• Supporting clients to retain existing accommodation or to relinquish tenancies to avoid accruing rent arrears and debt.
• To support clients who will be homeless on release to access appropriate accommodation.
• Working alongside The Probation Service to achieve set interventions to prevent homelessness.
• Working as part of a larger team based across 10 prisons and multiple probation office.

The post requires the successful candidate to be in prison establishments 2.5 days per week (2 full days and 1 half day).

About you

To be successful in this role you will have;

• Some experience of working with ex-offenders and people who are homeless/at risk of becoming homeless.
• The ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary, multi-agency team within the prison and probation environment and to maintain effective relationships with external agencies.
• The ability to work flexibly in a changing and often challenging environment.
• The ability to work to agreed deadlines and targets.
• The ability to cope with clients with multiple needs, who may display challenging behavior.

It is mandatory for the successful candidate to undertake and pass Prison Security Vetting at Level 1.

About the Role

The Masonic Charitable Foundation (MCF) is looking for an experienced, proactive and customer focused adviser to support the work of the wider Advice and Support team

The post holder will be responsible for the Midlands area plus other areas as required with an expectation of completing in person visits across the allocated counties.  The role therefore requires access to your own vehicle and to reliable broadband. Key responsibilities of the Charitable Purposes Committee are to:

• Review DEBRA UK’s Research & Care Strategy as it relates to research, health and community support and social policy on an ongoing basis.

Role Overview

Reporting to the Manager of The Windmill Trust, the Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the charity’s financial sustainability and growth. This role involves identifying new funding opportunities, writing and submitting grant proposals, building relationships with corporate partners and donors, and developing strategic partnerships to enhance revenue and supporter relations. Extensive networking within Cumbria is essential to source new funding opportunities and support the charity’s mission and goals.

Location

This role will involve working from our main offices in Wigton along with some travel around Cumbria. Our hybrid working model allows flexible, work from home options. You must have a full UK driving licence at the time of application with access to your own vehicle.

Our vision is a future where, regardless of economic background, children and young people have access to researched, effective therapeutic interventions to alleviate distress and ward against long term mental health issues.  We work directly with infants, children, teenagers, young people, parents and carers.  We aim to provide therapeutic support to those at risk of suffering long term effects who are least likely to have access to therapeutic professionals.

Working as a member of the Day Service and Therapy team, you will provide evidence-based, compassionate, person centred care to patients living with a life limiting condition.  You will focus on patient’s goals using empowerment, enablement, and self-management to maximise their wellbeing.

We're looking for someone who is innovative and creative and who will be able to support the rehabilitation model, helping patients to live well while adapting to changing levels of function. You will be working with patients and their families setting goals to enable people to remain as independent as possible. Working alongside 2 part-time Physiotherapist, 2 P/T Occupational therapists and 2 Rehab Assistant, you will be responsible for assessing and treating your own caseload of patients and for providing information and advice as appropriate to their families and or carers.  Your time will be split between the in-patient unit, patients’ home and day services.

You will need a minimum of 3 years post-graduate experience and be a good all-round communicator, able to deal with sensitive situations and participate in multi-disciplinary meetings. You will also need to be well-organised and thorough in order to plan your own workload and ensure the completion of comprehensive clinical records.

We are currently looking for an outstanding PA to support a visually impaired Business Analyst based in Stafford County Council. It is a support/admin role but would be ideally suited to someone with an interest in how ICT can help to transform how services are delivered.  No two days are ever the same, so we need someone who is flexible.

The role is based in Stafford but the personal assistant must be willing to travel around the county where necessary. Expected hours: 37 per week.  Monday – Friday. This role is funded by Access to Work. 

Skills and Experience

Administrative skills -  Experienced in undertaking a variety of administrative duties including handling telephone and email correspondence in a professional manner, processing documentation, maintaining information systems.
Coordinate support - Attend appropriate internal and external meetings in line with work requirements, t assist in project/workshop meetings, conducting a variety of project work activity tasks as required.
Digital skills - Experience of working with and understanding of proficiency in spreadsheet management, word document creation, power point presentations and to be able to ensure required deadlines are achieved.

• You should enable them to maintain their independence, individuality, privacy, and freedom of choice through providing the highest possible assistance and appropriate support.
• To listen to the directions and requests of the person with a disability and, wherever possible, perform support tasks/assignments that may be sensitive or confidential in accordance with their wishes.
• Ideally, you will also have knowledge of the needs of people with disability’s, empathetic and caring towards others, together with being helpful, resourceful, unflappable and have endless reserves of patience when providing visual assistants around mobility, guidance when necessary and Assistants with technology.
• Have a full driving licence, insurance and own transport. 
• Have the ability to work effectively in emergency and difficult situations.
• Be patient and supportive and a good sense of humour.
