The Salesforce Admin will be key for the successful operation of Anna Freud’s Salesforce environment which is at the heart of the current digital transformation. We have developed a bespoke salesforce product that truly benefits the user, in a mental health environment. Working within the IT Department this role is essential to ensure that Salesforce operates effectively for internal and external stakeholders.
The Salesforce Administrator is expected to administer the system, aid in designing solutions, and assist in supporting the developments already in place.
The post-holder will work within the IT department in Central Support Team but they will also be working with teams across the organisation as the first line of support for any issues.
The successful candidate will join a small and supportive team of 7 people within a fast paced and busy environment as there is a lot to do, with a mixture of team working but also having the initiative to problem solve independently.
Location
Hybrid working (a mixture of onsite and home/remote working). Staff are working onsite for at least 20% of their working hours, either at our London site (4-8 Rodney Street, London N1 9JH) or our Northern Hub (Huckletree, The Express Building, 9 Great Ancoats Street, Manchester M4 5AD).

The Finance Manager will join a small and dynamic team that covers Finance, Human Resources, IT and Business Operations. The Finance & Operations team play a critical role by running the day-to-day operations and providing the infrastructure that enables the continued delivery of the Trust’s mission and objectives.
The Sutton Trust is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Finance Manager to join the team and provide crucial support on a range of key finance functions. Main duties
- Cash management and cashflow forecasting; monitoring and reporting on the Trust’s investment portfolios
- Approval of payment runs in line with approval matrix
- Supporting the Director of Finance & Operations with annual budget setting and leading on quarterly reforecasting cycles
- Building and maintaining relationships with budget holders and members of senior leadership to help them understand budgets and financial statements and support them with their day-to-day budget management and finance needs
- Preparing quarterly management accounts, and other financial modelling as required
- Supporting the Development Team with funding applications, and grant / funder reporting
- Ensuring compliance with funder restrictions and requirements
- Preparing VAT returns, submitting returns to HMRC and providing VAT advice, as required
- Overseeing the Finance Officer’s work and providing cover for leave including sales and purchase ledger, month end, payroll, pension and staff benefit administration as well as the administration of Gift Aid and legacy income.
- Preparing annual accounts and year-end schedules, working closely with the Director of Finance & Operations and external auditors
- Supporting the Director of Finance & Operations to ensure there is an effective system of financial controls
- Line managing, motivating and proactively supporting the Finance Officer in their professional development
- Proactively updating your own knowledge in relation to the role, identifying and undertaking appropriate training
- Keeping up to date with legislation, policies and procedures relevant to the role and the Trust’s work

Skills and Experience
We welcome applications from individuals who have experience in:
- A hands-on, generalist finance role with strong experience of a wide variety of finance processes
- Producing monthly or quarterly management accounts and providing suitable narrative as required
- Supporting or leading on aspects of the year-end processes and/ or the annual audit, including producing year-end schedules, accounts and liaising with the auditors
- Setting up and maintaining forecasting templates, including for cashflow purposes
- Improving financial controls and processes, and using technology or automation to improve efficiencies
- Working with and supporting non-finance staff with their day-to-day budget management including the provision of training
- Managing and supporting junior finance staff
- Working in the education or not-for-profit sector (desirable)
- Working with Quickbooks or a similar accounting software (desirable)

The Holocaust Educational Trust (HET) is a registered charity working with schools, colleges and communities across the country to raise awareness about the Holocaust and its relevance today.
We have an exciting opportunity for an Education and Production Officer to join our team based in Central London. After several years of research and development, we have recently launched Testimony 360, a brand-new digital programme for UK secondary schools that uses interactive survivor testimony and virtual reality to innovatively teach about the Holocaust. Through the programme, students can have a personal and conversational experience with a recording of a Holocaust survivor before seeing some of the sites they experienced for themselves using virtual reality headsets, all without leaving their classroom.
The successful candidate will serve as a member of the Trust’s Testimony 360 Team, responsible for the digital post-production and testing of interactive recorded testimony to ensure its fluency and usability in the classroom. We are looking for an individual with confident IT skills and the ability to quickly learn how to use new technologies and programmes. As an expert in Holocaust education, you will also contribute to the successful delivery of our Testimony 360 programme through weekly in-person school visits during term time or as required.
Responsibilities
Post-Production, interactive survivor testimony
· Lead on the development (post-production) of interactive testimony, including clipping, annotation, data/metadata input, and Alpha/Beta testing. Throughout testing, leading the training process which ensures the system’s accuracy.
· Maintain regular contact with our partner organisation, the USC Shoah Foundation, including progress updates, shared learning, required training.
· Support colleagues undertaking training and/or working on supportive post-production.
· Logging activity and decisions regarding the post-production editing process, as discussed with members of the Testimony 360 team and/or USC Shoah Foundation.
· Organise and deliver Alpha and Beta testing stages, working directly with students both online and in-person to deliver test sessions and action necessary follow up (to ensure learning from test sessions is fed back).
Delivery
· Contribute to delivery of Testimony 360 through regular, in-person school delivery as part of the wider team, ensuring that the programme is delivered through a robust pedagogical approach. Expected to deliver Testimony 360 one every two weeks throughout term time.
· Plan and deliver Beta testing sessions as part of the development of the interactive testimonies, sharing knowledge and expertise with other Education Officers supporting in this delivery.
· The successful applicant may also be expected to deliver educational sessions to students, teachers and our young Ambassadors outside the Testimony 360 programme and throughout the year. In-person sessions will take place in the UK and sometimes abroad.
General
· We expect all members of the Education team to share their learnings and expertise both internally and externally. This role will require discussions about our learnings from Testimony 360 with the wider Education team, and we encourage consideration for how these learnings might feed into our wider educational offer.
· As an educational charity, we must ensure that education about the Holocaust is the core of all work. To this end, members of the Education Team are responsible for supporting the wider teams as they develop, plan and deliver on broader public engagement, fundraising, and awareness-raising initiatives.

The Role
The Referrals Officer role is critical to the charity. It ensures that our referral process is managed effectively for our clients and branches.

About the position
The GMS Support Manager will be responsible for leading on the day-to-day operations of the Freedom Fund’s new Salesforce Grant Management System. The project to develop the new GMS is currently in progress, with user training expected to take place in January 2025 and the Go Live planned for February 2025. The transition to the new system will be a significant change in the organisation’s way of working; currently the Freedom Fund’s grant management process is manual and spread over multiple different platforms.
Initially, the focus of the role will be on supporting the Freedom Fund staff as they transition to using the new system, including assisting with user training and working with the implementation partner Hyphen8 to identify and resolve any issues that arise. Following Go Live, the GMS Support Manager will be responsible for leading on administration and maintenance of the system, requiring a good technical knowledge of how Salesforce works. The role will be responsible for user training and support, leading on staff consultation for future system developments and prioritising requests. The successful candidate will also act as the main point of contact between the Freedom Fund and implementation partner Hyphen8 for both ongoing support and future development phases.
