You'll build on recent successful award-winning partnerships with Marsh McLennan, TalkTalk and our highly successful Employ Autism programme, leading the team to secure and deliver new corporate partnerships. You'll oversee the delivery of corporate partnerships, producing and executing a strategy for growth, whilst ensuring our delivery plans are achievable.
You'll oversee new business activity, playing a leading role in high value solicitations to secure new corporate partnerships that deliver both strategic and cash value. You'll manage the corporate partnerships team to achieve the overall strategy, monitoring performance against clear objectives.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Proven experience of securing high-value, strategic corporate partnerships that deliver commercial value to companies.
- Proven experience of developing and implementing annual strategies and plans.
- An understanding of trends and developments across the commercial sector and experience of applying these to successful corporate partnerships.
- Experience of management of staff.

About the role
As we embark on a new ten-year strategy, this is a unique opportunity to lead the development of a radical and ambitious approach to partnerships with businesses, building on the successful partnerships we have with Lloyds Banking Group, Specsavers, Taylor Wimpey, Berkeley Homes and many more.
This pivotal role will lead the development of a corporate and commercial engagement strategy across Crisis, growing and deepening our portfolio of corporate partners, broadening their support for our organisation and our cause, and inspiring them to act within their businesses. The role also involves leading the continued development of our fundraising and partnerships outside of London, creating a national support network to end homelessness.
While the role is directly responsible for strategic and corporate partnerships, the post holder will lead across the charity, ensuring a joined-up approach across retail, service delivery (including Crisis at Christmas), brand partnerships, venture philanthropy, investments, and innovation.
The role also involves membership of the Brand, Marketing & Fundraising senior team and the organisation’s Senior Leadership Group, where it plays an important organisation-wide leadership role. Additional investment has recently been made in the team, and senior leadership and the Board have committed to supporting its success.

About the organisation
Look Good Feel Better is a national cancer charity devoted to delivering workshops that help people living with a cancer diagnosis to cope with the physical and emotional side effects of their treatment. Delivered by trained volunteers from the beauty industry, the free workshops offer practical advice about changes to skin and hair as well as supporting body confidence and well-being. Delivered in person at Cancer Care Centres and Hospitals across the UK as well as online, the workshops offer an invaluable opportunity to meet people in similar situations in a safe and inclusive space.
The Role
The charity is now embarking on a significant growth plan which will see a trebling in the number of beneficiaries supported (from 10,000 to 30,000 within four years). To allow the charity to deliver this plan, they are making substantial investment into the fundraising and communications team, this new role will be instrumental in assisting with the ambitious income growth. By 2028 the income should be reaching 3 million pounds.
Although you will be seeking to increase all areas of income, however, initially this role will focus on the management and development of the individual fundraising (regular giving, lottery, individual fundraising initiatives, digital fundraising, legacy, e-commerce, event and challenge event fundraising) and trust and foundation income streams. The Head of Fundraising will also assist and deputise for the Director of Fundraising and Communications in the day to day management of corporate fundraising.

The Miscarriage Association is a national charity dedicated to providing support and information to anyone affected by the loss of a baby in pregnancy. We also raise awareness of the impact of loss, advocate for those affected and challenge the taboos that can make miscarriage a lonely as well as distressing experience.

The Architectural Heritage Fund (AHF) is currently seeking a Head of Grants. Reporting to the Director of Programmes and Deputy CEO, you will be responsible for overseeing the AHF’s core grant-funded programmes across the UK, including managing the four Development Managers for England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, leading on assessment, monitoring and reporting against all grants awarded through these programmes, and participating in decision making around grant awards.

About the role:
The Head of Centre Operations is responsible for delivering the Trust’s strategic aims through a team of over ninety employees, as well as a significant number of volunteers across the organisations five rescue and re-homing centres and remote supporter groups.
This is a ‘hands-on’ role, the Head of Operations will plan, lead and consistently deliver in the charity’s rescue, rehoming and preventative work; maintaining high standards of animal welfare and customer service at all times.
About you:
The ideal person for this role will have a strong track record of management and leading teams across multiple site locations, you will also have experience in the following:
- A strong focus on coaching and a history of employee development
- An excellent verbal and written communicator
- Confident in using IT in the workplace, particularly Microsoft word, excel and presentations
- Experience in managing diverse operations across multi-site locations.
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects and workflows simultaneously
- The ability to influence organisational strategy as part of the senior team
- An empathy with animal welfare
- A driving license
Although not essential, experience within the animal welfare sector would be beneficial for this role.

Who are we looking for?
Ideal candidates will possess significant experience of working in press/communications roles focused on UK politics/media institutions. You will have a proven and extensive track record of securing coverage in mainstream print and/or broadcast media, including generating stories from scratch. Your skill set will contain strong capabilities in analysing and understanding the motivations and agendas of media actors and the factors influencing them is required for this role. You will possess excellent written and verbal communications skills, with experience of translating complex topics into engaging content and tailoring messaging and copy to different audiences. You will also have experience of developing and delivering successful strategic communications plans based on audience insights which respect the target audience perspectives. A good understanding of the UK economic policy landscape would be a bonus to have however this is not essential for the role.
