You will:
- Provide a high quality and flexible tenancy sustainment service to people with mental health needs.
- Conduct regular keywork sessions that are innovative and engaging in order to achieve service user`s personal support plan goals to enable independence and mental health recovery.
- Support and challenge tenants to improve their quality of life and independent living skills.
- Promote independence, wellbeing, inclusion, and resilience.
- Provide support to tenants/ service users to move on by resettlement support planning and exploring move-on opportunities including the private rented sector.
You are:
- Someone with previous experience of working or volunteering with people who have mental health support needs.
- A mental health professional with good knowledge of working with people with dual diagnosis and ex-offenders.
- Able to support planning and mental health recovery approaches with a compassionate and empathetic approach.
- Knowledgeable about ways of working with people with dual diagnosis and ex-offenders.
- Positive, resourceful, and resilient when working in challenging environment.
- Able to work jointly as part of a team and in partnership with external statutory and voluntary agencies.
- Competent in using computer programmes and databases.

The Role

This peer support project is delivered in partnership with South West London and St George’s Mental Health NHS Trust to support Carers of people with mental health conditions. This project will work to support Carers through one-to-one support, outreach, training and peer support groups.

About the role
As our Product Events Executive, you will be working across our portfolio of amazing third-party events, including the Brighton Marathon Weekend, Hackney Half Marathon, Cardiff Half Marathon and the Action Challenge series. You will successfully manage the full delivery of your portfolio, including recruitment, stewardship and event day activations.

About You:
- Successful track record of working in a direct marketing role, including proven experience of planning and executing campaigns across different channels, including digital.
- Experience of managing telemarketing, call handling and large-scale print campaigns
- Experience of managing creative development, including writing creative briefs, working with creative agencies, ensuring the correct sign off procedures are followed, and appropriate stakeholders consulted.
- Project management experience including identifying opportunities and managing through to implementation.
- Ability to work flexibly and independently, to manage varying competing priorities and meet strict deadlines with often changing priorities.
- The ability to work as part of a team and collaboratively with a diverse group to deliver cross-organisational projects or objectives.
- Excellent numeracy skills with attention to detail and experience in monitoring, evaluating and analysing campaigns.
- Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrable experience managing external suppliers.
Although not essential, we also prefer you to have:
- Experience of working in the voluntary / fundraising sector.
- Experience of delivering supporter direct mail and communication programmes.

We are recruiting for two wellbeing practitioners for our service in Harrow. The posts are part of services commissioned between Anna Freud and London Borough of Harrow (Harrow Horizons Early Intervention Service).
The service offers brief evidence-based individual and group interventions to address moderate wellbeing needs largely using CBT-based treatment, trauma informed and Mentalization approaches. Work is also conducted jointly with existing professionals where young people present with more complex needs to strengthen the skills and competencies in the multi-agency network. The work takes place on an outreach basis in schools, family homes and other community venues as well as being conducted virtually.
The Wellbeing Practitioner role will be suited to those individuals with skills and experience of working directly in schools/community and who are passionate about delivering high quality evidence-based intervention on a time-limited basis.
The post-holders will also deliver consultation, training, and workshop to non-mental health staff, such as teachers and social workers with other clinicians in the service.

What skills will I need?

You do not need to have managed CRM teams before or be a CRM expert - our key priority is finding someone with the management skills to lead CRM specialists.
