This is a role offered on a 3-4 month temporary contract, on a full-time basis, based on Barking Road, London. Paying £16.92 per hour.
The Interim Employment Coach will report to the Team Manager and be responsible for the service delivery of an effective, high-quality, person-centred support service to residents with a range of medium to high needs. The postholder will temporarily lead on developing employment, training, and education (ETE) opportunities for residents. A key element of this role is developing positive relationships with residents as well as developing partnerships with potential employers and community partners.
To be successful, you will have demonstrable experience within the local authority, voluntary, independent, charity or social housing sector. You will have experience of providing personalised advice, coaching and support to individuals facing homelessness or other forms of social exclusion. You will have an awareness of issues facing people that experience homelessness or rough sleeping. You will also have an understanding of ETE (education, training and employment).
You will have excellent customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders. You will have strong IT literacy skills, especially Microsoft Office. You will be a team player who can also work on their own initiative and have strong organisational skills.

About you
As our ideal candidate you will have CIM/IDM or similar qualification, you have demonstrable end-to-end experience in developing integrated, multi-channel campaigns, including B2B and B2C. You'll have experience in setting objectives, tracking, and evaluating results and managing budgets.

About You
You will have atleast two years’ experience of working with teenagers/young adults who are Deaf or disabled and previous experience in delivery Deaf or disability activity programmes. You will have a good understanfing ofthe issues faced by Deaf and disabled participants and their families related to activity provision and attendance.
You will have the ability to work to deadlines and have good time mangement. Good organisational skills are essential.

Mencap's advice service are looking for a Learning Disability Community Caseworker that specialises in delivering energy and money advice using video calling, telephone and email advice and face to face in the community.
This is a fixed term contract until March 2026, working 30 hours per week. We are flexible to where you do your work, but there will be an expectation of travel to our Peterborough office or community venues when needed.
Working with three other Energy and Money Advice Caseworkers - you will:
· Offer clear accessible advice to people with a Learning Disability, their families and carers.
· Manage a caseload of your own clients.
· Create, book and deliver workshops, events and webinars on Money and Energy Advice.
· Identify and undertake safeguarding alerts, following up on these and challenging them if necessary.
· Ensure that the caseworkers are at the right locations, with the right stock and equipment ensuring cost-efficient travel and venue planning/booking and excellent time management.
· Working with Subject Matter Experts in other nominated advice areas, to refer cases in and out of other parts of the team when the clients need more than Money and Energy Advice.
· Communicate effectively and accessibly, with empathy and clarity.
· Assist with the monitoring and evaluation of the project, capturing K.P.I's and flagging any slippage.

Our Finance team is looking to recruit a Finance Officer to join our Accounts Payable (AP) team for a six month fixed term contract and support the work and transactions that British Heart Foundation (BHF) perform for us to fund lifesaving science.
As an Accounts Payable Finance Officer, you'll support the team and take responsibility for delivering a high-quality service in terms of timely, accurate and efficient entry of BHF expenditure onto our central accounting system. Working on data capture, you will have knowledge of IPOS queue management.
You'll ensure you achieve key performance indicators and individual targets agreed upon and set by the AP Team leader, ensuring that all transactions are coded and authorised to meet month end deadlines and meet agreed service levels.
The AP team provides a high level of customer service, ensuring colleagues and suppliers are kept updated in the process and that the payment process is as smooth as possible, so you’ll effectively manage your workload and escalate complex issues to the team lead.
Understanding the needs of customers, you’ll raise the profile of finance through provision across the AP team of best-in-class service both internally and externally.

About you
You’ll have previous experience within accounts payable or be someone wanting to get into Finance with strong organisational skills, able to pick up tasks quickly and with ease.
With excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, you’ll be able to build strong working relationships within Finance and across the BHF and be comfortable communicating finance information to non-finance colleagues. The role involves dealing with internal & external customers via email and over the phone, so you’ll be confident communicating in both conversation and writing.
To excel in the role you will have:
- AP experience: A strong understanding and experience of BACs, invoicing, reconciliation, finance administration, and Account Payable processes. Familiarity with HMRC requirements for VAT and payments within the UK banking system, and a good knowledge of GDPR.

MLC are working with a leading care organisation to recruit a Finance Business Partner to support them following a period of growth.
Reporting into a supportive, dynamic and people-centric Head of Finance, the role works closely with stakeholders across the organisation, with a specific focus on the care homes and supported living side of the business. Main Purpose of Job
The Young Carers Project Worker will be responsible for planning, orgnaising and delivering sessions for young carers in the Northolt and Greenford areas of Ealing. They will provide individual and group support in a variety of settings in the local community as well as working closely with schools to identify new young carers and drive referrals to the project.
About You
You will have experience of working with young people, and building postive relationships with them. You will also have knowledge in working and setting up youth clubs.
The postholder will have a good understanding ofproject management, meeting deadlines and planning and delivering on sessions.
Good communication skills is essential, with the experience of building positive relationships with young people. You should also have an ability to deal calmly and effectivelly with emotional and challenging situations with participants, as well as having a commitment to equalities, and challenging discrimination and creating environments of respect and trust.
This role will invovle working evenings (once a week), school holidays (daytime) and occasional weekends (ad-hoc e.g. chaperone football matches).
