As Funding Manager (Healthcare), you will work closely with applicants within key healthcare settings in developing applications and managing a varied portfolio of prior funding, as well as supporting the delivery of the Charity’s healthcare funding strategy.

The Funding Manager (Healthcare) role will be key in ensuring the charity fund impactful healthcare projects. This includes making the most of funding resources by facilitating the assessment and funding of new grants, managing a proportion of current healthcare funding portfolio, and contributing to monitoring progress of a range of healthcare projects.

You will be an integral part of the busy and ambitious Funding & Impact team, building relationships with healthcare professionals and researchers and working closely with a number of other Charity teams to deliver impact.

The successful candidate will have experience of supporting the development of successful projects, ideally within an NHS/healthcare setting or Higher Educational Institute and will demonstrate knowledge and show an understanding of the healthcare and life sciences sector. You will have experience of grants administration/management/operations in a healthcare, academic, funding agency or charity setting and will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills alongside the ability to build strong relationships with health professionals and healthcare delivery staff.

Purpose of the Job 

To support in both the design & creation and the day to day running & implementation of Felix's Kitchen new employability programme and then be the key driving force behind delivering these programmes. 

You will be leading a team of chef apprentices, providing them with hands on skills training created by yourself alongside the accredited course, supporting them with functional skills training, being their day-to-day line manager and supporting other employability programmes within the Felix Project in particular Felix’s Kitchen other programmes.  

You will work alongside the wider Felix Kitchen team and support your programme to integrate into the main production kitchen. You will take a leading role in supporting Felix’s Kitchen at events and engagement opportunities, supporting the apprentices being a huge part of these events, both on and off site. The training kitchen will be your base and you will be responsible for the safe and effective running of this part of the kitchen, maximising its impact on the programmes as well as exploring other opportunities for its use, hosting visitors and charity partners. You will be a key part of all reporting and evaluations of our employability programmes.

Transport for All is looking for a Head of Research and Training to lead and grow our work on Justice in Practice: where disabled people’s lived experience is meaningfully embedded, appropriately compensated, and responded to in the transport sector and beyond. We have a bold plan for the next five years, and need someone who can support the team to deliver in line with our values.

As a member of the leadership team, you’ll secure funding for and lead delivery of our own research projects, and research projects with the transport industry, academia, charities and other organisations. About SCEC

SCEC was founded over twenty years ago to provide learning enrichment opportunities to primary school children in disadvantaged communities in south London. Together with our partners, several leading independent schools, we currently operate four schemes in math, literacy, science and art. Your Role

The Scheme Director is a newly created role that will be pivotal in helping SCEC extend its reach. Reporting to the Board of Trustees, you will help SCEC design and implement an expansion programme as well as coordinating the delivery of the existing schemes via our school partners. About the Role

About the team

About you

What’s more, you’ll have knowledge about developing and integrating organisational values and behaviours and you’ll have experience of implementing listening strategies, including managing a framework of tools to capture views.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Neighbourhood Services Officer who understands effective management of neighbourhood services and contractors to join our small, but supportive, Housing & Neighbourhoods Team working on all aspects of Neighbourhood and Estates. It is an interesting and varied role for an engaging, solution-focused person, with a passion for providing smooth running of the neighbourhoods, support and assist residents and work colleagues and someone who wants to add value within an organisation.

You will bring your knowledge and experience of conducting routine inspections of neighbourhoods and coordinate with contractors to schedule and oversee cleaning, landscaping, and maintenance activities, including building maintenance, cleaning, maintenance of communal areas, monitoring CCTV. Through regular inspections and overseeing the work of contractors, you will ensure that health and safety requirements are met. You will maintain records of inspection findings, complaints and corrective actions taken, providing regular reports to management and stakeholders on the status of cleaning and maintenance.

You should be a resilient, professionally curious person, who is enthusiastic about a career in the Social Housing Neighbourhood arena.

You will work closely with the Neighbourhood Services Manager, in a generalist capacity, to support with continuous improvement across all service areas, while helping to support and achieve our organisational objectives.

• Conduct routine inspections of neighbourhoods to assess cleanliness and maintenance standards, identifying areas in need of attention.
