Role Overview:
You'll be the go-to person for transforming our unique venues – from the Pump House Gallery to the Battersea Park Bandstand and Bowling Green, and the Wandsworth Civic Suite – into dream settings for weddings and private events. The role will also be responsible for proactively selling our wedding spaces and managing enquiries all the way through to event delivery and ensuring that health and safety procedures are adhered to when on-site.
The Events Team are a busy, creative, tight knit group of vibrant professionals who are looking for someone to join the team who pride themselves in 5 start customer service and going the extra mile for their clients. In the Events Team we celebrate creative problem solving, autonomy and integrity in our approach to work.
Main Duties/Responsibilities:
Sales
- Generate leads, convert enquiries into bookings through quotes and site visits and build strong client relationships along the way
- Collaborate with the Deputy Head of Events and weddings team to create fresh event packages and initiatives that complement existing income streams
- Actively build new sales pipelines by leveraging networks and community connections
- Manage all enquiries in Priava, keeping track of venue availability, quotes and site visits
- Drive revenue growth by exceeding income goals set by the Head of Events
- Occasional evenings and weekend site visits for prospective clients across our venues
End-to-end Event Management
- Support the Weddings Team in managing customer queries, feedback and delivery
- Oversee event management ensuring all event paperwork complies with Event Policy requirements
- Ensure events are properly staffed, and staff are fully briefed on client needs
- Liaise closely with the Events Team and other park services to ensure seamless coordination of the entire events program
- Line management of Events Coordinators within the Weddings function and the Events Support Assistant
- Occasional event delivery dependant on department / team needs
Event Production
- Support the Head of Events and team with the delivery of Enable-produced events throughout the year
- Assist with the physical setup and dismantling of events. Including managing contractors, suppliers and event equipment
- Create, manage and deliver a program of Community Events Admin and Finance
- Log venue bookings, budgets, and all recorded income in Priava
- Create client invoices, liaise with the Finance Team, and follow up on invoices
- Seek quotes aligned with Enable's Procurement Code and raise purchase orders
- Achieve targeted income through smart booking selection and balancing the needs of public use venues
- Carrying out other duties as directed by the Deputy Head of Events
Skills and Experience:
- Previous wedding / venue management experience with demonstrable experience of end-to-end events management
- Experience in budget management
- Line management experience in a supportive collaborative way
- Comfortable using essential office software like Outlook, Excel, and other databases
- Tenacity to seek out potential new business and client opportunities and confidence to work independently and lead from the front
- Patience and ability to negotiate professionally with suppliers
- Proactive approach and pride yourself on going the extra mile to create the best 5* customer experience as possible
- Excellent written and communicative skills with a high level of confidence speaking to members of the public, other staff, clients and senior management

Implement effective ways of working with victims and those supporting them to increase safety and reduce harm.
Provide a high-quality, front-line service to victims of domestic abuse, delivering a premium service prioritised according to risk, primarily focusing on victim/survivors aged 16+
Work within a multi-agency framework consisting of the MARAC and local partnership responses to domestic abuse to keep safety central to all services for victims of domestic abuse.
Be comfortable with running group training sessions and be willing and able to share your specialist knowledge with acute staff across the hospital.
Have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach and the confidence to be able to influence the way in which this service is delivered are key.

Reporting into the Legacy Marketing Manager, you will lead and manage the regular recruitment of in-memory supporters via a range of channels including direct mail, telemarketing, broadcast and digital media, events and other channels. You will be responsible for excellent supporter stewardship and developing the free wills programme.
Key Responsibilities:
· To lead on creating and implementing a new offline and online in[1]memory marketing and stewardship programme which will include: managing data selection briefs, creating creative briefs, developing content and artwork using internal or external resources and liaising with other teams as appropriate.
· Manage the administration of and reporting on the Free Will-writing schemes. Manage the promotion of the Free Will schemes in direct mail, telemarketing campaigns as well in digital channels.
· Manage Barnardo’s in-memory digital journeys, working with Barnardo’s Digital Fundraising team to manage website content, optimise website user experience and develop digital journeys.
· With the support of the Legacy Marketing Manager, develop and test a legacy events programme.
· Ensure accurate data input of supporter information on the supporter database, supporting the capture of response data into results spreadsheets, monitoring and circulating results. Responsible for collating monthly reports and other reports for the Team as appropriate.
· Manage fulfilment and thanking processes, ensuring that all donors are thanked with appropriate sensitivity using online and offline communication channels.
· To support the overall Legacies team promotion of the importance of gifts in Wills and in-memory giving to internal and external audiences.
Person Specification:
· Highly desirable to have in-memory experience and Legacy Marketing knowledge, ideally gained in a large organisation, and a strong understanding of Direct Marketing, with a track-record of success.
· Experience of managing direct marketing campaigns across a wide range of media, including managing creative production, writing data briefs, managing print production and monitoring results.
· Experience of using data and insight to inform future plans.
· Experience of influencing and negotiating with stakeholders that have differing priorities across departments in order to achieve common goals.
· Ability to accurately input data, maintain systems and report from team databases.
· Effective and sensitive relationship management of legacy and in-memory supporters.

About you
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Marketing and Communications Manager to be responsible for the marketing and external communication of all RHN services and charitable activity. This is a specialist marketing and communications role and your primary focus will be on developing and running marketing campaigns, producing promotional materials and identifying opportunities for growth. Specifically, the RHN wishes to increase growth and income through marketing to commissioners, referrers, families, clinical networks, partners, funders and all external media to maximise the impact of targeted marketing campaigns. The RHN has ambitious plans to grow its profile and a key part of achieving this is by targeting marketing collateral to key audiences.
With outstanding interpersonal and writing skills, we are looking for candidates with demonstrable experience of working in a marketing communications role and implementing effective marketing campaigns across a range of channels, ideally within a complex organisation or healthcare setting. Candidates must have experience of developing creative and innovative marketing and communications campaigns as well as have the ability to manage conflicting priorities and effectively managing multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent problem solving skills are also essential along with strong organisational and planning skills, as well as experience of budget management.

We are currently recruiting for a Counselling Coordinator to support our Clinical Lead and the counselling team.
RASASC is a registered charity which has been providing support to survivors, of all genders, of rape and sexual abuse (both recent and non-recent) aged 13 and upwards, from across Surrey since 1992.
We provide one-to-one counselling, group support, Helpline, Independent Sexual Violence Advisor (ISVA) service, and peer support groups.

Counselling Coordinator
This role is based in Guildford. You will be responsible for the administration and coordination of our counselling service, taking calls and responding to email enquiries from clients, supporting the team with room booking, greeting clients, answering the door, booking assessments and supporting the Clinical Lead and the counselling service in general. This is a varied and exciting role, requiring stamina and a can-do approach! If you are a warm, non-judgemental all-rounder with an excellent understanding of counselling services and the impact of sexual harm, we would love to hear from you.
Key functions
· Receive referrals for our counselling service, family support service and group support. Referrals are received through other agencies, internal services and self-referrals
· Contact potential clients and arrange appointments for assessments with our RASASC Assessors
· Following assessment, allocate clients to an appropriate counsellor supported by the Clinical Lead where necessary/appropriate
· Provide all documentation and information to the client and the counsellor as required
· Upload, update and maintain all information relating to clients, e.g. referrals and assessments, on Oasis (our CRM)
· Manage assessment processes and ensure assessors produce assessments for the counsellors and the office
· Ensure CORE 10 clinical measure forms, pre and post intervention, are obtained and inputted onto Oasis
· Ensure all other evaluations, pre and post intervention, are obtained and uploaded onto Oasis
· To resolve clients’ disability and access issues when required.
· To support with the monitoring of the waiting list and to proactively discuss with the Clinical Lead and Chief Executive Officer if the need for additional assessors or counsellors is required
· Provide monthly data to the Clinical Lead, Fundraising Manager and Chief Executive Officer as requested
· Provide administrative and IT support for ongoing training for counsellors
· Support with room booking, greeting clients, answering the door, phone calls and dealing with emailed client queries as required
· Be familiar with safeguarding procedures and protocols
Reporting Line:
· This post holder reports directly to the Clinical Lead.
Skills and Experience - Essential:
· Good working knowledge and experience of counselling and counselling services
· Excellent understanding of the possible impact and presentations of trauma
· Excellent organisational skills with proven ability to prioritise workload
· Excellent communications skills, written and verbal
