We are proud to be partnering with a renowned Human Rights charity to find a full time, temporary IT Administrator. This is a full time, office based role near Old Street for a period of 2-3 months.

The IT Administrator provides administrative and logistical support to the IT team including laptop imaging, administration around contract management, taking and allocating calls to the helpdesk, carrying out first and second-line response and appropriate tasks allocated by the team managers. You will be one of the main points of contact for the IT helpdesk, both by phone and email and allocate tasks as appropriate and will provide first-line response to queries with appropriate training.  You will escalate any unresolved calls to more senior members of the IT team. You will log all incoming calls (phone, email, face to face) accurately, documenting progress as appropriate and closing calls with correct code to facilitate accurate reporting on activity.

This temporary role is full time and office based near Old Street/Shoreditch and is expected to start in early August for at least 2-3 months.

• Assist or provide network administration functions such as implementing MS-Outlook accounts, managing data, modifying network profiles.

The Role

As an ecommerce manager, you will have a background in ecommerce operations and experience managing multiple sites. You will lead teams across various locations to optimise ecommerce operations and achieve strategic objectives and targets.

Key Responsibilities of the role include:

· Collaborate with the Head of Retail to plan, set, and manage the annual ecommerce operating budget, taking corrective actions as needed.

· Ensure your teams are delivering as per the strategic plan and in line with company policies and procedures.

· Monitor and evaluate the performance of ecommerce operations.

· Oversee ecommerce performance, and management, ensuring compliance and maintenance of databases.

· Work with internal teams for campaigns and digital marketing.

· Ensure product offering and pricing is competitive across markets.

Essential requirements:

· Proven experience in managing, supporting, and resourcing a geographically dispersed team through setting and monitoring objectives and targets.

· Proven experience in managing and setting budgets.

· A good understanding of ecommerce management and the challenges of working within the voluntary sector.

· Good organisation and planning skills with the ability to manage and prioritise workload.
