Plant Engineer Requirements:
The successful candidate will be qualified in electrical or mechanical engineering, ideally with experience from a related process industry. Experience in engineering, PLC controls or electronics would also be an advantage. You will ideally hold a qualification or possess experience in materials handling, confined spaces, working at heights and first aid. Training will be provided to achieve in house WAMITAB competency standards and a NEBOSH general certificate if these are not already held.
You will have the ability to follow procedure and protocol, experience of cost control, working within budget and adapt to changing circumstances effectively. Be self-motivated, flexible, a great team player but also confident to work on your own. It is desirable that you have experience of environmental, safety and quality management systems. Experience of working with planned preventive maintenance systems is also essential for this position.
Due to the nature of the role a full UK driving licence is required. You will have the ability to operate a telehandler truck and obtain a telehandler licence. The role will work a shift pattern of 7 days out of 14, including weekends, call out on a rota basis and remote monitoring of the AD Process.

About the role
Working across the Crisis Brent teams you will lead on the delivery of our volunteer programme and member involvement opportunities. You will be responsible for the recruitment of new volunteers, the support of existing volunteers and volunteer supervisors to maintain a positive volunteer experience. You will work across teams to ensure volunteer’s experience of volunteering is positive and play a key role in volunteer retention. Specifically designed to support the cognitive needs of people living with dementia, My Life TV can be used by individuals and their families at home as well as in care homes. As Head of Marketing, you will lead on the implementation of marketing strategies that contribute to Care Home-facing activity as well as broader strategic plans. With ambitious growth targets, marketing activity will be focused around increasing channel subscribers and building long-term relationships with care homes.
Main responsibilities within the role will include:
· Creating a well-defined and focused marketing plan to enable the effective delivery of organisational vision and strategy for growth
· Effectively implementing all marketing activities, with a particular focus on executing B2B campaigns to encourage growth in care home subscriptions to My Life TV
· Ensuring brand proposition and positioning for My Life TV is clear, consistent and effective
· Oversight of all external communications for the charity, including Press & PR, content creation and management of our social media channels, email marketing, updating and managing our website and all marketing collateral as needed

This role will suit individuals with a blend of skills and experience including the ability to work both strategically and operationally within a small team with an entrepreneurial spirit. We'd love to hear from people with the following skills and experience:
· Multi-disciplinary marketing experience across a range of disciplines e.g. digital marketing, comms & PR, direct marketing etc. You don't have to be an expert in all - but understand how they work together to deliver a strategy
· Experience building a marketing strategy, and implementing the necessary systems and processes to enable its effective delivery
· A strong track record of delivering effective multi-channel campaigns, working to fixed timelines and budgets
· Excellent written and oral communication skills including the ability to write compelling copy for a range of different audiences - the care market, partner organisations in the dementia field, and the wider public
· Strong team player - able to work effectively within a small multi-disciplinary team
· Excellent IT skills, ideally including previous experience using sales CRM software
· Strong people skills, with an ability to relate positively to, and engage with a wide range of people
· Experience working alongside business development teams to make sure the marketing and sales processes are aligned

Summary

About the role
Alongside the Service Manager, you are responsible and accountable for monitoring, maintaining and providing the highest standards of clinical and personal support and service delivery, while promoting independence and choice to the people supported in the service. You will support the Service Manager to manage and ensure the delivery of the service’s key quality and safety priorities by holding delegated responsibility in key areas of the day-to-day running of the supported living activity/service. You will also have delegated responsibility for the direct supervision and line management of a team of Support Workers. As a senior member of the team, you will promote and lead good practice at all times, doing all you can to make sure that the people we support and their colleagues come to no harm and that the people we support are satisfied with the level of support they receive by acting as an
exemplary role model.
As a Deputy Service Manager, flexibility is important for both you and for the service. You will be required to do on-call shifts during out of office hours. You will be expected to work 20% of your total weekly hours on shift across your assigned services and will be able to role model all aspects of a support worker role duties and responsibilities. Following your time on shift, and in general practice at all other times, you will have responsibility for reporting back to the Service Manager and for maintaining a continual dialogue loop of feedback that focuses on quality, and continuous improvement and learning and ensuring the smooth operation of the allocated group of services.

The post of Group Facilitator will be to provide support to victims of domestic abuse and sexual violence within group work provision.
At FearFree we run various trauma-informed groups for victims such as Empowering You (an educational domestic abuse online support group) and Rediscovering You, a face-to-face emotional wellbeing recovery group.
We are looking for experienced and motivated staff to join to help deliver the group work programmes we run around locations in Wiltshire. Groups run in the morning, afternoon and evening. Training for the groups will be provided.
In addition to facilitating groups, staff will be asked to attend training events and meetings, including regular supervision.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- To facilitate group work provisions across the Wiltshire Service on weekdays, including afternoons and evenings.
- Completing pre and post group assessments and required paperwork, following the procedures in place.
- Write comprehensive case notes following groups about service user involvement, any concerns raised and any action required.
- Identify and take the appropriate action on any disclosures or safeguarding concerns raised within the group.
- To work cohesively with a second facilitator both virtually and in person in locations around Wiltshire.
- A willingness and ability to travel around Wiltshire and access to a vehicle with business insurance.
