You will devise and execute CharityJob’s multi-channel, full-funnel growth strategy to drive quality candidates to site, as well as driving revenue from recruiters.

The Direct Marketing Manager, Retention, is a newly developed role at the DEC, responsible for shaping and delivering new and existing supporter journeys for DEC individual, community and legacy donors, and leading a programme of improvement across all major contact points between the DEC and the public.
The Direct Marketing Manager, Retention will:
- Contribute to and develop DEC direct marketing strategies, including the refreshing, implementation and analysis of the DEC’s segmentation, to maximise future income and continually improve the retention of individual supporters for future emergency appeals,
- Lead on the production of retention and reporting back materials for individual and community supporters,
- Manage the development and maintenance of specific supporter journeys,
- Develop and oversee the materials and supporter positioning for a light touch and mainly reactive legacy marketing programme for the DEC.
Key responsibilities include:
Strategy and Planning
- Develop and implement the direct marketing retention strategy, ensuring that past learnings are built upon, and new ideas are tested.
- Develop and implement specific audience journeys for segments across both the life cycle of a DEC appeal and between appeals.
- Ensure timely and relevant communications to all direct marketing, community, and legacy audiences on the impact of their donations.
- Build an improved supporter journey strategy for new, repeat, and lapsed donors.
- Lead, design, and monitor the collection of audience insight during appeals.
Fundraising
- Develop the DEC’s donor journeys for individuals and community supporters, monitoring the development of segments and the engagement of repeat donors.
- Provide analysis during and following an appeal of performance to measure and report performance against key indicators and develop recommendations for improving impact in the next appeal.
- Support the stewardship of community fundraisers and groups in conjunction with the Supporter Services team.
Networking and building relationships
- Develop excellent working relationships with the DEC’s suppliers including creative agencies, media agencies, SMS and email suppliers, and the print/mailing house.
- Work with permanent and temporary staff at the DEC during appeals to maximise the success of the appeal.

We are looking for an experienced, strategically minded and solutions focused Senior Operations Manager to join us here at the Royal College of Radiologists (RCR) as part of our Exams Team.
The RCR creates and delivers exams on the behalf of the General Medical Council (GMC) to assess doctors qualifying as Clinical Oncologists (cancer doctors) and Radiologists (doctors who diagnose through medical imaging). The Senior Operations Manager will oversee the work of the operational exam delivery team, working at a high level to realise our growth plans.
As a dynamic leader, you will create medium- and long-term plans to grow exam capacity, both domestically and globally, recognising that the number of candidates completing their exams directly impacts the growth of our specialties. Integrative Counsellor/Cognitive Behaviour Psychotherapist role
We’re delighted that Sheffield City Council, as part of the national Family Hub and Start for Life Programme, commissioned Light to provide a perinatal mental health peer support intervention, providing also the opportunity to develop our internal pathway to counselling/therapy support and enhance the clinical leadership within the service.
We are able to support more people who are affected by emotional and mental health problems during pregnancy and the postnatal period, and/or are facing parent - infant relationship difficulties.
You will have day-to-day clinical responsibility for our counselling/therapy provision, building on the provision already in place. You will work towards achieving a responsive high quality and clinically robust service. Working closely with our PNMH Peer Support Co-ordinators you will implement and operate an internal care pathway for our service users who meet the criteria for counselling/therapy services. You will undertake comprehensive initial assessments and provide a small team of volunteer qualified and trainee counsellors with clinical leadership and supervision.
You'll be based at our main hub in the city centre.

We use our expertise to give government, industry, communities and individuals the knowledge and support to make informed decisions about alcohol and how to reduce the harm it can cause. We deliver public-facing campaigns and digital services, information and guidance, evidence-led advice to governments and industry, and independent research, consumer insight and evaluation.
About the role
The role leads the delivery of our social media strategy and supports our Creative Content Lead to deliver Drinkaware’s multimedia content strategy. The role is key in ensuring that the public can make conscious, informed choices about alcohol and can find help if they need it. The key focus of this role will be developing and growing our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, X and LinkedIn). It will suit a creative, thoughtful digital producer who is able to successfully adapt difficult and nuanced messages for our key audience groups. Outside of social media, this role will be responsible for producing new multimedia content for other channels and making sure that existing digital content is up to date, accurate and engaging, to promote our brand and information through social and digital channels and to protect us from repetitional damage.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead Social Media
- Manage, develop and grow Drinkaware’s social media channels, including community management and maximising engagement across channels
- Plan, develop and schedule social media content in line with our content planning cycle
- Proactively develop new content ideas that amplify activity happening across the company and tap into relevant conversations (e.g. Alcohol Awareness Week).
- Monitor social channels for reactive engagement opportunities and to flag any reputational risks emerging on socials
- Work with Creative Content Lead to develop the Drinkaware social media strategy and plan, including KPIs, ensuring it meets our content strategy objectives
- Proactively stay ahead of social media trends and ensure our channels are affectively developed and maintained
- Develop and manage a small group of influencers to support the work of Drinkaware
- Build relationships with specific audiences through community management across channels, which includes finding advocates/case studies for Drinkaware
Content creation
- Create content for our social media channels
- Confident planning in video content into social plans to garner maximum engagement
- Experienced in filming content and editing into engaging and informative content which conveys the key message in an accessible way

At Thrive, we work with people to improve their physical, social and emotional health through gardening. We primarily work with people with disabilities and health conditions. We deliver face-to-face Social and Therapeutic Horticulture (STH) programmes and we are the leading Social and Therapeutic Horticulture training provider in the UK, helping organisations, health and social care professionals and teachers deliver STH. We also provide free resources that help people garden at home, reducing the risk of poor health, and helping people to garden with specific long-term health conditions or disabilities.
Established in 1979, we are an independent charity, funded by donations, trusts and grants, and services paid for by local authorities. We employ 50 staff, supported by 200 volunteers, across our three centres at Reading, Birmingham and London.

About the role:
As well as working with our managed service provider to ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of our IT systems and processes, this role will play a key part in the successful delivery of IT projects (including network migration).
Initially, a significant part of the role will be to manage the migration of our on-premises network to the cloud. This will involve cross-team working to establish site structure and access. An overlapping project will be the implementation of VOIP telephony.
Working across the organisation, with non-technical staff, you will ensure that our IT infrastructure supports and enhances our charitable delivery.
To succeed in this role, you will have excellent technical knowledge (particularly in Microsoft 365, integrations and CRM platforms) and experience in the IT function of an SME organisation (ideally one with multiple functions and different geographical locations). You will have demonstrable experience of identifying and delivering operational efficiencies.

Refugee Action exists to work with refugees and people seeking asylum who’ve survived some of the world’s worst regimes. About the role

Summary of duties:
Our Community Outreach Worker will support the delivery of our new community development project: Connecting People into Communities, funded by Bristol City Council.
The role will include:
• Establishing drop-in sessions throughout Bristol for Deaf and hard of hearing people as a first contact point.
• Signposting/referring individuals to appropriate services and offering support with connecting people into communities – including the Deaf Community, hard of hearing peer support, and local community hubs.
• Providing information on activities and events occurring across Bristol and local hubs.
• Finding out what hard of hearing people in Bristol would like to see CfD offering.
• Strengthening our relationship with community organisations and other community based services, including those who support people from minority ethnic groups.
• Exploring how we can extend our work to reach more Deaf and hard of hearing people aged under 50.
• Developing content for our website so that it becomes a resource for organisations who want to improve their inclusion of Deaf and hard of hearing people.
The post holder will be a part of CfD’s Communities Team and will be expected to support the work of our other community projects i.e. our Deaf People Together and Community Hub projects. The post holder will be based at The Vassall Centre, Gill Avenue, Fishponds, Bristol BS16 2QQ.
The main responsibilities are to:
• To support the delivery of the Connecting People to Communities project so that it meets its aims by:
- Increasing our contact with organisations and hubs that work with minority ethnic groups throughout Bristol, particularly with those who support older people, and with organisations based in areas of deprivation.
- Working with community hubs (e.g. community centres, libraries etc) to provide regular CfD “drop-ins” – primarily as a first contact point and to alleviate isolation and loneliness.
- Signposting and referring individuals to appropriate services, and supporting individuals with connecting to communities.
- Providing advice and guidance to community hubs on how to make their venues, events and activities accessible to and inclusive of Deaf and hard of hearing people.
- Providing information on activities and events for Deaf and hard of hearing people across Bristol and local hubs.
- Finding out what hard of hearing people in Bristol would like to see CfD offering and what support they need.
• To support the work of our Communities Team by:
- Helping to run events so that local Deaf and hard of hearing people and communities have their say about how services are developed.
- Planning and attending project events e.g. coffee mornings, workshops etc.
- Developing positive relationships between service providers and Deaf and hard of hearing people, and advising providers on how to improve their services to become more accessible and inclusive.
- Supporting the Community Development Officer with collecting project monitoring and evaluation data e.g. equality monitoring data, case studies on the experiences of Deaf and hard of hearing people, and recording information on the database.
- Supporting the Community Development Officer with publicising our Small Community Grants scheme, and supporting existing groups with organising their events/activities.
- Working with the Community Development Officer to set up and facilitate Deaf-led advisory group(s).
• To provide content from project activities for CfD’s website and social media, such as information about activities and events.
• Be part of the team representing CfD at local events and exhibitions.
• Be flexible in your working hours. You may be asked to represent the project at meetings/events outside core working hours, or to complete any other duties that may be reasonably required for the performance of this position.

The final interpretation of this job description rests with the CEO in consultation with the Board of Trustees and the jobholder.
