This is a newly created role which is being introduced to support the centralisation and future growth of the Trust. This hands-on role will be responsible for preparation of monthly management accounts, ensuring all transactions and month-end processes are carried out, preparation of balance sheet, capital projects and fixed assets reconciliations , line management of finance officers and assistants, as well as oversight of accounts payable, accounts receivable and VAT returns. Who are we looking for?

Experience of planning, analysis and understanding monitoring and evaluation is also essential for this role. If so, you may be just the person we are looking for to take lead on developing and moving forward our outreach service in South Camden.
We are now looking for a motivated and efficient Project Manager to oversee our established outreach service in South Camden, which provides support to adults with mild-moderate learning disabilities and a range of other needs, including mental health and complex health needs.
The role will include coordinating and providing excellent person-centred care and support to service users, to enable people to live independently in their own home and be supported in all areas of day-to-day living. You will also oversee the development and implementation of care plans designed to provide meaningful choice and a range of activities and support to people with learning disabilities.
You will be involved in developing and implementing a range of creative and innovative new activity groups focusing on social interaction, learning and general wellbeing for service users with learning disabilities, promoting their independence and reducing reliance on 1:1 support.
The ideal candidate will have experience of leading and coaching a team supporting people with learning disabilities or another vulnerable client group. Experience of supporting people with high and complex support needs would be an advantage. The Campaigns Director leads the Campaigns department, crafting our plans and supporting the team to execute powerful, people-powered campaigns that shape the country to be fair, respectful and sustainable. They oversee campaign strategy development, as well as teams that execute our plans, run our social media campaigns, and our public/media affairs work, all while ensuring alignment with organisational goals and political positioning.
The Campaigns Director must maintain a comprehensive understanding of the organisation's financial position, proactively managing budgets and implementing necessary adjustments to ensure organisational health and sustainability. They play a critical role in steering the organisation's narrative, tracking campaign progress, and working collaboratively with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to align campaign objectives and work in progress with other organisational insights and initiatives.
