We are looking for an inspiring storyteller, digital innovator and cross-organisation relationship builder. This role forms part of an award winning, collaborative Internal Communications and Engagement team that is focused on creating an inspiring workplace through communications with a dotted line into our Volunteering team.
This role is focused on shaping the direction of travel for our amazing volunteering community and the managers that support them. It will be built on strong foundations, but it will involve some initial discovery off the back of our recent engagement survey to build communications for the future that have the greatest impact for our volunteers.
It’s a varied role – from storytelling and innovation through to channel management and events. Building strong, trusted relationships across the organisation is an essential skill to help build a connection to cause. It will make sure volunteers are supported as they gift their time, have what they need to experience the impact of their work and really getting to understand the organisation and the most effective ways to communicate. Stimulating conversations, championing colleague voice and creating a culture of open and transparent communication are all part of this role.
About you
You’ll be a real team player with a curiosity to understand our Society, how our volunteers communicate and like to be communicated with. You’ll be driven and keen to understand the impact of the communications that you are sharing and a key enabler of fostering inspiring storytelling across our volunteering community, while sharing the stories of our volunteers with staff too.
You’ll be someone whose approach is rooted in thinking through ‘how can we iterate this to make it better?’, as well as helping to shape a culture of belonging and strive to make our communications as inclusive as they can be.
You’ll be excited by the opportunity of exploring new ways to communicate and engage and sit within a wider Internal Communications and Engagement team who know the power of great communications to effect impactful outcomes for those living with dementia.
You’ll have the opportunity and time to develop ideas when leading on key projects and campaigns throughout the year, working in collaboration with our volunteering team as well as other teams across the organisation.

Temporary workers are vital to the continuous and effective running of services across St Mungo’s. Alongside temporary agency workers, St Mungo’s has its own bank of around 370 casual locum workers – and this number is continually growing! Working as part of a small sub-team within the wider Resourcing Team you will join us as a Resourcing Administrator and play a pivotal role in supporting the recruitment, onboarding and retention of casual workers (referred to internally as locums) and temporary agency staff across the organisation.
In this varied and interesting role, working as a Resourcing Administrator you will:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support for the recruitment and on-boarding of casual workers to St Mungo’s Locum Bank, including processing a high volume of applications from various sources including staff leavers, agency workers, students, volunteers and external applicants.
- Be the first point of contact for queries from locums, managers and agencies, dealing promptly and effectively by phone, email and in person. This will include responding to payroll related queries.
- Conduct agency audits and contribute to the ongoing compliance monitoring of agencies on St Mungo’s Agency Preferred Supplier List (PSL)
The role is available on a part-time basis, 26.5 hrs per week. This equates to 3.5 working days between Monday and Friday, however, there can be some flexibility on when these hours are worked, across the week. The individual working days can be agreed with the chosen candidate on appointment.

To be successful in this role, you’ll have strong administration skills and exceptional attention to detail combined with the ability to problem-solve effectively and have the tenacity to see tasks through to completion. This role is responsible for the management and development of the Here for You delivery team. This includes training and line managing support officers and volunteers who make initial and follow up calls to primary and secondary breast cancer patients. This new role has been created to take on day to day responsibility of the Here for You delivery tasks, ensure patients get calls within service level agreements and provide timely and trusted information and support to people diagnosed with breast cancer. A specialist Arts University based in central London is seeking an IT Support Manager for a full-time permanent role. The organisation is a prestigious arts focused University with around 600 students. They have two sites – one being the main teaching campus near Kings Cross, the other an art gallery with some teaching capacity, on the Strand.
The role is paying a starting salary of £50,942 per annum plus an excellent package including a leading pension and 36 days annual leave. The role will be based onsite predominantly at the Kings Cross site – working from home 1 day per week may be considered.
Reporting to the Head of Information Services, Systems & Technology (ISS&T) and working in a small IT team of around 5 people, this role line manages 1 IT Support Officer and takes the lead on the service delivery aspects of the IT team. This covers frontline user support and managing the daily operations of the IT function. The organisation predominantly deploy Windows devices, but they have an increasing number of MACs so experience of supporting IOS would be an advantage.
The successful candidate will come from an IT Support/Manager background, should have experience managing small teams, and should have a strong user focus and service delivery background. Experience from within the Higher Education, Arts, Charity, or Membership sector would be advantageous for the role. The role will also involve the development of a new asset management tool and leading on a telephony focused project.
The post holder will:
-Manage the Service Desk for both sites and the relationship with the 3rd party providers
-Monitor and report on existing service to assist in developing the IT & AV Support Service
-Provide professional and technical leadership and operational management to the IT Helpdesk team with a dotted line to the AV Support team
-Implement service standards and develop common systems and processes based on industry best practice.

Candidate requirements:
-Degree level qualification and ITIL qualifications desirable
-Recent proven experience of leading and developing an effective IT Support team and helpdesk service in a complex environment. Including setting targets, identifying training needs and delivering development plans
-Good technical knowledge of various hardware and software technologies including Windows, desktop PCs, laptops, mobile devices, printers, MFDs, Microsoft OS, Mac OS, Microsoft Active Directory, M365, and Adobe.

Primary function of the role
The primary function of the Finance & Operations Director is to manage the operational, financial and legal aspects of The Big House. Coram Children’s Legal Centre (CCLC) is the UK’s specialist centre for children’s rights championing access to justice through information and advice, legal practice and representation, policy and strategic litigation. Our Legal Practice Unit provides advice and representation in child and family law, education law, community care law and asylum and immigration law.
Part of Coram’s growing Children’s Rights Centre, CCLC is co-located with Coram Voice, the specialist provider of advocacy services for young people in and leaving the care system, in the new Queen Elizabeth II Centre at the heart of our historic campus in Bloomsbury.
About the role
CCLC is currently looking to recruit an exceptional solicitor to join our experienced, dedicated, and friendly team.
We are looking for a committed and passionate solicitor with good knowledge of community care and public law, current policies and legal aid. The successful applicant will be supported by a close team of colleagues within CCLC’s Legal Practice Unit, and provided with significant opportunities for learning and personal development.
The successful applicant will have solid experience of running a diverse community care/public law claimant case load and will demonstrate a solid commitment to upholding the rights of vulnerable children and young people.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a keen interest in upholding the rights of vulnerable children and young people who is seeking to progress their legal aid career in the charity sector. Our lawyers benefit from a good work-life balance and realistic financial and chargeable hour targets. We also offer considerable flexibility as to the type of cases that our lawyers take on provided that the cases fall within our general remit (children and young people up to the age of 25, and families). The role can be split between working from home/office-based with flexibility as to the balance between the two.
Our community care and public law team work closely with colleagues in other teams in the Legal Practice Unit (immigration, family and education law), as well as with other departments within the Coram group, including Coram Voice and the Migrant Children’s Project. As well as conducting casework for individuals, our community care and public law team is involved in strategic litigation for the wider benefit of children, young people and families, and is actively involved in policy issues impacting our client base.

Independent Domestic Violence Advocate (IDVA) working 37.5 hours per week based at St Helliers Hospital in Sutton, with one day a week at our Victim Support office near Old Street & homeworking and regular travel to meet clients and attend meetings. This is a stimulating and challenging role where you will get to assess risks and provide immediate support to survivors, working in collaboration with health staff and our pan-London IDVA team.Please note that the successful applicant will be required to sign an honorary contract with the Hospital Trust in addition to their contract of employment.

About the role:
You may be a qualified IDVA or a Domestic Abuse Outreach Worker wanting to work alongside health professionals in a hospital environment, although we will consider applicants from other fields providing you are able to demonstrate your knowledge and understanding of domestic abuse.
As an Independent Domestic Violence Advocate of domestic abuse you will:
Implement effective ways of working with victims and those supporting them to increase safety and reduce harm.
Provide a high-quality, front-line service to victims of domestic abuse, delivering a premium service prioritised according to risk, primarily focusing on victim/survivors aged 16+. Initiate, develop, maintain and monitor multi-agency links through procedures and protocols to keep safety central to all services for victims of domestic abuse
Deliver group training sessions and be willing and share your specialist knowledge with acute staff across the hospital
You will need:
- Have a knowledge of help-seeking barriers and support needs of victims of domestic abuse (in heterosexual or same-sex relationships)
- Have a good understanding of domestic abuse including the impact of domestic abuse on victims and their children
- Understand the principles of risk assessment, safety planning and risk management for victims of domestic abuse and their children
- Understand safeguarding issues, and the legal responsibilities surrounding these issues
- Direct service delivery to victims of domestic abuse or other vulnerable people
- Have excellent communication, negotiation and advocacy skills, both written and verbal when interacting with a range of agencies and individuals. Understand and be committed to equal opportunities and diversity issues in policy and practice
- Have a strong crisis management skills and the ability to deal with stressful and difficult situations

B Lab UK leads the engagement work of B Corporations across the UK and accredits B Corp status when businesses align with a strict code of conduct to ensure business is used as a force for good, benefiting people, communities, and the planet. B Lab UK is going through a period of rapid growth. The B Corp movement is growing exponentially with 400 applications received in 2022 through to 25,000 received this year. They are looking to bring in a Resourcing Partner to support them through this period. The post will work in the People and Culture team to support identifying the right resourcing solutions to ensure B Lab UK grows to meet its strategic objective to create an inclusive, equitable, and regenerative economy for all.
