The Role

CoppaFeel! is looking for a Corporate Partnerships Manager to play an essential role in helping the Fundraising Team achieve our ambitious income target. We are looking for someone who thrives in a hands-on role, who will be responsible for developing and managing some of our most dedicated corporate partners, delivering excellent stewardship, income generation and awareness raising for CoppaFeel!. This individual will also play a key role in supporting our new business strategy, identifying leads to build a strong prospect pipeline, creating proposals and pitching to secure exciting new partnerships for CoppaFeel!.

Working closely with the other members of the Partnerships team, and working cross-departmentally across the organisation, the successful candidate will play a key role in executing our Corporate Partnerships strategy. The key duties will include delivering high-level account management of our existing dedicated corporate partners, identifying and negotiating opportunities to raise vital fundraising and awareness raising opportunities within existing relationships, and supporting the delivery of the new business strategy which involves identifying and cultivating leads to create new partnerships for Breast Cancer Awareness Month 2025, and beyond.

This is a 12 month fixed term contract covering a secondment within the organisation.

This is a hybrid role, with the expectation that you will attend the London office 2 days per week. You will be required to attend the office for quarterly team meetings, department meetings and in person training, we will provide plenty of notice for when you are required to be in for these purposes.

You will report to the Head of Partnerships and sit within the Partnerships Team, as part of the Fundraising Team.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Account management of corporate partners, giving excellent customer service and stewardship, maximising income and all opportunities for CoppaFeel!
• Keep account plans/communication plans/engagement plans for key partnerships up to date and accurate, supporting the mutual objectives of each partner
• Contribute to forecasting and budgets to support Head of Partnerships
• Create proposals and deliver pitches to existing partners and prospects that will help increase and drive income generation as well as opportunities to raise awareness of breast cancer in young people
• Help to support the implementation of the New Business strategy, identifying and researching prospects proactively as well as developing and converting reactive leads to develop a robust prospect pipeline and new partnerships
• A key point of contact for new enquiries into CoppaFeel! from companies who want to develop a partnership with us
• Write and proofread copy and content to support partnerships and partners working across teams
• Inspire and motivate partners to exceed fundraising targets
• Build strong relationships with key partners
• Willingness to be involved and hands-on with many different aspects of partnership activity
• Collaborate and coordinate with internal teams to amplify partnerships and ensure the smooth delivery of partner content on CoppaFeel! channels

• Support CoppaFeel!’s EDI strategy, to ensure our partnerships are helping us reach as many young people as possible
• Collaborate with the other Corporate Partnerships Managers and Senior Manager, Head of Partnerships, wider fundraising team and CoppaFeel! team on relevant projects
• Future Line Management: as the organisation evolves may take on line management responsibilities, overseeing team members and fostering their professional growth
• Keep database and other records up to date

Skills, Experience and Qualifications

Essential

• Experience working for a charity and managing medium/large corporate partnerships
• Experience of working on a fundraising team and supporting a range of different types of partnerships: charity of the year, cause related marketing, commercial or strategic giving partnerships
• Proven record of securing new partnerships or new business
• Excellent relationship building skills
• Creative thinker with the ability to identify different opportunities within a project or partnership
• Ability to create compelling and engaging partnership proposals
• Good writing skills and communication skills with an eye for detail

This is a perfect opportunity for an experienced international charity finance professional.to manage the range of  finances in an established and well regarded NGO with global reach,as it embarks on an exciting new journey under new leadership.

Working under the guidance of the Peer Programme Manager the post holder will ensure that Eastern European people with an identified diagnosis of hepatitis C & liver cirrhosis are offered a referral to specialist hepatitis treatment & liver surveillance services in West London area.

The Housing Navigator role centres around building strong connections. The PRS Housing Navigator will be based at our Deptford Broadway hub though some travel will be required, mostly within the borough of Lewisham. Job Title: Strategic Advocacy Campaigns Manager

Salary on appointment: £42,228 - £46,451 per annum

*This role sits within a pay grade with a pay range of £42,228to £63,342. The salary on appointment will be set at the lower end of the pay range, to a maximum of 10% above the base salary, depending on the candidate's skills and experience. Context and purpose of role 

Working closely with the Nations Directors, Policy & Public Affairs Managers, and the Communications team, the Strategic Advocacy Campaigns Manager will lead the development and execution of engaging and impactful public campaigns across England, Scotland and Wales, that inspire action, mobilise communities, and influence key decision-makers in support of our advocacy goals. The role aims to support impactful advocacy wins and bring new supporters on board while deepening connections with our existing supporters. 

The role holder will focus on developing advocacy campaigns that unite issues that affect the whole of GB, positioning the Ramblers as the foremost authority on walking and as a respected political influencer.  They will also support the broader communications team to implement locally focused advocacy and public affairs activities for England, Scotland or Wales where appropriate. 

Key responsibilities 

Campaign strategy development: 

• Design and execute integrated strategic multi-year advocacy campaigns that support our shared public affairs objectives across England, Scotland & Wales to deliver meaningful impact against a common change agenda. 

• Translate complex issues into engaging, accessible narratives to attract new audiences while energising loyal supporters. 

• In collaboration with colleagues, identify key issues and opportunities for advocacy, fundraising, and supporter growth including where appropriate commissioning research that will create campaign engagement by addressing evidence gaps and opportunities

Campaign management: 

• Work closely with the broader communications team to develop strategically aligned messaging and campaign assets and to deliver these across owned, earned and (where relevant) paid channels. 

• Lead on the creation of compelling campaign assets (e.g. reports, polls, toolkits) to ensure our message reaches a wide audience.

• Project manage advocacy campaigns including managing timeframes and budgets, mobilising other teams, seeking collaboration opportunities with external partners, setting and measuring KPIs 

• As required and agreed with colleagues, represent the Ramblers in public forums, media, and with key stakeholders to advance campaign objectives 

• Enthuse and collaborate with volunteers, supporters, and stakeholders to amplify campaign reach and impact. 

Cross-functional collaboration: 

• Work closely with membership, and fundraising teams to integrate campaign efforts.  Support Policy & Public Affairs colleagues to develop impactful policy briefings, position papers and fact sheets.   

• Support the broader communications team to implement strategically aligned locally focused advocacy and public affairs activities for England, Scotland or Wales where appropriate 

Monitoring and improving: 

• Monitor and analyse campaign performance using key metrics and data insights. 

• Prepare detailed reports and recommendations to inform future advocacy campaigns and strategies. 

• Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance campaign effectiveness. 

• Implement feedback and lessons learned to refine and improve campaign strategies. 

Budget management:

Main duties and responsibilities

Policy-Oriented Research:

 Design research frameworks that inform and shape policy decisions.

 Lead the development of policy briefs and recommendations based on research findings.

 Stay abreast of policy changes and trends that affect community wealth and asset-building.

 Draft authoritative briefings, reports, presentations and speeches.

Research Management:

 Oversee the planning and execution of research projects from inception to completion.

 Co-design and co-ordinate meetings, conferences, debates, and workshops in the relevant field.

 Work collaboratively across hubs to iteratively design briefs and editorial processes for systems, outputs, and actions.

 Ensure that research activities are conducted ethically and with cultural sensitivity.

 Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align research efforts with community needs.

 Develop comprehensive research briefs and proposals.

 Assess and communicate the potential impact of policy decisions to stakeholders and wider communities.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Lead on the management and development of the Strategic Alliance for Community Wealth Building co-ordinated by Ubele.  Engage with policymakers, community leaders, and other stakeholders to gather insights and build consensus.

 Co-ordinate consultations with internal and external stakeholders, synthesising findings

 Facilitate workshops and focus groups to co-create policies with community members.

 Represent the organization at policy forums and conferences.

 Maintain consistent and accurate messaging in all communications. Data Analysis and Reporting:

 Design and manage approaches for gathering, analysing, and interpreting data/ information across relevant sectors.

 Analyse data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities in community wealth and asset management.

 Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations that communicate research outcomes to diverse audiences.

 Monitor and communicate social, political, and economic developments pertinent to Ubele’s approach to Community Wealth Building through the lens of racial justice.

 Deliver presentations to, or create ‘One Pagers’ for, senior leadership, colleagues, and partners.

Main duties and responsibilities

To support the Associate Director for Community Wealth Building in the refining of the design and delivery of the Agbero 2100 national programme with a focus on London which aims to support Black and racially minoritised communities in Haringey, Lambeth, Lewisham, Southwark, and throughout England. This will be done through strengthening existing community resources, by developing a replicable model, shared learning using community wealth building approaches. The national focus for this work will support the development of a full multi-year Agbero 2100 strategic intervention.

Programme Management

 To work with our partners Wolves Lane Centre, OrganicLea, Black Rootz and Kinaraa CIC and other key stakeholders and funders in defining, planning, and delivering the Agbero 2100 programme.

 To have overall responsibility for all the projects within the portfolio, working with our partners and Programme Coordinator. As Programme Manager you will have to control the programme budget, secure resources, monitor and track the progress of the programme.

 You will also manage the performance of the programme team, including a Learning Partner and consultants, delivering programme deliverable and benefits on time, identifying, and agreeing the programme data requirements with our Business Analyst.

Resource Management

 To develop programme budgets in conjunction with the Director for Community Wealth Building and to manage the budget for the programme ensuring the resource allocation and spend enables delivery against agreed objectives.

 To be alert to funding and investment opportunities contributing to securing funding that will support the strategic aim of the programme and to work with the Director and other partners, stakeholders, and communities to develop proposals for funding. Risk Management

 To work within the team and other stakeholders to identify risks and opportunities across the Agbero 2100 London programme to produce, populate and update a risk register and produce reports.

 To solve any issues that interfere with the progress of the programme by maintaining an Issue Log.

 To track any changes to the programme securing stakeholder approval.

Communications & Engagement

 To liaise and communicate with key national strategic partners as week as regional and local partners and other stakeholders involved in the Agbero 2100 programme.

 To identify and engage with new organisations linking them into emerging regional and national structures and plans.

 To support all marketing and communications activity relating to the work of the Agbero 2100 programme and develop case studies for use for communications activities. Inclusivity, Health & Safety, and Compliance

An exciting opportunity has arisen at the National Housing Federation (NHF) for a senior policy advisor to lead our policy and strategy work on housing supply, development and planning, at a critical time for social housing supply.
The NHF is the voice of housing associations in England. We are the trade body to almost 600 housing associations, who have grown from philanthropic roots to provide 2.6 million homes to around six million people. You can find further information about the NHF on our website. 
This role is a crucial and exciting one within our policy team, the wider organization and the social housing sector. Social housing supply is high on the political agenda and housing associations are working closely with the government on the policy and funding environment needed to allow us to deliver the biggest boost to social and affordable housebuilding in a generation. This role will put you at the heart of this national issue. 
Whether this is making a persuasive and evidence-based case to the government for additional grant funding to build new homes, or working with sector experts on the detail of planning, development or regeneration policy, or meeting with civil servants, developers, planners, local government and other stakeholders on behalf of our members, this role is central to our work influencing national social housing policy.

The successful candidate:
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:

- An ability to lead the development of credible, robust, evidence based policy, including on complex and technical policy areas;
- An ability to communicate credibly, clearly and persuasively in writing and in person including to Chief Executives, senior government officials and development professionals;
- An ability to draft, oversee, adapt and deliver complex plans for the delivery of multiple projects or programmes of work;
- A strong interest in and passion for social housing and for social housing supply, through previous experience in either development or housing roles, and capacity to quickly learn the technical details of housing association development and operating models.

Nb within the NHF this role is known as ‘policy leader’ but it is equivalent to a Senior Policy Advisor in other settings.
