The Finance Systems Implementation Manager will be responsible for overseeing the successful implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

This role involves working closely with various stakeholders to ensure the new system meets the charity's financial and operational needs.

Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Lead the end-to-end implementation of Business Central, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Project Leadership: Manage the planning, resource requirements, scheduling, risk management and budget control for the project, using appropriate tools and methodologies.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with finance, IT, and other departments to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives, liaising with colleagues across teams to ensure that all work is prioritised, maximising the available cross-functional resource in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
• Contractor Engagement: Manage the tender for an implementation partner and work with the implementation partner throughout the process to ensure a joined-up implementation
• System Configuration: Oversee the configuration and customization of Business Central to meet the charity's specific needs.
• Training and Support: Develop and deliver training programs for end-users and provide ongoing support during and after the implementation.
• Data Migration: Manage the migration of data from legacy systems to Business Central, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of the system to identify and resolve any issues before go-live.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and user manuals.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements post-implementation.

Salary advertised is for 35 hours per week - role offered 21 hours per week - Actual salary £34,884 - £38,556)  

Must haves:

• Proven experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar ERP systems.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Solid understanding of finance and accounting principles.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
• Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Great to haves:

• Experience in the charity sector is desirable but not essential.
• Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.

We are looking for a new team member to provide full administrative and programme support to the Employment & Careers team. The role will involve supporting the team in the day to day running of the service including the preparation of contract documentation (such as registration forms, as well as specified supporting evidence: ID proofs, Proofs of Address etc.) for submission to funding partners, uploading data spreadsheets and CMS systems, and supporting the team with promotion, outreach and engagement of our services. The team was created in order to have trained, skilled staff ready to cover gaps in service and facilitate the continued smooth running of services, proactively supporting women and children who have experienced domestic abuse.  They are required to go into different teams and quickly establish themselves and provide support in times where staff teams may be struggling.

About the Role

In all services, peri workers provide nonjudgmental, confidential, and trauma-informed support to survivors of domestic and sexual abuse. Typical tasks include risk assessment, safety planning, and working with survivors to develop individual support plans.

Peri workers have the opportunity to work in a variety of roles across Solace’s services. Working across departments offers peri workers the ability to continually develop their knowledge, casework skills, advocacy skills, multi-agency working, and ability to manage and thrive in a changing environment.

The role will involve commuting to sites across London, and although hybrid working may be available in some projects it is not possible for all. Travel is taken into consideration when confirming placements, however you should be prepared for longer commutes.

This role in certain placements will require you to work a rota including weekend hours between 8am – 8pm.

About the Role

A unique and exciting opportunity has arisen to work as a Senior Housing IDVA for Solace co-located in Waltham Forest Housing Department. As the Senior Housing IDVA you will provide immediate support for victim/survivors of abuse attending housing including carrying out risk and needs assessments, safety planning and providing short-term support and onward referral. In addition, you will act as the housing lead for Solace in Waltham Forest, providing advice and guidance to Solace staff and Waltham Forest housing professionals.

The Senior Housing IDVA will also hold line management responsibility. The Senior Housing IDVA will hold a small caseload of cases with complex housing issues for short-term support.

You will be working as part of a multidisciplinary team and collaborating with external agencies in your work.

About You

We are seeking highly organised, self-driven individuals who are passionate about ending violence against women and girls (VAWG) and homelessness. Applicants should have a proactive attitude and a strong commitment to Solace’s feminist approach in supporting women and their children toward safety. Training and support will be provided as needed for this role.

The ideal candidates should possess in-depth knowledge of domestic abuse and its impact on women and children, along with significant experience providing both emotional and practical support to survivors of violence against women and girls (VAWG). A strong understanding of housing options and related legislation is essential, as is holding a relevant qualification in VAWG or being willing to complete accredited training.

About the Service

Great opportunity to make a difference for your patients with experience of domestic violence and abuse.  We are looking for a local, practising clinician (ideally a GP) with an interest in domestic violence and abuse (DVA) to become the Clinical Lead (CL) for the IRIS Programme in [name of IRIS area].  IRIS is an evidence-based domestic abuse training and referral programme developed specifically for general practice, currently being delivered across 30+ areas of England and Wales. 

About the Role

1 person with at least 3 available days and flexibility with those days or 2 part time clinicians sharing the role, but available on different days to each other so we can offer many options to general practices for training days.

The Iris CL post will be working with up to 50 GP Practices across that locality. The successful candidate will be required to attend the three day (remote) IRIS Train the Trainers course.

About You

We are looking for part time practicing clinicians with extensive knowledge of local needs and with links to local primary health care staff. The IRIS Clinical Lead role involves working closely with a specialist in domestic violence and abuse to promote the IRIS programme across the area, recruit practices, deliver in-house training at the practices, and act as a source of advice, guidance and support for clinical colleagues on the subject of DVA. The IRIS Clinical Lead will have an understanding of the gendered nature of violence and abuse, and of the impact of multiple, intersecting oppressions (e.g. sexism, racism, homophobia, ableism, etc) and the consequent barriers for some survivors of domestic abuse to accessing health and other services.

The role requires approximately 105 – 126 hours of time in this the first (set-up) year and approximately 46 – 65 hours in the second and subsequent years, at an hourly rate of £80  an hour. Please note that the number of hours required will not be evenly spread across the year, so a degree of flexibility will be required. Therefore, we are looking for people with flexibility in their time to be available to receive the IRIS training for trainers, attend local steering group meetings and promote and engage practices, especially early on in the programme. A large proportion of time will then be spent delivering the IRIS clinical training to local general practice teams. We do have funding for [insert number of months] months and this is a fixed envelope of funding for the role.

2makeit helps rehabilitate prisoners and ex-prisoners by offering them creative expression through programmes using music and the arts, mentoring, advice and guidance.

This part-time, maternity cover role co-ordinating the growth of 2makeit’s work supporting the rehabilitation of offenders in the community is home-based with travel around London and the South East and involves:

· Liaison with prisons, probation and other agencies

· Responsibility for a small caseload of service users

· Maintenance of a robust record-keeping and evaluation system

· Management and development of projects in the community.

We are looking for:

· Knowledge of current policy and practice in criminal justice, the arts and outreach or support to marginalised people

· Experience of working in the criminal justice and/or charity sector
