Job description

We are thrilled to be working with an international animal advocacy organisation who is searching for an experienced and ambitious Fundraising Manager to join their team.

As the Fundraising Manager, you’ll be instrumental in driving the organisation’s fundraising efforts, contributing to a target of £1.3m annually—with big plans for growth in the years ahead. You’ll take the lead in diversifying and expanding income streams, working strategically to identify new funding opportunities. You'll manage and inspire a team of two fundraisers, guiding them to build strong relationships and motivate donors to support the cause.

Your innovative mindset will be key as you collaborate across the organisation to create new fundraising products, with a particular focus on digital and paid social channels. This role offers plenty of room for growth and the chance to step into a leadership position that will help shape the future of the organisation’s fundraising strategy.

To be successful in the role of Fundraising Manager, you will need to:

  • Have a proven track record in major donor fundraising and experience implementing successful integrated campaigns that significantly boost income.
  • Be a creative thinker who can craft compelling fundraising propositions and engage audiences with your copywriting skills.
  • Enjoy working at both the tactical and strategic levels, with the ability to adapt and pivot as needed to seize opportunities.

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000

Contract: Permanent, full-time
Location: London – 3-4 days/week in office

Deadline: 6 November

If you would like to have an informal discussion, please call Heather on 02030 062787 or email your interest along with your CV to [email protected]
