Homewards is a five-year, locally led programme, launched by Prince William and The Royal Foundation of the Prince and Princess of Wales in June 2023. The aim of Homewards is to demonstrate that together, it is possible to end homelessness – making it rare, brief, and unrepeated.
The Royal Foundation has selected six flagship locations across the UK and formed Coalitions of committed organisations and people from their public, private and voluntary sectors: Aberdeen, Bournemouth, Christchurch, and Poole, Lambeth, Newport, Northern Ireland, and Sheffield.
Role Purpose:
The Royal Foundation is seeking an exceptional Project Analyst to play a vital role in shaping and delivering high impact strategic initiatives across Homewards’ priority thematic areas: homes; funding and finance; employment; and data. You’ll be at the heart of ensuring Homewards achieves lasting impact and shaping exciting and ground-breaking new partnerships.
Reporting into the Senior Project Manager and working closely with colleagues across the programme, the Project Analyst for Strategic Delivery is a key role as we deliver ambitious cross-location initiatives that prevent and end homelessness. You will be based within the core Homewards team but will work closely with other Foundation teams and external delivery partners.

Key Accountabilities, but not limited to:
· Conduct interviews, desktop research and literary reviews on interventions across homelessness prevention (data, housing, finance and employment) to inform Homewards strategic initiatives
· Analyse quantitative and qualitative information to assess the effectiveness of initiatives and, where relevant, develop light touch Theory of Change frameworks to guide approaches
· Investigate international best practices for potential adaptation in Homewards locations
- Design/develop insight-based solutions in collaboration with the thematic leads and other expert partners
· Provide and present insights and recommendations through clear reports, presentations and briefings to the Homewards team, partners and wider Foundation as needed
- Build and maintain relationships with appropriate internal and external stakeholders, and support the day-to-day management of the stakeholder ecosystem
· Supporting the development of crucial partnerships for the programme and management of work being undertaken by external delivery partners
· Taking on responsibility for the successful delivery of data, research and analysis projects within the programme as required
· Working alongside with our Research & Impact Team to ensure our approach to developing strategic initiatives is linked to our evaluation and assessment of the wider programme

Galop, the UK’s LGBT anti-abuse charity, is seeking an Individual Giving Manager to join our Fundraising & Comms team.
Founded in 1982, Galop works directly with thousands of LGBT people who have experienced abuse and violence every year. We specialise in supporting victims and survivors of domestic abuse, sexual violence, hate crime, and other forms of abuse including honour-based abuse, forced marriage, and so-called conversion therapies. We are a service run by LGBT people, for LGBT people, and the needs of our community are at the centre of what we do.
We run a National Abuse & Violence Helpline, which brings together our four national support helplines for LGBT victims and survivors of: domestic abuse; hate crime; rape and sexual abuse; and so-called “conversion therapy”.
We provide longer-term support to thousands of LGBT victims and survivors of abuse through our advocacy and therapeutic services. We are person-centred, empowerment-based, and trauma-informed – meaning our focus is always on helping our clients decide what is best for them, and then supporting them through their journey.
We use what we learn through working on the frontlines with clients to work on national and local policy change, to improve outcomes for LGBT victims and survivors of abuse and violence. We push for legislative change, improved statutory guidance for victims, and better understanding of the needs of LGBT people around the country.

A proven track record of developing effective digital and direct marketing strategies, which resulted in significant growth of income. Experience of managing complex budgets and proven ability to manage a complex operational plan within very short timeframes and within budget.
Ideally you will have experience of working in the international humanitarian aid sector, have used Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Google analytics.
You must have excellent communication skills both written and spoken, with the ability to write compelling and emotive fundraising copy. Significant technical marketing expertise across a range of direct marketing channels. Excellent numeracy, budget development, planning and project management skills.

About the role:
We are looking for a talented and ambitious individual to generate income for the Olive Tree Cancer Support Group through the development and implementation of a Trust & Foundations strategy. Direct Marketing Manager-Retention at the Disasters Emergency Committee is pivotal when we launch an appeal. They will shape and deliver new and existing supporter journeys for the DEC’s individual, community and legacy donors, and lead a programme of improvement across all major contact points between the DEC and the public.
The purpose of the role is to:
- Contribute to and develop DEC direct marketing strategies, including the refreshing, implementation and analysis of the DEC’s segmentation, to maximise future income and continually improve the retention of individual supporters for future emergency appeals,

You must have strong direct marketing experience with a focus on high volume donor acquisition and demonstrable knowledge of direct marketing techniques such as direct mail, email, SMS and SMS content management systems.
A proven track record of developing effective digital and direct marketing strategies, which resulted in significant growth of income and retention of a charity’s individual supporters. Experience of managing complex budgets and proven ability to manage a complex operational plan within very short timeframes and within budget.
You must have excellent understanding of donor motivations, managing donor relationships, supplier relationships and negotiating contracts.
Ideally you will have experience of working in the international humanitarian aid sector, have excellent understanding of current trends within charity direct marketing and have used Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Google analytics.
An ability to work under extreme pressure during appeals and to very tight deadlines with excellent attention to detail is a key driver for success in this role.

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic individual to generate income for the Olive Tree Cancer Support Group through community and corporate fundraising, principally in Crawley and Horsham and surrounding areas. This will involve planning and implementing a community and corporate fundraising strategy, engaging with individual donors, community organisations and corporate sponsors to generate a significant level of income to agreed targets and working with the wider team to advance the goals of the organisation.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced community and corporate fundraiser who is confident and capable in taking the lead on this key strand of our fundraising stream. You will be managed by the Centre Manager and supported by the Trustees and will have autonomy on leading on individual donors, community and corporate events and partnerships.
About you:
The ideal candidate will have proven experience of building relationships in a fundraising role, across a variety of audiences resulting in increased income generation. You will have excellent communication and presentation skills coupled with an ability to inspire and motivate others and engage compassionately with service users.
You will need excellent organisational skills with a good understanding of fundraising targets, as well as strategic thinking ability in combination with good problem-solving skills. You must be a team player, with a mature, credible and conscientious approach, as you will be part of a small team, working with vulnerable service users, in a key role for the organisation. You will also be required to assist in day-to-day operations at the Centre.
The flexibility and willingness to work several evenings and weekend days throughout the year and ability to travel independently is essential for this role.

Job Purpose
The Ruth Strauss Foundation is looking to grow its fundraising team and this role will play a pivotal part in developing Individual Giving for the organisation. This role will lead the Individual Giving and Legacy programme, responsible for building the database of regular givers, introducing new campaigns and products to acquire new donors and increase retention rates and lifetime donor value.
This role will be responsible for developing a supporter centric marketing strategy generating a supporter journey which drives excellent supporter experience, creating a RSF family of donors. This role will develop products for in memory fundraising and build our legacy programme from scratch, developing a legacy fundraising strategy and subsequent comms plan and journey.

Key Responsibilities

- Produce a regular giving strategy to generate growth in income and acquisition/retention numbers
- Develop robust supporter centric supporter journey’s, feeding into a wider onward journey to increase the lifetime value of our donors
- Produce a legacy strategy to introduce legacy fundraising to RSF, growing a database of legacy pledgers through sensitive and impactful legacy marketing

- Produce a 3 year programme strategy for Individual Giving and Legacy fundraising contributing to the ambitious growth strategy for RSF
- Project management of a year long Individual Giving communications plan and associated campaigns/products.
- Produce a marketing strategy for our individual givers which focusing on increasing the number of new donors acquired as well increasing retention, average value donated and gift aid conversions of our existing database.
- Introduce new in memory products and campaigns to support fundraisers wishing to raise funds in memory of a loved one.
- Introduce a legacy marketing strategy to grow legacy fundraising at RSF, introducing KPIs to monitor impact across pledgers and intenders
- Establish business rules for recording Individual giving data on Salesforce to ensure that future analysis of the programme is robust and reliable
- Introduce new fundraising campaigns to reach new audiences and re-engage with existing donors
- Project management and delivery of existing Individual giving campaigns
- Introduce new individual giving campaigns to the portfolio, identifying key opportunities in the year using audience understanding, aligning with RSF’s strategy
- Work closely with gift in wills organisations to grow RSF’s legacy fundraising, reaching new audiences, connecting with solicitors across the UK
- Work with the Head of Finance to develop a legacy administration process
- Budget management and post activity delivery metric analysis, ensuring a robust contingency planning process is in place
- Development of fundraising collateral in conjunction with campaigns/products
- Coordinate the marketing requirements for each activity, producing pre and post communications/marketing collateral – including working with external production companies where required
- Set up product/campaign processes including fulfilment and supporter stewardship
- Ensure all individual giving and legacy activities are compliant with fundraising code of conduct, GDPR and other IG processes/policies
- Conduct regular sector wide and competitor research to stay ahead of trends and maximiseopportunities for RSF
