Job purpose
This is a new role, responsible for delivering financial support for our mission from corporate partners. Initially, the majority of your time will be devoted to new business development, including prospect identification, and shaping and delivering pitches and proposals to corporate partners to meet fundraising targets. As we grow, the work will be divided across high quality stewardship of existing partners across all sectors, as well as working creatively to identify and develop opportunities to upscale their impact.
This role sits alongside Trusts and Foundations and Public Fundraising within a team whose remit covers income generation, campaigns and marketing. The post holder will report to the Director of Communications and Growth, supporting the senior leadership team to engage corporate partners and prospects where appropriate.
Key responsibilities
·Develop and maintain propositions to attract companies to support our work
·Identify, prepare and make highly targeted approaches to secure major partnerships that align with our organisational priorities, focusing on commercial / brand partnerships, strategic partnerships and donations
·Work with the Comms & Growth team to identify opportunities for income growth through existing and new corporate partnerships
·Proactively source and refresh a pipeline of corporate partnership opportunities by monitoring, analysing and reviewing relevant industry trends and developments, through networking and researching prospects
·Provide excellent account management and stewardship to new and existing corporate funders, maintaining regular communication with key contacts, and providing informative and engaging updates on their impact
·Design and deliver partnership plans that meet shared expectations, maximise income and where possible support our advocacy or campaigning activities

Job Purpose
This role sits within our crisis alternative service, Safe Space, which is an out of hours service providing a safe and welcoming space for people who are feeling distressed and experiencing crisis. The service operates 365 days a year from 12:00 (midday)-11:30pm across all of our boroughs.
This role is for our Ealing Safe Space, 4:30pm - 11:30pm. You may be required to cover at other locations across Hammersmith & Fulham, Ealing and Hounslow.
Staff within the service will provide person-centred, practical and emotional support, face to face or via telephone on a one-to-one or group basis to individuals experiencing mental health crisis.
The objectives of the service include:
- To improve the mental wellbeing of people experiencing mental health crisis in HFEH.
- To provide support to clients accessing the service- for instance: signposting, de-escalation, planned wellbeing activities etc.
- To contribute to an improvement in individual mental wellbeing.
- To remain a source of independent support for all clients.
- To treat service users with respect, dignity and personalised support
- To raise awareness of mental health services available with the goal to improve long term mental health and reduce social isolation
- To increase self-management skills of those accessing the service
- To reduce the use of police, ambulance and statutory mental health services whilst experiencing crisis.
- To reduce the use of statutory crisis services by people experiencing mental ill health without positive outcomes for the individual.
The Role
The role of the team manager will be to support the rest of the team in delivering interventions on a one-to-one and group basis. The role will also involve triaging and assessing all clients accessing the service, signposting and delivering collaborative self-management plans with clients to improve mental wellbeing. The role will also include line management and supervision of support workers within the service. Team managers are responsible for management of their site; including report writing, audits and being the named manager for the site. This role directly supports the service managers in keeping to a high standard service.

Our Youth Ministry has grown over the past two years, and we have a strong team of volunteers who enjoy serving and leading. At our 5pm service we often see 40-60 teenagers attending – many of whom don’t attend any of the other groups (yet!). We are seeing young people with a confidence to invite friends and share their faith, and anticipate a season of growth ahead.
We’re surrounded by secondary schools, with a huge potential for mission and chaplaincy. We have strong links with Onelife who are based at Saint Paul’s, the HTB network and Stewards Trust. Overall purpose of the role
As our Youth Pastor, you will be part of the Emerging Generations team, which is currently in a fun and exciting position of rebuilding and pioneering a new way of ministry for our Kids, Youth & Students.

· Develop a mentoring/discipleship network for young people to be spiritually supported in their faith journey.
· Create and deliver a plan of mission to meet the needs of local unchurched young people, with a particular vision to build strong relationships with local schools, and maximise opportunities of connecting with SPEAR.
· Innovate, plan, and execute youth events and activities in collaboration with strong volunteer teams.
· Lead, equip and develop the volunteer youth team, offering spiritual guidance and practical training, ensuring they are well supported to facilitate all that is required of them in the youth ministry and beyond.
· Build good relationships with parents, helping them to understand the work of SPH Youth as well as connect and support each other in discipling their teenagers.
· Ensure SPH youth is a safe space for all young people and team, following up on DBS checks and safeguarding training and policies.
Experience
· Good experience of working with young people, with a demonstration of how they have grown in their discipleship.
· A track record of recruiting and building committed volunteer teams.
· Excellent communication skills to mobilise and encourage youth, volunteers and parents.
· A passion to reach, connect with and disciple young people. Someone who has a strong desire to share the Gospel and see salvation amongst young people in West London.

About the role:
This role involves both face to face and virtual support in a hybrid model of working. There is an expectation that you will do a mixture of working from home, our office in Old Street and in co-location at Northwick Park Hospital. As a Hospital Independent Domestic Violence Advocate you will:
- Implement effective ways of working with victims to increase safety and reduce harm
- Provide a high-quality, front-line service to victims of domestic abuse, delivering a premium service prioritised according to risk
- Work within a multi-agency framework consisting of the MARAC and local partnership responses to domestic abuse
- Be comfortable with running group training sessions and be willing and able to share your specialist knowledge with acute staff across the hospital
- Have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach and the confidence to be able to influence the way in which this service is delivered are key

ROLE OVERVIEW
With Alan and Babbette and the Indigo Trust, you will support and work with the Lead Trust Executive to manage end-to-end grant-making, research new funding streams on thematic areas of interest to the Trusts, and draft reports on wider context for new funding areas. You will develop and maintain excellent relationships with external stakeholders, deputising for the Lead executive at grantee events and network meetings, and working with grantees to support their successes and their challenges.
With the Woodward Trust, you will be responsible for end-to-end grant-making, writing narrative text on grants awarded for Trustees meetings and annual reports, sifting and preparing grant applications for shortlisting by Trustees, and carrying out thorough due diligence on all applications. You will have day-to-day responsibility for the effective grants administration, including recording information for a robust and efficient audit trail, and preparation of grant award letters.
