Location:We work from home with regular travel to members schools – as such a full driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential.Due to the location of our members, we are specifically looking for candidates located in Birmingham, London (within the M25), and Manchester.
About the role: as School Membership Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to combine flexible working from home with hands-on delivery of impactful programmes in schools, supporting our members.
Key to this role is ensuring that schools are actively engaged with us, guiding and helping them to make the most of their membership with Future First. You will support a portfolio of member schools remotely, working 3-4 days per week from home. This gives you a great opportunity to build meaningful relationships with new and existing members.
We envisage 1-2 days per week delivering in-person support across our network of member schools – and although we will always try to minimise travel, the geographic breadth of our reach, means that there will, on occasion, be longer days and overnight stays.
Duties and responsibilities
- Build and maintain effective and proactive relationships with member schools
- Working closely with key contacts to plan and deliver impactful school workshops
- Work with colleagues to support delivery with employer partners
- Grow our membership with effective and impactful sales
- Contribute to our growth strategy
- Be part of an effective, small team
We are seeking someone who is organised, great at managing relationships and confident in delivering workshops to young people in schools. You will have some experience of CRMs, a full driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Day One Trauma Support is the only charity supporting all major trauma patients, regardless of their type of injury. A catastrophic event can change everything. Every year, across England and Wales, there are 20,000 major trauma cases and 16,000 deaths following injury. 30% of major trauma patients acquire a physical disability, and there is a 40% increased chance of mental health difficulties following major traumatic injury.
We are looking for a Data Officer to improve the use of data at Day One Trauma Support. If you would like to be part of a team that manages data to aid strategic decision making and evaluate impact, this could be the role for you!
The Role
This role will help the charity with data management of Services to provide the best support and service for people affected by catastrophic injury. Main duties will include:
- Ensuring data is accurate, relevant and kept securely and confidentially.
- Developing expertise in the charity’s database, guiding and training others in consistent use.
- Providing insightful data analysis and regular reports to aid strategic decision-making.
- Compiling surveys to capture, analyse and review feedback followed by presenting findings.
- Utilising data collection tools to measure, evaluate and communicate the charities impact.
The Person
We are looking for someone with experience of managing databases and CRM systems. You should be able to interpret and analyse data to present findings clearly and make recommendations via reports and presentations. You will be working with confidential and sensitive data, therefore a knowledge and understanding of relevant policies, processes and compliance is compulsory.

As Global Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Officer, you will support PEAS country level MEL teams in fulfilling their learning objectives in relation to delivering our school improvement technical assistance programme to non-PEAS partner schools. The MEL Officer will be part of the Global Technical Team, and will contribute to the team’s primary objectives to boost the efficacy and impact of the organisation's initiatives across Uganda, Zambia, and Ghana.
We are looking for an individual with significant MEL experience, ideally in relation to education programmes in low resource settings of Uganda, Zambia, and/or Ghana. Experience in fulfilling institutional donor requirements is desirable, ideally to include USAID and/or FCDO.
To be successful in this role you will have strong communication skills, demonstrating the ability to guide, motivate and support members of the wider global MEL team. You will be highly experienced in working with data, and have strong data analysis skills. You will be part of a hard-working, growing and highly effective team who support one another to achieve impact.
