The JABBS Foundation is dedicated to supporting women who are in or at risk of contact with the criminal justice system. They partner with women’s centres across the UK to develop their capacity to use data to improve outcomes and drive their influencing work. The Role:

As the Database & Impact Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing, customising, and optimising their case management software, Microsoft Dynamics. You will work closely with stakeholders, including Pragmatiq, the University of Birmingham, and Trust Impact, to enhance data capabilities and build data maturity across their network.

Key Responsibilities:

* Database Development & Management: Design, develop, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics for women’s centres. Lead on requirements gathering and improvements to enhance functionality and user experience.
* Training & Support: Train team members and stakeholders on Microsoft Dynamics and Power BI, fostering a positive data culture.
* Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure compliance with GDPR and data retention policies. Lead the annual IT audit for Microsoft Dynamics.
* National Travel: Occasional travel to women’s centres and other locations across the UK (estimated two days a month).

Who We’re Looking For:

We are seeking a dynamic individual with extensive experience in database administration and development, particularly focusing on case management systems. You should demonstrate a strong passion for justice and rights, coupled with exceptional communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

This involves:

* Proven track record in successfully delivering complex projects.
* Experience in creating and delivering training materials for diverse stakeholders.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics and Power BI is highly desirable, but we can consider experience with similar software.
* Knowledge of GDPR and data protection requirements.

This role combines database administration with impact and learning. While extensive expertise in database administration is required, they welcome applicants who are committed to developing their skills in impact and learning. Ideally, you will have previous experience in the social sector, specifically within the charity and non-profit sector. However, individuals with similar backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

This is a fundamental role within our West regional team, internally the role is known as Local Community Officer.

The Churches Conservation Trust works with communities to look after 357 historic churches, over two million visitors annually and hundreds of events both private and public.

These ancient, listed sites are among the most beautiful locations in England.

You’ll be visiting sites in your patch regularly, encouraging new supporters, holding local meetings, and raising funds to meet each building’s unique needs. Sharing progress through a growing church plan for each of the 22 churches in your area, you’ll ensure these buildings thrive as beautifully maintained visitor attractions, as venues for events and as central parts of village, town or city life.

You’ll be supported by our team of experts, including fundraising, conservation, and learning and by our large network of church supporters.

About the role:

This role is based in London and offers hybrid working both from home and our office in Singer Street. As an Independent Domestic Violence Advocate for Male Victims you will:

• implement effective ways of working with male victims and those supporting them to increase safety and reduce harm
• provide a high-quality, front-line service to male victims of domestic abuse, delivering a premium service prioritised according to risk, primarily focusing on victim/survivors aged 16+
• initiate, develop, maintain and monitor multi-agency links through procedures and protocols to keep safety central to all services for victims of domestic abuse
• specialise and be leading practitioner for Male victims of domestic abuse; providing advice, guidance and single point of contact for a male victims

You will need:

• Have a knowledge of help-seeking barriers and support needs of victims of domestic abuse (in heterosexual or same-sex relationships).
• Have a good understanding of domestic abuse including the impact of domestic abuse on victims and their children.
• Understand the principles of risk assessment, safety planning and risk management for victims of domestic abuse and their children

About the role and the London Adult Service:

The London Adult Service is a transformational service which aims to provide end-to-end support and casework to victims and witnesses of crime in London. The service is funded by the Mayor's Office for Police and Crime (MOPAC) and is a key part of the London criminal justice landscape. This role will play a pivotal part in supporting our external interface with our stakeholders. The role will be home-based, but attendance at our London office may sometimes be required for meetings.

As a Digital Engagement and Partnerships Manager you'll:

• Promote the London adult digital services to encourage referrals into the service.
• Oversee the implementation of key digital initiatives, working with partners to ensure a joined up user journey.
• Work with key stakeholders to encourage feedback and continuous improvement of the service.
• Manage the digital elements of the service ensuring operational teams are provided with assistance, for example with developing webinars and online group activities.

This role takes a matrix approach, reporting to the Head of Digital within the Communications and Digital team and also to staff within the London Adult Service.

We're looking for someone who can:

• Work collaboratively with colleagues and other internal and external stakeholders.
• Has experience developing content for websites, social media and webinars.
• Has experience planning and implementing strategies for improving user experience for digital services.

Role Profile

You’ll work in a multifunctional, three person project team alongside a Digital Strategy Manager and Digital Creative Expert. The three of you will cover everything needed to execute your projects, coordinating with our technology team and working with external design capacity to deliver outstanding results for your partners, and renew and grow your partnerships.

The teams are designed to be flexible and nimble, chopping and changing who does what to best meet the needs of the project and the capacity of each team member. However, each role has a set of primary areas of expertise which you’ll typically be in charge of on most projects. As the team’s expert in those areas, it’s your responsibility to make sure your team does them to an exceptional standard, whether you’re delivering them yourself or supporting a team member to cover them on a given project.

As a Digital Strategy Expert, your primary areas of expertise are all things strategy, project management and delivery. Your key role in the team is to make sure the execution of our projects is smooth, efficient and high quality, whether that’s through smart strategic planning, tight project management or insightful data analysis. As well as taking ads management and email and page builds on some projects, you’ll also be called on to support the DCE with copywriting and potentially the DSM with proposal writing.

Abilities and experience you’ll need to have

• 1.5+ years’ experience working in digital campaigning or digital fundraising, with proven experience of delivering results against goals 

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience of managing multiple stakeholders and building strong working relationships across functions 

• Being comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• Experience of using digital tools to build and send mass emails, comfort with managing lists 

• Excellent organisation and attention-to-detail with ability to juggle multiple priorities and keep to tight deadlines 

• Knowledge of how to plan and deliver a fair A/B experiment

• Experience of managing projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and to scope 

• Experience of managing ads in Meta, and proven ability to interpret the data to optimise against goals

Benefits and location 

Salary: £34,162 if you live inside London, £30,502 (plus £3,000 travel expense allowance) if you live outside London. Under our Employee Ownership Trust model, all team members will also receive an equal share of the profits each year. The amount will depend on how much profit is made.

Contract Term: This is a permanent, full time contract.

Hours: We work a 30-hour 4-day week, from Monday to Thursday. Please note - as this is a full time role, you are not permitted to undertake any additional regular paid work on the Friday. 

Location: You can work remotely from anywhere in the UK or use our office in London Fields, East London. You will need to be able to come to London once or twice a month for in-person meetings, otherwise most of our meetings are held via video conferencing and all our workflow is built to be remote-first.

Role Overview

We are looking for a talented fundraiser to join our small and supportive team. The Fundraising Officer (Trusts & Foundations & Events) is a new role to our charity and will play a key part in supporting our future plans.

UP attracts significant support from individuals, and there is huge potential to grow income from Trusts and Foundations with this increased capacity in the fundraising team.

In this role, with guidance from the Head of Fundraising, you will contribute toward income generation through researching and identifying Trusts and Foundations whose criteria match UP’s work, and developing compelling and inspirational proposals and grant applications. You will maintain the Trusts and Foundations pipeline, ensuring there is a steady stream of applications submitted to maximise funding opportunities, grow income and the number of multi-year grants.

XLP is a youth work charity working to create positive futures for young people and at the cutting edge of tackling poverty and educational failure in inner London. We’re looking for a Senior HR Manager who will be a generalist with prior experience of working in a senior level HR capacity.

You’ll be responsible for the effective provision of comprehensive HR services for XLP, develop highly effective relationships across the team, maintaining a real understanding of their challenges. You’ll partner with Line Managers on a range of HR duties encompassing the entire employee life cycle, including updating and reviewing policies and processes, employee relations, recruitment, onboarding/ offboarding, Learning & Development and more. You’ll ensure we recruit and retain excellent staff to ensure we’re giving our best for young people.

You’ll be happy to manage all aspects of HR and the employee lifecycle and not be afraid to work autonomously and get stuck in. 

About You

Key Skills:

• Significant relevant experience in Human Resources in a generalist role;
• Proven experience in managing complex employee relations cases;
• Experience with employee lifecycle procedures;
• CIPD Level 5 Qualification;
• Strong knowledge of current employment law and best practice;
• High attention to detail;
• Excellent administrative and organisational skills;
• Good level of numeracy and ability to collate data and produce information in simple formats;
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills;
• Ability to build and maintain good working relationships with staff at all levels;
• Ability to remain calm in challenging situations;
• Ability to carry out duties with tact and diplomacy, maintaining confidentiality at all times;
• Ability to maintain electronic filing systems.

Your new role

The Corporate Fundraising Manager role is instrumental in driving the charities' mission forward by creating, managing and expanding their portfolio of corporate partnerships. The Role

• To utilise Raiser's Edge database to track donor interactions, segment audiences, and analyse fundraising performance to inform decision-making.
• To oversee all income processing; some processes are the responsibility of the Individual Giving Manager, others are carried out by the Database Manager and the Community & Events team.
• To work closely with the Digital Fundraising Manager and Marketing team to develop campaign objectives, messaging, stewardship plans and marketing strategies.
• To set up and undertake monitoring and evaluation reporting to assess campaign performance against agreed objectives and ensure these insights inform future decision making.
• To lead on the Local Hospice Lottery, including strategic aspects of the Lottery to drive the growth of membership, monitoring membership progress and trends, and to resolve issues with the general public with regards to complaints

Main duties and responsibilities

 Technology provision

- To co-ordinate the application and consultation process for children’s palliative care services invited to apply for new packages of technology.

- To create documentation annually to capture all equipment requests, costings and associated partnership agreements.

- To co-ordinate technology installation schedules and liaise with Lifelites Champions to ensure efficient project delivery.

- To produce handouts and user guides for installation and ongoing training sessions aligned to Lifelites technology installation schedule.

- To attend and support the delivery of events, installations and Lifelites functions and represent Lifelites within children’s palliative care settings and forums.

- To provide administrative support for new technology pilots and other innovation activity.

- To support the development of Lifelites 25th anniversary activities, which are currently in development.

Learning and development

- To respond to training requests and co-ordinate installation and ongoing face-to-face training by liaising with Lifelites Champions, Lifelites Trainer and Head of Services to book dates and prepare training itineraries.

- To co-ordinate Lifelites Super User events including venue bookings, scheduling and training providers.

- To capture and monitor training feedback and prepare briefings for Head of Services and Trainer.

- To support the development and implementation of Lifelites e-learning platform, including course modules, interactive learning and activity ideas.

Partner engagement

- To support ongoing quality improvement by delivering regular account calls, responding to queries and maintaining up to date contact information for Lifelites Champions and other key stakeholders.

- To co-ordinate monitoring activity with partners including training feedback, annual surveys and case studies.

- To liaise with the Communications & Marketing Officer to create and publish information relating to services for newsletters and social media.

General

- To comply with Lifelites policies and procedures at all times.
