This is a newly created role, to ensure that EU citizens in North Wales secure their immigration status under the EU Settlement Scheme and understand and access the rights and services which come with that status.

One of the oldest hospices in the country, for over 50 years St Joseph’s Hospice has been passionate about providing high-quality, professional nursing care within a peaceful, home from home environment.
