The Churches Conservation Trust (CCT) is the national charity caring for historic churches at risk. As the operator of the third largest heritage estate in charitable ownership in the UK, our 356 historic churches include examples of irreplaceable architecture, archaeology and art from 1,000 years of English history.
CCT has an international award-winning reputation in heritage conservation and regeneration. All churches in our care are listed, mostly Grade I and II*, and some are Scheduled Ancient Monuments.
Without our care, these buildings might have disappeared entirely. Instead, they are enjoyed as social, tourism, educational and cultural resources, kept open, in use, and living once again in the heart of their communities.
The National Office Administrator will support the organisation from our National Office. The role will initially be based in our temporary office space in Northampton, moving to the new National Head Office in Northampton on opening, expected calendar quarter 1 2025, providing key administrative support to central teams, including:

This support will enable teams to undertake their tasks effectively, efficiently, and promote a quality experience for our supporters. The successful candidate will have experience of leading service design and innovation, developing user journeys and will have a good understanding of co-design and co-production principles. THE ROLE
This role has a central part to play in the excellent stewardship of our community, which sits at the heart of all we do. We are a public-facing team and the postholder will be the first point of contact for enquiries within our office and therefore requires good interpersonal and communication skills.

The role
We are seeking an exceptional Associate Director of Programme and Impact to join the Centre for Early Childhood senior leadership team. Reporting to the Centre’s Executive Director, and working closely with Royal Foundation and Kensington Palace teams, you will play a key role in designing and implementing our ambitious programme of work to drive action on the extraordinary impact of early childhood.

About this key role
As our Accommodation Adviser, you will complete an Initial Needs Assessment (INA) with each service user using a strength-based approached within agreed contractual timeframes, before assessing need and risk, alert to changes that could indicate change in risk or serious harm, including personal safety and safeguarding.
You will contribute to the design and delivery of an effective and solution-focused accommodation plan and advise and support service users to achieve successful outcomes utilising your specialist housing knowledge and a comprehensive understanding of accommodation and local service provision. The Role of our Shop Managers
Commercially aware and constantly looking for new business opportunities, shop managers motivate their teams and create a safe and energised work environment. They have high standards, a strong drive to achieve results and are accountable for their business.
The role of the shop manager is empowered, varied, busy and gives the opportunity to work with some amazing people. Shop managers are pivotal for the success of our business and can make a real difference. Oxfam operates a volunteer operating model, in which volunteers are empowered to take over most of the tasks within the shop, including running the shop in the manager’s absence.
Often the only paid member of staff, our managers are comfortable in this environment, really enjoy working with others and are great at delegating to their teams. Excellent communicators, they are creative, and always look for opportunities to attract new supporters every day.
Please note: This role requires weekend working.

The St Mungo’s Pan London Rough Sleeping Teams provide a rapid response service, intervening to ensure no one needs to sleep rough. We are currently looking for people to join our teams as Night Reconnection and Night Assessment Workers in our services. In these roles you will:

Work as part of a busy team environment working closely with those affected by rough sleeping.

Provide a safe and supportive environment at night to clients; and support a team of Assessment and Reconnection Workers, with key tasks; such as implementing reconnection or assessment plans and supporting clients into appropriate accommodation.

Work on a 7 day weekly night rota pattern with an average of 3 waking night shifts in a row (for example 8pm–8.30am or 9pm–8am)
About you

Are you a digital marketer who has experience of generating income through digital channels in a previous role, looking for an opportunity to grow and develop? I have a very exciting role as Digital Fundraising and Marketing Lead with a community led, health and social care charity in North West London.
Working across a range of digital channels, working closely with strategic communications teams, you will engage both existing and new audiences, converting them into donors. Reporting to the Senior Digital Marketing Manager, you will support in executing digital fundraising and marketing strategies and play a key role in maintaining the integrity of the brand.
I would love to hear from candidates with charity sector experience (or a desire to move into the sector) who can write compelling content for various digital platforms, understanding how to tailor messaging to different audiences and channels.
Your experience:
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including email marketing software, social media management tools, and website content management systems.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tactics, including email marketing, social media marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), content marketing, and online advertising (such as Google Ads or Facebook Ads). Knowledge of how to leverage these channels effectively to engage audiences and drive action is crucial
- Proficiency in analysing data and metrics to evaluate the performance of fundraising and marketing campaigns.
Salary £30,000- £40,000 (experience dependent). Free lunches in the office, and 2pm Friday finish 6 months of the year.
Hybrid- Office based in North West London, 2 days a week in the office, 3 days from home.
