Job description

We have an exciting opportunity for Caseworkers (internally known as CYP Programme Facilitators) to support our established and growing digital CYP service (WeMatter). These home-based vacancies are full-time, working 37.5 hours per week, on a fixed term contract until the end of July 2025.

About the role:

These roles are home based (which must be in England or Wales). The caseworker will work directly with children and young people across the area; with hybrid working an option after the 6 month probationary period.

  • As a CYP Programme Facilitator you will:
  • Hold an active caseload of children and young people who have experienced domestic abuse within the home
  • Be responsible for providing safe, high-quality and consistent support through the online delivery of the CYP Recovery Toolkit
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships and promote effective communication between staff and other stakeholders.


You will need:

  • an excellent understanding of how domestic abuse can affect children and young people
  • the ability to engage, build rapport and motivate young people
  • excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • sound IT expertise with the ability to use a range of software
