The successful candidate will manage a small team and play a leadership role in our member intelligence work, whether that is data about our members to inform our member engagement and policy positions, or work to make sure we can increase our commercial income and develop new products and services for the sector.

The successful candidate:
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:

- Experience of playing a strategic role in the use of data in a membership, not for profit or business environment.
- Excellent analytical and numeracy skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively and proactively drive forward data-driven decision making.
- Effective use of CRM systems to inform and delivery high quality customer service and insight.
- Sound knowledge of GDPR and data protection legislation.
- Experience of data visualisation tools, such as Tableau or Power Bi.
- Experience of effective team management.

About the role

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Programme Coordination and Project Delivery

• ​To work closely with the Director of Strategy and Programmes to coordinate and support the delivery of all our programmes to achieve the outputs and outcomes agreed with our funders. 
• To support with event management both online and face to face including providing technical support to participants on platforms for online training, including driving all courses hosted on Zoom, and providing excellent customer service to all engaging with our work.
• To support evaluations through providing and analysing data to use in reporting to funders and stakeholders. 
• To lead on programme administration and funder updates, including tracking key data on platforms including Arts Council Annual Survey, Julie’s Bicycle, Illuminate and Salesforce. 
• To support with the administration of programme activity by attending and writing minutes for key meetings, drawing up programme contracts, aiding with diary management, filing, liaising with key personnel, and conducting phone or zoom conversations as needed. 
• To support with the financial administration of our programmes through invoicing and managing participant expenses. 
• To take part in training and attending any networking events as required, including potential out-of-hours events such as our 3-day residentials, to represent Cause4 externally when required.
• To contribute to Cause4’s overall business development when required, and being pro-active in terms of personal development, working alongside the line-manager to build key objectives for growth within Cause4.

Marketing and Communications

• To oversee and manage the day-to-day communications of our programmes, including managing our dedicated programme inboxes, liaising with participants, trainers and partners as needed. 
• To set-up and publicise key events, projects and training opportunities on all programme websites and relevant platforms, including Eventbrite. 
• To support the Programmes team to achieve public-facing training sales targets for our programmes through implementation of the marketing plan.
• To support with communications and marketing by curating social media content (SmarterQueue), programme newsletters (Mailchimp), graphics (Canva), and blogs. 
• To support updating the website on a regular basis with support from the web designer and to be a coordinating lead and contributor in writing for key publications such as the digital Now, New and Next publication. 
• To research and develop our audiences and networks, in line with our priority areas, regularly updating our databased to ensure key contacts are in place. 
• To lead on the analytics of our marketing data, collating vital information from SmarterQueue, Twitter, LinkedIn and Google Analytics. 

This is a remote (home) working role, with opportunities to meet with the Cause4 team at regular events throughout the year in London, Cambridge, and other locations.

• Some existing project management experience in the arts, heritage or culture sectors, or an equivalent role where your skills can be transferred to the above responsibilities.

We are recruiting a Part Time Support Worker for our Look Ahead refuge to support and empower women to move on successfully with their lives.

The service supports 15 women with/out children in self contained units. The aim of the service is to support women to rebuild their lives following a period of abuse, preparing them to move on within a 6-month period to an accommodation type of their choice either in or out of borough.

Support workers deliver support along side the in house Independent Domestic Violence Advisor (IDVA) to address the safety of victims, survivors at high risk of harm and to equip women with the tools to move on within the allocated period.

What you'll do:

Undertake key-working responsibilities for a caseload assigned by the service Manager

To empower and support women and children in the refuge to keep safe and move on successfully with their lives

Complete DASH Risk Assessments, conduct comprehensive and regular customer risk assessments to ensure their safety and wellbeing

Create support/action plans for providing appropriate services based on the assessment and reflecting the services and resources available

Provide practical assistance to support customers to work towards the goals in their support plan (e.g. supporting benefits applications, attending medical appointments and appointments with external agencies

Develop and maintain links with all key agencies and service providers in the local community

Liaise with external agencies such as the Police, MARAC, Social Services and GPs

Help customers to integrate into their local area and access local educational, social, wellbeing and community activities, resources and opportunities

Monitor rent account, encourage and enable tenants to pay their rent and to ensure that rent accounts are managed effectively in conjunction with the Housing Management team

Manage customer referrals, completing Dash Risk Assessments and obtaining and maintaining all relevant paperwork

The METRO Parenting Support Programme is part of the Young Greenwich Partnership, delivering a new integrated programme commissioned by the Royal Borough of Greenwich. The essential purpose of the Young Greenwich programme is to enable young people to develop holistically, working with them to facilitate their personal, social and educational aspirations to develop their voice and reach their full potential. The METRO Parenting Support Programme delivers coaching, group work, mentoring and counselling designed to help parents of teenagers achieve their health and wellbeing goals. This, in

We are looking for a Project Manager with drive, enthusiasm, and knowledge to join our small dynamic team in creating innovative training programs to develop ethical, sustainable kidney transplant programs, saving lives in low and middle-income countries (LMICs).

Background

Our vision is that patients around the world with end-stage kidney failure will have the option of a kidney transplant locally and the chance of a life free of a dialysis machine. TLC helps to save and transform lives directly, and through transfer of skills, helps many more in the future

At TLC, we support the development of ethical, sustainable living and deceased donor kidney transplant programs, through collaboration with our specialist transplant volunteers from the UK NHS. Through various teaching methods and resources, including travel to partner centres, we empower overseas healthcare professionals (HCPs). TLC is the 'go-to' organisation for fledgling transplant programmes. We achieve this through direct training, transplant missions and observerships supplemented with mentoring, online teaching, resources and support

We are looking for a Partner Centre Project Manager who will manage all aspects of TLC partner projects. The Partner Centre Project Manager will be responsible for delivering the objectives outlined in the strategy and managing the training/mentoring programs for partner centres.

The TLC Team

Transplant Links is a small, flexible, and highly motivated team comprising a CEO, Director of Medical Activities, and Project Administrator. The Partner Centre Project Manager will report directly to the CEO, and collaborate closely with the Director of Medical Activities, working with over 50 NHS volunteers.

The Role

As we have expanded our global reach we need a Partner Centre Project Manager to develop and implement training programs in our partner centres worldwide. Primary responsibilities include project management of partner centres coordinating their training and resource allocation, and stakeholder communication  (healthcare institutions, supporters, HCPs). This involves organising missions, where a team of UK volunteers travels to facilitate living donor kidney transplants in situ. These missions will be led and supervised by the project manager.

The Partner Centre Project Manager also assesses and addresses the evolving needs of partner medical centres, ensuring that the training programs remain pertinent and customised to the specific requirements of partner centres. They will monitor the program’s expenditure within agreed budgets and ensure compliance of the activities and expenditure with TLC policies, whilst also taking the lead on program reporting to supporters. Crucially, they will be responsible for liaising with local program leaders (doctors, nurses and hospital managers), volunteer HCPs from the UK and stakeholders in the field (often Health Ministries and hospital management).

Primary accountabilities include: the completion of missions within a given time frame; abiding by the policies and procedures in place to ensure the safety of TLC volunteers and staff; identifying and managing risks within programs and proposing mitigation strategies; moving each partner centre through the phases of development as per the strategy; assessing prospective partner centres; progress reporting and communicating performance; managing budgets and resourcing requirements

Example tasks include meeting online with partner centres; writing plans and budgets for overseas missions; meeting online with a current or potential sponsor of a partner centre; liaising with TLC volunteers; facilitating meetings with key stakeholders; making in person visits in UK and abroad; working with TLC volunteers to design itineraries for upcoming observerships; preparing performance reports on centre progress and KPI’s

Role Requirements - Candidate Specification

We invite applicants with strong leadership qualities and an appetite for solving complex problems to apply to join our team. Applicants should have excellent project/program management and organisational skills and at least 5 years of project management experience at a similar level, preferably with a background in a relevant international/development management or implementation role, and ideally in healthcare and the charity sector. 

With demonstrable experience in designing, initiating and leading complex development processes and programs, applicants should have a significant understanding of budget management, time management, stakeholder management and financial reporting. Previous experience in successfully managing complex programs within the international development and/or health sectors is needed, and experience working in LMICs would be desirable.

The Partner Centre Project Manager will be expected to work from home on a laptop/computer and to travel overseas to partner centres as needed. They will be working both with other members of the TLC team at times and on their own. UK DBS check will be required
