This Senior Digital Officer role supports the ongoing strategic development of the organisation in key digital marketing areas, including website, analysis and evaluation, audio-visual outputs, eMarketing, and social media. The role will also support wider membership communications activities.

A substantial part of this maternity cover role will be supporting the senior digital manager deliver the organisation’s new website. This will entail project managing the website redevelopment work and launch, working closely with our digital agency as well as with colleagues withing NHS Providers. Alongside this, you’ll be supporting work on our new content strategy, ensuring our digital channels reflect the outcomes and working on development of analysis and evaluation across the organisation.

About this key role 

Our successful candidate will be embedded in the trauma team, working closely with clinicians and hospital staff to provide support for those young people admitted to the Major Trauma Centre right through to their discharge back into the community, including access to appropriate longer-term support.  You will be expected to identify and provide a comprehensive and holistic assessment, advice, referral and support service to young victims of violence people, exploring innovative and effective ways of supporting them which will reduce their risk of re-victimisation.  

You will produce support and risk management plans based on your assessments, promoting inter-agency collaboration in the assessment and planning process, and develop and maintain relationships with partner agencies.  We will also count on you to deliver a holistic support service, working solo or with colleagues as the situation dictates, providing a practical service that will include social and housing support, accompanying to appointments, benefits work, debt advice, liaising with utilities, appearing in court, and cleaning. 

What we are looking for 

You will be passionate about support and uplifting Children and Young people and want to make a difference within the community for the betterment of Children and Young People. You’ll also have an understanding of the challenges that are faced by some CYP and be relatable. You’ll need:

• Personal experience of the criminal justice system, lived experience of the issues facing this client group and/or experience of working with ‘high risk’, vulnerable children, young people and/or families 
• Substantial experience of providing support, advice and advocacy 
• Substantial experience of supporting CYP and assessing the needs of children and young people who at risk of significant harm  
• An understanding of how trauma impacts on a young person and what that can look like 
• A relevant qualification to a good standard or be working towards one 
• A knowledge of relevant services for young people and their families in the service provision area 
• Excellent interpersonal, relationship-building and communication skills, both verbal and written.

Role outline and purpose

Ensuring the delivery of The Trussell Trust’s vision to end the need for food banks in the UK by developing an in-depth understanding of Trussell Trust food banks in their area and using coaching and assist to build and hold productive relationships to:

· Develop and execute a strategic plan for reducing the need for food banks’  services locally.

· Work alongside local partners to increase public will for long-term solutions to end the need for food banks.

· Develop and manage strategic relationships with key stakeholders to assist evidenced-based policy change at a local level and feed into activity to drive policy and practice at UK wide and national levels.

Responsibilities

· Assisting trustees, staff and volunteers within food banks to develop their plans to end the need for their services locally through the strategic key areas of operations, volunteering, data, participation, church engagement, governance and stability, financial inclusion, stakeholder engagement, local influencing, referral pathways and signposting. 

· Assist food banks to operate in a safe, legal and dignified manner (through calls, visits, training, meeting facilitation and our risk management and self-assessment processes) and assist the facilitation of good practice within the network and wider organisation (through cluster meetings, regional forums, road shows, webinars, peer support and internal meetings).

· Contribute to the development and promotion of support available to food banks through the Trussell Trust (including use of the digital hub, toolkits, partnerships and expert advice) and assist food banks with grant application processes, as required.  

· Develop and manage positive relationships with relevant external stakeholders, including local councils and anti-poverty networks, to ensure the Trussell Trust vision is understood and able to influence local decisions, whilst supporting and empowering food banks to foster these relationships locally. 

· Work with food banks to ensure that local churches (including church leaders) are connected to and have an understanding of the importance of ending the need for food banks in local communities. 

· Support the development, and lead on aspects of delivery, of projects with food banks and external partners that contribute to ending the need for food banks. 

· Ensure the voice of our network is heard throughout the organisation through reporting, information sharing and participation in additional working groups and projects. 

Technical skills and minimum knowledge:

· Competent and efficient use of IT, particularly the main Microsoft Office programmes. Previous experience of Salesforce or similar CRM system is desirable. 

· Experience of working innovatively and creatively.  

· Experience of complex problem solving and responding to crisis situations.  

· Strong organisational skills and experience of managing competing priorities within challenging timescales.

· An appreciation and understanding of the significance of Christian faith within our food bank network, and the ability to build effective relationships in contexts where Christian faith plays a major part, and in which people of all faiths and none collaborate to make a difference together. Role Overview: 

Reporting to the Senior Events Manager, the Events Coordinator will be responsible for managing outdoor, parks and corporate events. From supporting enquiries to increase sales conversions to helping customers plan and manage their events safely and successfully.

Main Duties/Responsibilities:  

Venue Management:

• Providing clients with venue availability, quotes, and conducting site visits
• Briefing clients on T&Cs for hire and licenses and supporting clients making event applications
• Ensuring all event application paperwork per event is complete and compliant with the requirements of the Event Policy
• Overseeing health & safety procedures; liaising with security personnel and conduct thorough site inspections before, during, and after events
• Working with internal & external contractors to secure the necessary services for each event and ensure clients are billed accurately
• Collaborating on developing new event opportunities to maximize revenue for the park(s)
• Communicating effectively with colleagues to ensure all park events and activities are well coordinated

• Supporting and attending events / productions as required

Admin and Finance:

• Managing event bookings and venue schedules to maximise revenue
• Raising invoices and purchase orders for clients, tracking corporate bookings income and expenses, ensuring smooth cash flow, and keeping budget up to date
• Ensuring all supplier’s paperwork is checked and uploaded to the system
• Raising contracts and agreements, ensuring all aspects of the event are clearly outlined and protected
• Updating the booking system with all confirmed event details, ensuring all details are documented and ensuring efficient scheduling and avoiding conflicts
• Preparing and submitting TEN applications to relevant authorities for events requiring permits in public spaces or with specific restrictions
• Supporting the Head of Events and Senior Events Manager with various projects, taking ownership and initiative
   

Skills and Experience:  

• Minimum of 2 years experience planning and managing events, ensuring a positive client experience
• Management of multiple clients simultaneously, providing confident and patient guidance to clients
• Proficient in a range of office software; Outlook, Excel, Xero

EIA is seeking a Data Analyst to join our Forest Team.

Location: London Islington
Salary: £36,000 - £40,000 full time equivalent per annum depending on experience. (£21,600-£24,000 pro rata for part time 24 hours per week)
Hours: Part time - 24 hours per week

EIA investigates and campaigns against environmental crime and abuse. Our undercover investigations expose transnational wildlife and forest crimes. We work to safeguard global marine ecosystems reduce the impact of climate change by campaigning to eliminate powerful refrigerant greenhouse gases, exposing related illicit trade and improving energy efficiency in the cooling sector.

The role:
This role will primarily focus on data-related tasks within our Forests campaign. Key responsibilities will include data management, supporting data analysis and exploration, leading on generating visualizations to communicate insights effectively, and supporting trade analysis to identify trends. The role also involves supporting the monitoring of media stories and publications relevant to the Forests campaign.

About you:
To be successful in this role you need to have experience in handling data in different formats and database management, ensuring data is accurate, reliable and delivered to a high standard. Proficiency in coding languages such as R, Python, etc is essential.
Ideally you will have experience in environmental and/or social issues and relevant regulatory frameworks plus experience in the NGO sector. Experience in creating data visualizations would also be desirable.

What we offer:
This is a part time role working 24 hours per week – 0.6 FTE. The role is a Fixed Term Contract for 6 months. There is potential for extension subject to funding availability.
The salary is £36,000 - £40,000 full time equivalent per annum depending on experience. (£21,600-£24,000 pro rata for part time 24 hours per week)
