We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Development Administrator to join our growing Development Team as we begin an ambitious fundraising campaign to support the future of RIBA and architecture.

About the Role
The Development Administrator is a permanent hybrid role with a salary c£25,550. You will play a vital administrative role, supporting the team in a wide range of activities including assisting with detailed prospect research, excellent donor stewardship, and providing essential logistical and administrative support. You will also take a lead coordinating our CRM database (Raiser’s Edge), ensuring accurate fundraising recording and reporting, and supporting the wider team in its use.

Your International Finance Manager Day to day will include:
- Overseeing the implementation and ongoing review of financial policies, practices, processes, and systems.
- Leading the production of budgets, quarterly management accounts, and consolidated year-end statutory accounts.
- Managing relationships with banks, HMRC, and outsourced financial service providers.
- Providing comprehensive financial support to staff and budget holders on budgeting and reporting.

This is an interim, 12-month contract with the possibility of extension. This role is based in Reprieve’s London office. Reprieve operates a hybrid working model and we require staff to work 2 days per week from the London office and the rest of the week from home.

We are recruiting a Senior Youth and Community Worker to manage the organisation's youth team and collaborate with the wider team. This role focuses on developing engaging activities and training opportunities for young people, particularly those aged 10 to 19, in the Enfield community.
The Contract:
*Salary: £28,000 - £32,000
*Hours: 40 hours per week, 3 Evenings incl Friday Night
*Contract: 3 years fixed term contract

About the role
As the Senior Youth and Community, you will lead the youth team to create community-based opportunities for the whole family, in accordance with the ethos and values of the organisation. You will also support the wider team to develop and be involved in community cohesion projects involving children, families and youth.
Responsibilities (but not limited to)
*Deliver youth work sessions during half terms, after school, evenings, and residentials.
*Line manage and evaluate sessional youth workers and volunteers.
*Lead three evening sessions weekly, including Fridays.
*Manage a team of youth workers and volunteers.
*Contribute to youth work development and lead specific projects.
*Engage with the whole community, focusing on ages 10-14 and 14-19.
*Present work to stakeholders and funders to secure resources.
*Monitor and evaluate services using qualitative and quantitative data.
*Use collected data for funding applications and reporting.
About you
*Experience of managing sessional staff, and /or youth workers and /or volunteers in a supportive and empowering way
*Experience of working in a youth/community setting that has been affected by youth violence.
*Knowledge of child protection and safeguarding practices
*Knowledge of health and safety
*Experience of monitoring and evaluation of community and youth projects.
*Good l IT skills and the ability to input information into a database, use online applications to design posters, use social media to highlight and promote activities.

This is an exciting opportunity to join Hestia’s leadership team as we embark on our new ambitious 5-year strategy. You’ll be responsible for leading the Finance Team and providing expert financial and business advice to the team and board alongside overseeing the work of the Housing Services Team.

The successful candidate will be a fully qualified accountant and will also bring:
