The Data team’s goal is to inform every Unifrog decision with data. That includes decisions taken by our teammates, university and employer partners, and those taken by teachers and students who log into the Unifrog platform every day.

The Role
The team are determined to increase the prominence of legacies both internally and externally in order to grow and protect this important income stream, which accounts for over half of donated income.

- Responsible for developing and delivering all fundraising events with the support of the Fundraising Events Manager

Trauma Treatment International (TTI) is a registered charity in the UK. Our focus and expertise is in providing evidence-based psychological treatment and support to survivors of collective violence*, internationally. We provide direct psychological assessment, formulations and treatment to survivors of torture, trafficking, slavery and war, and organisational support (organisational reviews, training, reflective practice and consultation) to human rights organisations that share our aims (of reducing collective violence and/ or support people affected by collective violence) to mitigate the impact of trauma exposure on the workforce, and assist in sustaining the important work they undertake.

How much time will I need to give?
We like to develop sustainable relationships with consistent, skilled and reliable associates who we know well. As a small charity, our need for input from our associates will change dynamically based on funding and projects we are undertaking. This means that whilst at times we might have a low need for input from you, at other times we might request more.
We understand that our Specialist Associates will likely have other work and life-demands that mean that what they can offer may also change over time. We make sure that we have regular contact so that our Clinical Lead understands what your time commitment is and can maximise your skills, interests and availability (whether this is a few hours a year, a month or a week) to match our needs as an organisation.
TTI provides the opportunity for connection time, peer supervision and in-house training, which Specialist Associates are welcome to attend in their own time and at no cost to TTI. Key Activities

- Supporting the Development Manager with fundraising bids, including design work and proof reading.
- Managing communications volunteers in the UK to help to build the capacity of the organisation.
- Supporting with general organisational admin, as required.
- Working with the S.A.L.V.E. team to deliver on our strategic plan. Contribute to its review and improvements over time to maximise the organisation’s impact with our service users through regular evaluation and learning reviews where required.

About the role:
We have a new and exciting Talking Space service in the vibrant Jewellery Quarter near to the city centre.
Our Talking Space service provides a safe and welcoming space for individuals 18+ living in Birmingham or Solihull who are feeling emotionally distressed or in a mental health crisis. We offer 1-2-1 appointments and drop-ins at 3 sites across the city (Selly Oak, Erdington and Northfield). We listen and provide a range of referral and signposting options.
The service is an alternative to A&E, as part of the urgent care pathway.
We have an opportunity for an empathic and experienced leader to support the set up and effective delivery of the Talking Space service, focusing on young people aged 18 – 25.
You’ll develop engaging activities and groups that appeal to young people, ensuring that we can help them to reach their full potential. With a good understanding of mental wellbeing, you will be accustomed to working within the framework of confidentiality and ensure all relevant documentation is accurately recorded. You’ll be able to communicate in a style appropriate for the audience, demonstrating a compassionate and non-judgmental response to those experiencing psychological distress.
As the Team Leader, you will provide support and supervision to the team, identifying training for individual development and maintaining annual appraisals for staff.
