The Supporter Care Assistant is the first point of contact for supporters. They’re key to making sure everyone fundraising for us feels supported and appreciated through excellent communication. This is a great first job in fundraising for someone looking to build a career.

About the Role
We are seeking additional experienced Associate Independent Investigating Officers (IO) for Complaints, to increase our capacity to respond to referrals from Local Authorities to provide an independent element to the formal Stage 2 investigations under the Children Act 1989.
The IO will lead investigations, and will give the complainant (who may be a child, young person or adult) the opportunity to express their view, ensure the child or young person’s rights and best interests are at the centre of the investigation and that the investigation/review process is open and transparent. They write a report on the investigation/review, which is submitted to the referring agency.
The Job Description document sets out the expectations for an Associate Independent Person for Complaints (IPC) who is approved by Coram Voice. IPCs are independent, freelance and responsible for their own work. Nevertheless, IPCs are accountable to the organisation for their professional standards and are expected to comply with Coram Voice Code of Ethics and Practice Guidelines.

Purpose
The HR Administrator role is an excellent opportunity for someone with HR or admin experience, who is interested in starting/progressing an HR career and looking to gain experience in a friendly but busy small HR team. Family Rights Group is the leading child welfare charity, and is rolling out its highly successful Lifelong Links programme in London for care experienced young people. As part of that work, we have received funding to create this exciting new post which is ideal for a young people participation expert.
The Young People’s Participation Officer will build on and continue to develop the charity's young people's participation activities so that young people inform, influence and help to deliver the strategic priorities of the charity. This is a new and exciting role in Refuge, and the post holder will be embedded within borough housing teams to facilitate the dual working that will ensure that survivors’ safety and housing needs are met. Information about the Training & the Job Role
This is a fixed term post with this training year funded by the NHS. After successful completion of the course the fixed term training contract will end however we will seek recurrent funding. This full-time role will be best suited for applicants who are able to balance a busy work and study schedule, with frequent travel across different sites for university and work. Applicants must be prepared to work towards their studies outside of protected study time (such as on weekends and after work). We are seeking an operational and people focussed Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our Executive Team. Safe Passage International (SPI) is recruiting an Arrivals and Social Support Worker to support to continuing and sustainable growth in our ground-breaking work to ensure that safe routes to sanctuary exist for all people seeking asylum, and that the young people and families we work with have dignity and safety on arrival.
This Arrivals and Social Support Worker will work with young people and families to support them in their reunification and arrival to the UK. This legal casework is facilitated by our UK Legal Team and covers a range of geographic regions inside and outside of Europe, including responding to emerging crises such as working to support people fleeing Afghanistan, Ukraine, Sudan and Palestine.
Reunification and resettlement is a difficult process. This role will involve conducting pre-arrival needs assessments, preparing the family for the reunification, and supporting them after they arrive in the UK. The Arrivals and Social Support Worker will also help young people and families transition into their new life, by supporting them with the practical and emotional aspects of resettling in the UK. You will work with the family and professionals and act as a bridge into longer term services and support. This role will also provide social support on a case-by-case basis for others in vulnerable situations, including family members pre-arrival, as well as to those on our Young Leaders Programme. This is a challenging and extremely rewarding role for candidates with a good understanding of the challenges young people and refugees face on arrival to the UK.
