This is a role that will sit within our new Psychology and Therapy Hub Team (PATH), designing, developing and delivering interventions across the UK to vulnerable families, including adopted young people, their parents and carers and to adopted adults. The postholder will provide significant input to the development and delivery of the Sensory Pathway and will also provide input to others areas of service delivery within PATH.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• To develop our therapeutic offer specifically incorporating their expertise as an Occupational Therapist with extensive experience and knowledge around sensory processes, in sensory processing assessment and interventionto local authorities and RAAs
• To support our referral process and link with funders
• To carry own caseload of families / young people referred to PATH
• Facilitating reflective groups for PATH families

The responsibility for the EUYO’s statutory public funding from EU, EU member state and local and regional public institutions will continue to be held by the Executive & Artistic Director and the Head of Executive & Finance.
In order to assist this process, the last year 18 months have been used by the Orchestra to create and put in place new development processes and initial donors, including utilising a skilled volunteer Board level fundraising committee, setting up a cross border tax incentive scheme, creating a new bespoke CRM integrated with the Orchestra’s database, creating a new website support area, initiating new patrons and individuals programmes and the base strategy for a new alumni programme, and recruiting new initial corporate donors. Now, with all of these processes and achievements in place, the EUYO seeks a dynamic entrepreneurial fundraiser to help deliver the Orchestra’s exciting future programme, and over time, to grow a fundraising team as income generation builds.
Purpose of role

Reporting to the Executive and Artistic Director, this role will suit a dynamic, ambitious, collegiate and entrepreneurial individual. Working in close collaboration with colleagues, you will be responsible for shaping the nature of the EUYO’s fundraising. - Continued delivery of the organisation’s fundraising strategy, alongside the opportunity to also develop, rethink and remould it, all in consultation with the Executive and Artistic Director and with the support of our Fundraising Committee, Board, Advisory Council and key stakeholders across the EU.
- Build on EUYO’s compelling case for support and identify specific projects which align with the EUYO’s strategic plan, and which demonstrate the difference that philanthropy will make in delivering on the mission.
- Work with the Executive and Artistic Director and the Head of Communications and Advocacy to ensure together a cohesive integrated public facing language for the organisation in its communications, balancing the needs of different audiences
- Sustain a range of giving programmes: membership, appeals and major giving opportunities which appeal to donors and can be delivered with available resources.
- Ensure systems for renewal of current supporters and developing a pipeline of future donors, which includes a range of corporates, individuals, and trusts and foundations.
- Work with the Fundraising Committee to develop annual appeals and create a strategic plan for the 50th Anniversary Appeal.
- Work with the finance team to analyse the effectiveness of different fundraising initiatives, manage budgets and support financial reporting.
- Co-ordinate monitoring, evaluation and reporting for all non-funded projects, with EUYO colleagues.

Governance and finance
- Keep up to date with changes in fundraising regulation and ensure implementation where required.

- Regularly review the Fundraising Policy and associated policies.
- Ensure appropriate fundraising due diligence is completed when appropriate.

Corporate giving
- Develop a healthy prospect list of companies, both nationally and internationally.

- Explore the potential of corporate membership and, if implemented, administer and service the Corporate Membership Scheme, maintaining close relationships with the members’ nominated contacts, circulating information, and ensuring that members enjoy the full extent of the benefits.

Trusts and foundations

Profile

- 5-10 years’ experience in fundraising within the arts and cultural sector.

This is an exciting opportunity to work at the interface of research, farming and policy working as part of the GFM team to support the development of the GFM framework and its application on farm, in the food supply chain, for education and learning, policy and finance.
Reporting to the Head of Research of the SFT, you will join the GFM team responsible for a wide range of trials, in the UK and internationally. These include Defra Elms pilots, farm cluster groups, supply chain trials, and international trials delivered as partners of Regen10. Our trials test the application of the framework and the use of the GFM by other stakeholders.
You will work collaboratively with the trials team managers supporting the design, evaluation and timely delivery of trials. You will lead the quantitative and qualitative analysis of results and the design and reporting of feedback from participants, working with project partners, our trials team, and the wider SFT team to achieve and communicate outcomes. You will provide technical support to the team for the current GFM assessment and work with them and other project partners on the continuing development of sustainability assessments and data collection methodologies for application nationally and internationally.
The postholder will also have the opportunity to contribute to related work on the conceptual development and application of the framework in different contexts.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the team of trials managers responsible for a wide range of GFM trials, in the UK and internationally.
- Lead on the quantitative and qualitative analysis and interpretation of results and the design and reporting of feedbacfrom participants.
- Support the reporting and communication of results, leading the writing of key reports for stakeholders as needed.
- Contribute to the development and delivery of assessments used for the trials nationally and internationally - providing technical support including around data management, cleaning and extraction.
- Support the design and facilitation of workshops for trial farmers and farm advisors.
- Support the team to deliver their trials and meet trial deadlines, whilst sharing best practice and learnings across the team to build on the skills and strengths of the team across all trials.

The Fundraiser will play a key role in raising funds and awareness for the Friends of Bereaved Families Forum, a UK charity established to support the work of the Parents' Circle in Israel and Palestine.
This individual will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive fundraising strategies, cultivating donor relationships, and ensuring the sustainability and growth of our programs. KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Fundraiaser will work in close consultation with the Chair, Trustees and with members of the Steering Committee in carrying out the following tasks and responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy aligned with the organization's goals. Develop strategies to expand, enhance and cultivate the current donor base. Set targets for fundraising and report against targets.

Our partner is a leading environmental organisation with impactful programmes in PNG. They are seeking a Finance Director to oversee the finance function; provide strategic analysis and advisory support; and to lead through succession planning and capacity strengthening within the country office.
Responsibilities
- Financial oversight of the programme – this includes ensuring that there is a strong control environment across the HQ and regional offices, that policies and guidelines are properly understood and implemented, properly manage and account for income, and monitor banking, cash and cash advances and expenditure.
- Prepare and submit the annual accounts & statutory returns, ensuring that these are compliant with local laws and requirements.
- Financial management – creation and review of the organisational budget, oversee the monthly close and reconciliations, and prepare financial & KPI reports, and cashflow management.
- Grants compliance, management and reporting – supporting in budget creation for new grants proposals, monitoring expenditure versus grants income, ensuring that all project finance activities are compliant with grants requirements, providing financial oversight to sub-grantees, and preparing donor/grants reports.
- Undertaking due diligence on, and overseeing compliance and reporting from sub-grantees, supporting them with capacity building as required..
- Lead in the preparation of donor and other local audits, ensuring that the organisation is tax & legally compliant to the regulations in PNG.

Requirements
- A bachelors degree in accounting or finance; additionally an MBA or an accounting qualification is strongly preferred.
- Senior finance professional with at least five years of experience of leading the country finance function of a charity that is complex, both in terms of projects, but also portfolio of funding. Previous experience of working in a complex environment such as PNG is desirable.
- Willing to be hands on, alongside offering strategic advisory support.
- Strong technical accounting, financial management, reporting and grants compliance, management and reporting experience.
- Significant experience in the compliance and management of grants from institutional donors, including the US and European governments.
