Save the Children UK has an exciting opportunity for an experienced OD Partner to join our People team on a 18-month fixed term contract to deliver OD transition support to teams and colleagues in areas which have been redesigned as part of the first phase of our Refocus/Restructure programme, in line with our Culture of Impact ambitions.

About the role
At a time of fast change, as the OD Partner you will deliver OD transition support to teams and colleagues in areas of the organisation which have been redesigned as part of Phase 1 of our Refocus programme, and later on Phase 2, in line with our Culture of Impact ambitions.
This will be a varied and constantly evolving role, as this is the spirit of the OoF programme, which is iterative, so perfect if you love learning and adapting in an agile way.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
• Designing and delivering impactful OD support, in particular team coaching for multiple teams across the organisation, as well as other OD interventions in departments, teams and individuals as relevant, and in line with our experience, agile, adult and iterative design principles, ensuring DEI is considered throughout.
• Contributing specialist OD knowledge and experience to the design, implementation and monitoring of our OD transition support and wider change support across the organisation as part of the Refocus programme.
• Co- designing products and co-facilitating multiple spaces with other colleagues, bringing OD specialism, knowledge and experience to compliment theirs.
• Being an active member of the Organisation of the Future OD group and of the Refocus OD transition support team.
About you
We are looking for someone with the following experience and skills:
• Demonstrable and significant OD knowledge, skills and experience at all levels of an organisation, from individual to team, group and wider systems interventions.
• Significant knowledge, skills and experience of group and team development, with multiple teams and organisations, including through change.
• Deep understanding and awareness of diversity, equity and inclusion, and demonstrable experience of integrating DEI in OD interventions.
• Knowledge and experience of working with teams and organisations moving towards less hierarchical structures and adopting self-management and an agile mindset an advantage.
• A high level of self and interpersonal awareness.
• Excellent relationship building and collaboration skills and demonstrable experience, across multiple teams, groups, and the wider organisation, and with diverse colleagues, people managers and Directors and senior leaders.
• Experience in supporting others' development, such as through coaching and/or mentoring .

Ways of Working:

About Woolwich Service Users Project (WSUP)
WSUP is a grassroots charity providing holistic support for people experiencing homelessness, poverty, addiction, and mental health challenges. With a focus on lived experience and implementation of trauma-informed practice, we offer a range of essential services, from haircuts and healthcare screenings to wellbeing activities and community advocacy.
In recognition of our impact, WSUP won the Best of Royal Greenwich Business Award 2024 in the Health and Wellbeing category, highlighting our commitment to tackling health inequalities and improving community wellbeing.
We are looking for a passionate Health Coordinator to lead our efforts in improving healthcare access, preventing homelessness, and supporting public health initiatives in the community.
The Health Coordinator will play a key role in connecting people to essential healthcare services, strengthening early intervention work, and supporting community-led public health initiatives. The role will also focus on homelessness prevention and ensuring that people face challenges with housing, mental health, and substance use receive the right support at the right time.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in public health, healthcare coordination, or homelessness support who is committed to addressing health inequalities in Greenwich.
Key Responsibilities
1. Access to healthcare and preventive support
- Implement a pre-treatment approach across all WSUP’s activities, ensuring that people who are not yet ready to engage with formal healthcare services receive support and information, including harm reduction, peer mentorship and stabilisation services.
- Link people to healthcare providers, mental health services and addiction recovery programs.
- Monitor preventative care initiatives, including TB and Hepatitis C screenings, to promote early detection and intervention.
- Lead public health campaigns to increase awareness, challenge stigma and promote access to healthcare.
- Develop partnerships with GPs, the Rough Sleeping Health Working Group and local health teams to coordinate care and share resources.
- Use data-driven insights to identify gaps in services and advocate for improved health provision.
2. Prevent homelessness
- Implement a casework framework to support people at risk of homelessness.
- Develop referral pathways with GP practices to ensure healthcare professionals can refer people at risk of housing instability.
- Collaborate with housing organisations and local authorities to secure rapid interventions for those facing homelessness.
- Monitor and evaluate outcomes using the In-Form Community Case Management System (CMS) to improve service effectiveness.
3. Strengthen volunteer and safeguarding capacity
- Recruit, train and mentor Peer Support Volunteers, ensuring they are equipped to provide outreach and advocacy.
- Ensure strong safeguarding practices across all health and homelessness prevention initiatives.
- Engage with the community to shape WSUP's health programs based on lived experiences and local needs.
- Build long-term capacity, embedding Trauma-Informed Care (TIC) and Psychologically Informed Environments (PIE) into WSUP’s services.

About the role
Demand for the charities’ support continues to grow at a rapid rate which presents us with an opportunity to engage more people than ever before. Joining our team in London, as Senior Corporate Partnerships Officer you will have the opportunity to work with an experienced and passionate fundraising team at an exciting time of growth.
You will be responsible for the account management of existing and incoming corporate partnerships across Help Musicians and Music Minds Matter. This includes the delivery of agreed partnership benefits, stewarding our valued corporate supporters and providing partnership reporting to encourage the renewal and growth of partnerships for the charities.
You will help with corporate pipeline development, prospect research, contact mapping, as well as providing administrative support to the Head of Corporate Partnerships, Trusts and Events.
About you
The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience account managing multiple corporate partners within a charity, cultural or not-for-profit organisation. You will have excellent presentation skills and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively through written work.
You will be able to collaborate with both internal and external senior stakeholders, and adapt and embrace change, working with a high degree of flexibility.

The Principal Learning Lead will play a leading role in developing and delivering Frontline’s Approach Social Work programme, a fast-track master’s in social work and our internal Consultant Social Worker programme.
The role ensures that evidence-informed learning methods underpin the design and delivery of teaching. Your role will take the lead in embedding and evolving our Quality Standards for Teaching and Learning and acting as a champion for this work across our programmes. You are responsible for successfully incorporating best practice in pedagogy, through the provision of training, guidance and quality assurance activities across teams.

About us:
The Refugee and Migrant Forum of Essex and London (RAMFEL) is one of the largest immigration and asylum advice charities in the UK, supporting refugees, asylum seekers and vulnerable migrants to access justice. An IAA level 3 accredited organisation, we represent clients at all stages of the immigration and asylum process, up to and including the Upper Tribunal of the Immigration and Asylum Chamber.
We also actively campaign for a fairer and more humane immigration system. RAMFEL caseworkers therefore have the opportunity to work on systemic and strategic challenges and support broader advocacy work.

Purpose of the role:

Specific Responsibilities
Case management
- Manage own caseload, working to advance the best interests of the client
- Adhere to standards set out by IAA/SRA and AQS to deliver high-quality advice
- Provide representation and advice up to IAA level 2/3.
- Engage with the Line Manager to create and follow a training plan to ensure compliance with IAA CPD, keeping up to date with changes in law, policy and guidance to ensure clients receive accurate and high-quality advice
- Liaise directly with the UKVI and related governmental agencies
- Complete forms, letters and immigration applications
- Liaise with and refer clients to Legal Aid Solicitors or other advisers, as appropriate
- Manage clients’ expectations by discussing deadlines, outcomes and timing
- Deliver legal advice outreach surgeries/drop in as and when required
- Progress cases in a timely manner in line with regulatory requirements.
- Implement organisational priorities into day-to-day casework.

Our Communications Manager is taking maternity leave from mid-June and we are looking for someone to cover the role for approx 9 months. We are a small team and this is the only communications role, therefore the Communications Manager has a lot to do, including:
- Running our whole comms operation – social media, website, event marketing, PR.

What we do need is someone who can help us deliver. That means understanding the people we work with, and knowing how to deliver organisational communications that meet their needs.

- Sick pay: 25 days per year pro rata (ie 12.5 days) on full pay, followed by 25 days pro rata (ie 12.5 days) on half pay, followed by Statutory Sick Pay only
