We have developed a model of engagement, Transform Group and Individual Mentoring (TGIM), that puts interaction at the heart – not simply providing activities but ensuring that there are sufficient adults around to engage the young person in conversation and the chance to express worries, self-doubt and concerns.
All our workers are drawn from the local community and many have been beneficiaries of Superkidz themselves. Most have lived experience of the issues facing our young people.
