The Heritage Collections Coordinator Role:
The Heritage Services’ mission is to create enabling environments where users can discover and be inspired by the story of Scouting, the Movement and its members. As we get to know the Collection better we are constantly uncovering amazing stories covering over 117 years of history. We’re a small enthusiastic team who are passionate about what we do. The stories held in the Scout Heritage Collection are full of surprises from tales of innovation and adventure to bravery and brilliance. Key responsibilities as our Heritage Collections Coordinator:
- Lead on work relating to acquisitions including liaising with donors (internal and external) ensuring appropriate paperwork is completed and filed. Ensure high level of user service is delivered.
- Make recommendations for disposal based on the Collections Policy and presenting these at Acquisitions and Disposal Meetings. Liaise with appropriate managers for disposal approval. Where appropriate research and liaise with potential recipients ensuring the correct procedures are followed.
- Carry out acquisitions and disposals in accordance with the Museum Association Code of Ethics.
- Newly pack or repack poorly stored items to improve their long-term storage and preservation.

Purpose of role
We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced and creative tutor with excellent interpersonal, numeracy and digital skills; excellent written English and efficient organisational skills.
The aim is to support adult learners who need to improve their English language skills, working both individually and as part of the Adult Education team to plan and deliver an agreed number of ESOL courses.
Duties will include:
- To work as a member of the Adult Education Team, taking a full part in the organisation, planning and delivery of the ESOL Skills
- To comply with Health and Safety, carrying out the required administration (including monitoring and Ofsted and RARPA) and ensuring we run a safe and stimulating programme
- To plan independently in compliance with the ESOL Curriculum and to work creatively whilst exercising initiative and contributing own materials
- To regularly carry out and keep records of initial and diagnostic assessments
- To devise schemes of work and lesson plans for own courses
- To effectively lead a class/group of up to 16 students
- To act as an internal verifier for exams
- To devise Individual Learning Plans with students

- To collect, present and maintain feedback forms, samples of learners’ work, samples of formative and summative assessments, termly figures (progression routes and achievement grids), and end of course reviews

The Director of Strategy Implementation is an exciting Senior Management role which will help to deliver Chance to Shine’s strategic plans and further our ambitions for young people.
In February 2024 we launched Limitless Futures, a four year strategic vision that outlines our ambitions to further improve wellbeing amongst young people, grow from working with 600,000 young people a year to one million by 2028, and continue to prioritise underserved communities (young people in areas of economic disadvantage and those who are inactive). It is based on extensive consultation with young people, teachers, families, delivery partners, coaches and others. It is underpinned by clearly defined goals and KPIs, and accountable to Chance to Shine’s Board of Trustees. The person in this role will work collaboratively with Senior Management colleagues and the wider team to deliver on and refine these plans.
We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic and efficient individual with a strong track record in collaborative working and delivering on ambitious projects to join a small and dynamic team. The person in this role does not need to have an understanding of cricket but must be driven to achieve ambitious plans to support young people’s wellbeing and development.

Purpose of the role
The Director of Strategy Implementation will be part of the Senior Management Team and will work closely with the Chief Executive.
The person in this role will oversee the implementation of the second year of strategy plans for Limitless Futures. They will collaborate with Fundraising, Operations, Communications, Finance and Impact colleagues to ensure progress is tracked and goals are met. About the role

About the Role
We are looking for Two Part-Time Housing Support Case Workers who will provide support to women who have been sexually exploited, trafficked, or who have exited Prostitution within a safe accommodation in Enfield borough.
You will be responsible for providing casework to women living within the supported accommodation. You will provide risk & and needs assessments to clients and co-develop client-led support plans to best suit their needs. You will support the service users to achieve their goals around education, training and employment in addition to providing support to improve their health and wellbeing. You will support them to maintain their license and move towards independent living. You will be responsible for house management, ensuring the property is maintained to a good standard and regularly coordinating health and safety checks and reporting issues and repairs to the Landlord. You will be responsible for collating monitoring data for your line manager on a quarterly basis.
About You
The ideal candidate will possess knowledge and experience of supporting women who have experienced trafficking and sexual exploitation. You will be required to have an awareness of the impacts of trauma on survivors of trafficking and sexually exploitation.
You will have experience of managing risk and following case management procedures to meet the needs of the client group, and the ability to work with women to help them to understand their needs, risk assess, develop safety plan and support them in linking with other agencies.
You will have a working knowledge of the available legal remedies, housing, and welfare benefits.
Outside of this, you will have excellent administrative and time management skills and the ability to effectively manage a caseload.

A London-based Museum is seeking a Head of Finance to oversee the running of the finance directorate. This is a key role in the Museum, leading the finances from all aspects including budgeting and financial planning, oversight of day to day financial operations, and year end processes. A London-based Museum is currently seeking a Financial Controller to join them on a permanent basis ahead of an exciting period of transformation and improvement.
Managing a team of 5 and reporting into the Head of Finance, this is a key role within the finance team and wider organisation, having overall responsibility for the financial accounting and transactions team for the organisation. Hounslow Young People is a Supported Accommodation Service for young people and young parents aged 16-25. The Service encompasses a mix of units across six sites supporting 57 vulnerable young people and 19 teen parents.

We are recruiting a Waking Night Support Worker to join our dynamic service and team. In the role of Waking Night Support Worker individuals will ensure continued support is provided to young people at the standards of day staff with particular focus on safety of vulnerable young people.
About the Role:
The Waking Night Support Worker will work in line with person-centred risk assessments, support plans, and liaise with Support Workers to provide comprehensive handover and partnership working. They will be observant of changes in behaviour and presentations ensuring appropriate actions are taken to document and report changes in support needs of young people.
Waking Night Support Worker will be able to carry out all necessary health and safety actions including light cleaning tasks and environment management. Furthermore they will actively seek out ways to work with the team and stakeholders to improve the experience of young people in the service.
The role requires individuals to work on a rota pattern of 21:30 - 07:30, including some weekend working.
