Job description

re you an experienced Senior Marketing Manager ready to make a difference? Do you have the expertise to craft compelling Corporate and High-Value marketing campaigns?

As our Senior Marketing Manager, you will be the driving force behind the creation and execution of industry-leading  corporate and high value marketing campaigns. Your mission is to inspire more organisations and high-value donors to engage with and support the British Heart Foundation (BHF) in its life changing, lifesaving work. 

Working in close collaboration with BHF’s high-value income teams (Corporate Partnerships and Philanthropy), you’ll lead the development and implementation of our partnership and high-value marketing strategies, contributing to our fundraising and mission objectives.

You'll lead a small team and be responsible for the development and delivery of go-to-market initiatives, overseeing the execution of key campaigns with strategic partners and high-value donors, creating marketing collateral, and managing marketing activities in tandem with our supporters.


You’ll cultivate deep relationships with our strategic partners’ marketing teams and collaborate with them to design and deliver initiatives that propel our partnership goals.

Working arrangements

This is a blended role, where your work will be dual located between your home and our London office. 
 
At BHF we believe in the power of being together, so our colleagues on blended contracts can expect to spend some time in their office, at least one day each week, on average. The use of our office spaces is driven in part by your role and the activities you need to do. This may vary from time to time, so you will need to work in a flexible way to unlock your best work for our cause.

About you

As our ideal candidate you will have CIM/IDM or similar qualification, you have demonstrable end-to-end experience in developing integrated, multi-channel campaigns, including B2B and B2C. You'll have experience in setting objectives, tracking, and evaluating results and managing budgets. 

You'll also have significant experience in partnership, corporate, or B2B marketing, as well as experience targeting high-net-worth audiences. 

Additionally, you'll have experience of delivering marketing activity through a range of channels and creative formats including the production of TV, radio, outdoor, press and digital formats as well as direct marketing and mail pack production and scheduling Face-to-Face and Telemarketing channels.

With a strong understanding of managing brand campaigns and brand strategy, you’ll have proven project management ability, including working with agencies and a wide variety of teams and stakeholders, and will be a self-motivated, solutions-focused individual.

You’ll have strong influencing and negotiating skills with a sense of diplomacy and empathy and will be a flexible team player who shares knowledge and learning openly and strives to help others. With strong organisational skills, adept at time management and prioritising to meet multiple, competing deadlines, you’ll have excellent communications skills, both verbal and written, able to develop strong working relationships with colleagues across the organisation.

Interview process

Interviews will be conducted via Microsoft Teams. The first stage is planed for the 6th and 7th of August, while the second stage is set for the 12th and 13th of August.
