For over 60 years the National Children’s Bureau (NCB) has been building a better childhood for all.

Senior Development Manager

Location: Mentmore Terrace, London Fields. NCB promotes a hybrid, flexible way of working, staff can work remotely for part of the week if they wish and, in the office, or face to face for at least 2 days per week.
Contract: Permanent, 35 hours per week
Salary: £53,457 (Band 6) with generous benefits package including 30 days annual leave plus Bank holidays and 3 days of Christmas closure

The Senior Development Manager will play a leading role in securing funding from trust and foundations and other relevant sources to grow NCB’s programmes and initiatives. This is a leadership role which requires strategic thinking, relationship management and case-making skills, as well as a tight grip on the operational approach to develop winning proposals and partnerships. This position is ideal for an experienced fundraiser with a passion for making a difference to the lives of children and young people.
