Working for a small , resident led , community organisation your role will be to develop and deliver a range of projects and activities for local residents . You will have experience of similar work in a community setting and be responsible for managing an existing portfolio of projects and staff . You will work to develop partnerships with a range of local organisations , both statutory and voluntary , with a view to deleloping new projects and representing resident's interests . You will also undertake some fundraising and deputise for the Chief Executive as required.

About the role
As an Engagement and Assessment Worker, you’ll be part of Crisis Skylight Croydon’s exceptional Engagement and Assessment Team, providing a high quality, non-judgemental and safe service to individuals who approach Crisis Croydon including some of the most excluded, vulnerable people in the borough. The Engagement and Assessment Advisors are the first point of contact for a range of enquiries from people who are experiencing homelessness for the first time, individuals with complex and multiple needs, visitors, volunteers and supporters. You will be providing information about Crisis services, delivering a high-quality triage and assessment service and offering Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) on local homelessness and other related services. As well as managing a small caseload.
Crisis uses a case management approach, and the successful candidate will be expected to attend case management meetings as well as reflective practice and full team meetings. You will also be expected to work collaboratively with external partners and Crisis Skylight Croydon’s Progression and Learning Teams.
About you
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Experience of working with homeless or other vulnerable groups and understanding of the importance of respecting confidentiality, showing empathy and sensitivity, and working in a boundried way.
- Experience of working in a Psychologically Informed Environment and in a way that ensures that members with all levels of need can access the service
- Customer service experience with a commitment to delivering the highest standard of customer care

The Downs Malvern are looking to recruit multiple Nursery Practitioners to be part of our brand new Mini Malvern Nursery for children aged 6 months and up.
The nursery comprises three bright, modern classrooms and two outdoor gardens with adventure play areas, in addition to accessing The Downs Malvern’s beautiful 55-acre site, including a Forest School and a smallholding with pigs, quail, chickens, and sheep.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our youngest children and will work closely with the Nursery Manager to ensure the Nursery provision remains at a consistently high standard. You will have a deep knowledge of Early Years Education and a willingness to nurture and support children in their early development.
This role is on a full time basis, 40 hours per week. Mini Malvern is open from 8 am to 6 pm, 49 weeks a year. We close for bank holidays, as well as one week at Easter, one week in August, and one week at Christmas.

The Foundation of Nursing Studies (FoNS) is a charitable organisation that works across health and social care, UK-wide. For over three decades FoNS has supported nurses and midwives, and their teams to transform their ways of working towards care, practice and culture that is person-centred.
Purpose of the role
Co-production in terms of design, delivery and evaluation is fundamental to the programme, and so we are looking for a person with direct lived experience of MHLDA inpatient services to join the FoNS team and to lead on co-production, bringing a lived experience lens to our team.
As an organisation we recognise that FoNS is at the start of our co-production journey. So, whilst the primary focus of the role is leading the co-production element of the mental health programme, working closely with the programme lead, a secondary purpose is supporting the development of co-production throughout the organisation.
Responsibilities will primarily consist of:
· Working as part of the FoNS Leadership Team for the FoNS Ward Manager Programme including attending relevant meetings with NHS England
· Playing a leading role and taking operational responsibility for co-production within the FoNS Ward Manager Programme. This includes meaningful engagement of persons with lived experience of mental health, learning disabilities and autism, families and carers, and staff throughout programme design, delivery, governance and evaluation
· Working as a part of the FoNS team, bringing a lived experience lens to support, promote and develop co-production across the organisation
· Understanding lived experience from a range of sources ensuring a broad demographic is represented and feed this into the FoNS team and co-production work
· Visibly advocating for lived experience involvement for FoNS
· Contributing to the ongoing development and lived reality of the FoNS’ ways of working

A picture of day-to-day working might include:

Purpose of the role
As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will hold a pivotal position within our team, providing essential support to the CEO. Your primary purpose is to offer high-level strategic assistance, allowing our senior leaders to concentrate fully on steering the organisation towards its mission and vision. Duties and responsibilities
1. Actively support the CEO with day-to-day administrative support including proactive diary management, assembling and preparing papers required by the CEO to attend meetings, prepare reports, or reply to requests for information.
2. Co-ordinate and organise meetings including board of directors' meetings, conferences, both in person and virtually. Prepare meeting agendas, minute taking and maintaining action logs.
3. Actively collaborate with the CEO and senior leadership to create engaging presentations and materials for internal and external meetings, ensuring content is well-structured and visually appealing.
4. Actively organise and maintain critical data, documents, and records, implementing a structured filing system for easy access and retrieval.

Derby Family Drug and Alcohol Safeguarding Service specializes in working with parents, families, and young people across a range of home and community settings supporting parents to build insight into the impact of parental substance misuse whilst developing safety and risk management strategies to minimize risk to the wider family. The support package includes person-centered 1:1 intervention as well as peer groups, YP activities, and educational parenting courses.
Right now, we’re looking for an energetic, self-confident and flexible individual to develop and implement a participation plan and co-production and support the delivery of a volunteer programme across the service. Among your challenges will be the need to ensure general service user participation and empowerment is implemented across the service to help adults and young people who use it have input into service delivery decision making and development. You’ll also be responsible for supporting the recruitment, placement and retention of volunteers. And, when it comes to creating a strategy for obtaining service user feedback or playing your part in wider organisational forums and groups, again, we will count on you to deliver.
