The Choir with No Name (CWNN) has been building supportive choir communities involving people impacted by homelessness and marginalisation since 2008. Your role 

You will be responsible for the management, development and delivery of marketing and communications to support CWNN’s fundraising strategy. You’ll work alongside our Development Manager to create compelling fundraising campaigns, content and communications, growing engagement from individuals, companies, community fundraisers and potential funders while simultaneously raising our profile among stakeholders through strategic communications and marketing plans. This work includes:   

• Support our Development Manager to create and deliver impactful and innovative fundraising strategies including our public appeals, challenge events and local fundraising campaigns.

• Developing and implementing communications strategies to promote CWNN’s work, managing our social media platforms and external comms to ensure they reflect our strategic goals and values.

• Producing our e-newsletter, with support from the Development team, to ensure CWNN’s key work, impact, news and campaigns are effectively promoted to our supporter base.

• Create engaging digital content for our website and social media including written copy, video and graphics.

• Analysing campaign engagement KPIs to inform future strategies and approaches to best engage existing and new audiences.

• Create marketing materials for external use, eg. corporate pitch documents, fundraising packs, gig programmes, flyers and posters using Canva.

• Co-creating case studies, supporting members to share their stories, their way, amplifying their voices and demonstrating the impact of our choirs to stakeholders.

• Co-lead our co-produced ‘Digital Storytellers’ programme with our Community Participation Manager, supporting members to manage their own local social media accounts, sharing their stories and raising awareness of their choirs to new audiences.

• Maintain, organise and populate CWNN’s media library and YouTube channel.

• Write and distribute press releases to both regional and national press and media, fielding media enquiries and building our media contacts.

• Co-ordinate our internal communications programme, working with senior leadership team.

• Carry out any other tasks that arise that are within the scope and purpose of the post as requested by your line manager.

About you 

Essential:

• You’ll have a proven track record in delivering successful, innovative and impactful charity communications content and strategies.

• You’ll have a good understanding of how fundraising and engagement campaigns can convert individuals into donors and advocates.

• You’ll have a creative eye and strong writing skills, with experience of bringing compelling stories to life across various platforms and media, to connect with a diverse range of supporters, funders and stakeholders.

• You’ll be able to multitask effectively, be highly organised with strong attention to detail.

• You’ll be proactive, self-motivated and can identify and act on opportunities as they arise.

• You’ll be reliable with an ability to work independently and have fantastic planning skills.

As a committed, motivated, and outgoing individual, you will support sexual health education and prevention as part of the Integrated Sexual health Service (ISHS) in Hertfordshire. You will provide interventions in sexual health in outreach locations across the county. You will conduct Carers Assessments in which you identify the needs of carers to determine the support they require, which may include financial support, respite care for the person they care for, and practical assistance.  You will form Support Plans with carers which show the ways in which support will be provided to improve their health and wellbeing, and help them in their caring role, and you will assist carers to access appropriate support.  Your periodic reviews with carers will monitor the effectiveness of Support Plans to ensure carers continue to receive the help they need.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a clinical lead working within our Mental Health Support Teams and wider Children and Young People’s Services. As an integral part of our services, you will ensure the high-quality delivery of mental health interventions for children and young people. You will provide  clinical supervision and support to a multi-disciplinary team, ensuring adherence to evidence-based practice and national guidelines. This role involves overseeing the delivery of low-intensity and early intervention mental health support within schools and the community for children and young people between the ages of 5-18 (for young people with SEND under 25). In addition, you will ensure professional development and clinical governance.

The role includes:

• Providing case management and clinical supervision (1:1 and group) and some line management
• Supporting the team to write sensitive and appropriate reports concerning the assessment, formulation and treatment plans of children and young people
• Carrying out clinical case file audits to ensure high quality practice and to support practitioners and trainees
• Ensuring that practitioners and trainees work within their scope of practice and adhere to professional standards
• Ensuring adherence to evidence-based practice in accordance with national guidance and national and local policies (including NHS and educational frameworks)

We're looking for someone with excellent science communication skills. You'll have the expertise and creative flair to produce accurate, inspiring, and relevant content and be able to communicate confidently with a wide variety of audiences. What will I be doing?

About the role:

The British Museum is seeking a Management Accountant to join the Finance department and provide a first-class management accounting service across the Museum. In this role, you will prepare timely and accurate management accounts, analysis and forecasts, whilst delivering projects on time and within budget.

As a Management Accountant you will be responsible for a variety of financial tasks, such as preparing material for our consolidated financial statements and liaising with internal and external auditors, partnering with departments to deliver projects, and contributing to the Museum-wide budgeting process.

Key areas of responsibility:

• Working with the management accountants and accounts processing team to provide best practice accounting, processing and reporting services to all Museum staff.
• Preparation of financial reports and forecasts.
• Preparation of material for the consolidated financial statements and liaise with the auditors.

About you:

• Educated to degree level or equivalent experience, with an ACA accountancy qualification.
• Good technical knowledge of relevant Accounting Standards and regulatory framework, income tax, NI and VAT.
• Audit experience, including some post qualification experience.
• Ability to identify, handle and deal with complex problems across a wide range of disciplines.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to resolve problems swiftly and effectively and make appropriate decisions.

The Role
