We are looking for a People Coordinator to join our People and Organisational Development directorate. You will be part of a shared service team who provide a broad range of generalist support and administration across RBL.

This role is a full time position until 31st January 2026.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Draft and implement all People related documentation
- Support all People Managers in their responsibilities of the employee life cycle including induction, probation and leavers
- Ensure full right to work compliance for new starters and compliance with any regulatory requirements and professional bodies
- Produce monthly payroll data and ensure accurate and timely completion of payroll and support the resolution and escalation of payroll queries
- Complete all post offer documentation for candidates that have been offered a job at the RBL Group. This includes completing and issuing letters of employment, contracts of employment, start date and addendum letters, reference checks and medical referrals
- Use thorough knowledge of people policies to work with and provide administrative support to the Employee Relations Advisors for attendance management casework

About you

About the role
The Creative Minds Programme funded by the National Lottery, is designed to enhance mental health and wellbeing for adults in West Kent through engaging in creative activities.
These 24-week programmes are held in various locations across West Kent and are conducted in collaboration with professional artists, local arts organisations, and supported by the West Kent Mind community wellbeing team.
Open to adults (over the age of 18) in West Kent, the programme offers inclusive, free sessions in a wide range of artforms.
Key Objectives include boosting confidence, fostering connections, enhancing life skills, and increasing participants' ability to manage their mental health and support others.
Now in its second year, the programme aims to support 864 adults over three years, with a focus on those with mental health challenges or feelings of loneliness. In addition to creative workshops, the programme offers leadership training to select participants, empowering them to become "Creative Agents." These agents lead "Creative Places" to engage the wider public in community-based creative activities.
The programme is set to conclude in March 2026.
Who you are
All previous experience may be paid or voluntary, full, or part-time, in the UK or overseas.
· Ideally, you will have previously supported people with their mental health and wellbeing.
· You know how to quicky and effectively process referrals.
· It is desirable that you have experience using a client content database (CRM). We use Beacon.
· You are happy working as a team but equally can work independently.

Key Responsibilities
· Together with the Community and Partnerships Manager, you will be setting and completing work objectives.
· You will be putting your administration skills to use to keep accurate records and in line with GDPR processes.

The Role
The team purpose is to listen to, understand and inspire our supporters and our teams to fundraise with pride in a way that’s both easy and right for them, with the help they need to enable greater giving that is legal, ethical and inspiring to others. We are evidence and data-driven, factual, and solution-focused. Our strategic evidence base will ensure that Society’s decisions and interpretation of dementia and the system are based on the highest quality of dementia evidence and will:
• Demonstrate the scale of dementia in the UK
• Demonstrate the impact of dementia on the system and those affected by the disease
• Underpin the response of Alzheimer’s Society and the wider system to the big challenges dementia poses
As our Strategic Evidence Manager, you will have the responsibility of delivering the development and curation of our strategic evidence base and will play a significant role in our mission to make dementia the priority it needs to be.
You will lead a team of two Strategic Evidence Officers and work alongside a Health Economics Lead and a Dementia Data and Intelligence Lead. You’ll also be part of an even larger Evidence, Policy & Influencing (EP&I) function, which is laser-focused on ending the devastation of dementia through changing policy and an integral part of the EP&I Management Team. Integration and teamwork are everything in this role – with colleagues internally and with the system externally.

- Be an internal and external influencer, using your understanding of Alzheimer’s Society strategy and the external environment to manage the development, delivery, and curation of our strategic evidence-base.
