The Role
Working across both Social Mind and Social Sync as a Customer Success Manager you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our non-profit clients succeed in their digital fundraising endeavours.
You will oversee the complete lifecycle of client engagement, from onboarding to support and retention, ensuring they fully leverage our platform's capabilities and agency expertise.
You will act as a strategic advisor, guiding clients through their journey with Social Mind and helping them optimise their campaigns for maximum impact.
Your role will involve proactive communication, strategic planning, and collaboration with internal teams to deliver exceptional client experiences building long term relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management:
- Work closely with Growth team to deliver smooth and effective handover milestones to ensure ongoing client confidence.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders at non-profit organisations, understanding their digital fundraising goals and aligning our solutions with their strategic objectives.
- Conduct regular check-ins and strategic reviews to assess client satisfaction, gather feedback and identify opportunities to increase value and reduce churn across Social Mind and Social Sync.
- Explore different ways in which clients may benefit from new agency services as our offer diversifies in line with market trends and demands.
- Onboarding and Adoption:
- Ensure client satisfaction by keeping internal teams well briefed to successfully deliver agreed client requirements to a high standard and on time.
- Collaborate cross functionally to ensure clients have everything needed for successful campaign launches and ongoing optimisations.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive adoption and engagement with our platform, tailoring approaches to each client’s unique needs and goals.
- Success Planning and Outcomes:
- Create and manage comprehensive success plans for clients, setting clear goals and regularly reviewing progress to ensure they achieve their desired outcomes.
- Provide best practices and strategic recommendations to help clients elevate their fundraising efforts and fully utilise our platform and agency offering.
- Act as the internal voice of the customer, gathering feedback and collaborating with our Product and Development teams to drive enhancements that meet client needs.
- Identify potential risks and opportunities for upsell, working closely with internal teams to address concerns and explore growth possibilities.
Skills and Knowledge
- Strong knowledge and understanding of non-profit fundraising, particularly social and digital fundraising.
- Experience with managing multi-channel campaigns and understanding campaign lifecycle from planning to post-campaign analysis.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of managing complex stakeholder interactions and inspiring action through data and case studies.
- Tech-savvy, with a strong interest in learning about our platform and the ability to provide technical guidance to clients.
- Positive, enthusiastic team player with a collaborative approach and a drive for continuous improvement.
- Experience in the non-profit sector is desirable, with a passion for supporting charitable causes and driving meaningful change.
- Experience in a Customer Success or Account Management role is desirable, ideally within the non-profit sector or a B2B SaaS environment.

The Communications Manager will use their considerable communications (and particularly digital communications) and marketing experience to tell QEST’s story; communicate the impact of QEST, facilitate the advancement of QEST’s UK-wide activities; and strengthen communications among the QEST network of alumni, the wider craft industry and existing and potential supporters and donors.

The Finance Manager will be responsible for providing day-to-day financial processing, management and reporting; and, with the CEO, for providing medium and long-term financial planning and analysis in support of the growth strategy. The role will involve responsibility for systems’ maintenance and development, business process improvements and building/facilities management of the offices at No.1 Buckingham Place, Victoria SW1.

We are excited to be recruiting a Senior Programme Officer to join our growing In2STEM Programme team. The focus of this role will be to support delivery and ensure that our young people have an exceptional experience on the programme. You will also be kept engaged through deputising for the In2STEM Programme Manager one day per week.
You will have a good understanding of the challenges today’s young people from less privileged backgrounds may face and bring a proven track record of supporting vulnerable young people and/or adults with a range of support needs, including mental health needs, learning difficulties and disabilities. Your specific duties will include:
Programme Delivery

Managing a caseload of students and volunteers from application stage to successful completion of the programme, including recruitment, placement matching, onboarding, event planning and programme delivery (in-person and online), troubleshooting throughout the programme and evaluation.

About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Family Finding Social Worker or Senior Practitioner wishing to play an active role in the delivery and development of a high quality family finding service for the London Borough of Redbridge, for children with a plan for adoption.
The post holder will have lead responsible professional for family finding, but will also assist the team with providing a statutory post adoption service [assessments for post adoption support and applications to the Adoption Support Fund] for families living within the local area.
The post holder will be part of a small and very supportive team to develop practise and skills in this area. The post holder will also be able to have access resources and services within Hillingdon to support this role and be part of a bigger network of support from colleagues from across the RAA. This role will function as a job share to offer continuity to the children we are family finding for.

About you and the role
The purpose of this role is to manage operational delivery of our School Chef Educator programme, ensuring efficient and effective delivery. The School Chef Educator programme is a 10 week training programme for school kitchen staff, covering topics such as Reducing Food Waste, and Food Education. It is delivered in a blended learning format, through a mix of in-person training, bitesize webinars, and our online learning website.
You will be supported by our Director of Transformations, and manage our Chef Trainers who deliver our School Chef Educator Programme. You will work closely with the Director of Partnerships & Impact, our School Engagement Manager and our Research Supervisor, to identify and liaise with suitable funding partners, academies and schools, and ensure we are monitoring and evaluating our programme delivery to evidence it’s impact and ensure quality delivery across the cohorts that take part.
Your role will oversee our School Chef Educator Programmes, delivered across England. This role will be primarily focused in London, but will include supporting schools in locations across the UK as we develop new hubs. An average week in this role might see you attending meetings with new partners to secure support for new programmes, sourcing venues for training days, scheduling programme delivery dates, identifying and contacting schools in our programme delivery areas to sign up their kitchen teams to our programme, developing new content on our learning management system, attending webinars our Chef Trainers are delivering, and supporting Chef Trainers with our in-person kick off sessions, and graduation celebrations.

Your answers will go through our sifting process: all answers will be anonymised, randomised and then reviewed by a panel of reviewers. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to an online interview on 17th July.
Successful candidates will then be invited to an in-person interview to take place on Wednesday 24th July at our office in Brixton, London for which we will ask you to complete a short task. You have 15 mins to complete this task. The interview overall will take a maximum of one hour.
