This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with project management experience and a desire to serve churches in Southwark Diocese as part of an initiative enabling spiritual and numerical growth.
Specific projects have been identified in places across the Diocese of Southwark where there is a clear opportunity for growth and funding has been obtained from the Church of England’s Strategic Development Funding (SDF) to support these projects. This role will be key in the successful implementation of our strategy in each of these places, ensuring the plans are implemented and all strategic and operational aspects of the project are co-ordinated and monitored. An important component of the role is to identify the lessons that are being learned so that these can be replicated to good effect across the Diocese and the wider church.
The Project Manager is responsible for day to day management of the project from initial set up through to successful delivery, working closely with the Programme Manager. This will involve the implementation, co-ordination and tracking of the project plans for the projects that comprise this SDF funded initiative.
About you
- Relevant experience of managing projects in a complex environment is critical, as well as the ability to work with a diverse range of stakeholders from different disciplines and with differing viewpoints.
- You should have a good awareness and understanding of techniques for planning, monitoring and measuring programmes and projects, including risk management, with a proven ability to support organisational change.
- A good understanding of the structure, breadth and dynamics of the Church of England will be important, along with the desire to serve our churches and support a fruitful future.

As an Enhanced Support Worker, you will be enabling vulnerable people living in a variety of different tenures to manage their tenancies/ licences and move towards greater independence within the community, by providing flexible and individually tailored support.
The working pattern for this role includes a 5-week rolling rota, working on a 4-5-6 day week pattern. The shift times consist of earlies: 8am-4pm and lates: 2:30pm-10:30pm

What you'll do:
Undertake initial and continuous assessment of needs and potential risks and agree levels of support actions and capture outcomes in Support and Risk Management files.
Create support/action plans for providing appropriate services based on the assessment and reflecting the services and resources available.
Support customers to undertake all domestic tasks wherever possible, including practical assistance where they have not yet developed the skills, to ensure customers enjoy a high quality of accommodation
Develop and maintain links with all key agencies and service providers in the local community especially the local mental health system to ensure that customers receive the best treatment available
Lead on an area of specialism (e.g. , health and wellbeing) , build partnerships and develop internal and external opportunities for service-users in this area
Empower customers to ensure they receive the service and benefits they are entitled to
Undertake all administrative work and keep accurate and comprehensive tenant/customer records to professional standards

Purpose of the Role
As a Senior Regional Lead, you will play a vital role in supporting Local Authorities and housing providers in achieving DAHA accreditation. You will lead a team of Regional Leads, providing supervision and support to ensure their success, while also developing partnerships and promoting innovative housing responses to domestic abuse. This role is key to the delivery of DAHA’s strategic goals and will give you the opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of domestic abuse survivors across the housing sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide supervision and guidance to up to four Regional Leads, helping them achieve their goals and maintain high levels of engagement.
- Work with housing providers and local authorities to promote and support their journey towards achieving DAHA accreditation.
- Plan and deliver workshops, webinars, and training sessions on DAHA standards and domestic abuse housing responses.
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with external partners, including Local Authorities and Registered Social Housing Providers.
- Ensure that the work of the DAHA team is regularly monitored, evaluated, and improved upon, incorporating feedback and identifying areas for development.

A little bit about the role
This role will be closing at 12pm on Thursday 14 November.
This role will sit within the Fellowship team, within the wider external relations directorate, and be managed by the Fellowship and engagement lead, supported by our chief social worker and a steering group of staff and trustees. This will ensure that we are connecting fellows – social workers who have completed one of Frontline’s programmes – to our young people’s work. Financial
Ensure that income is maintained, expenditure controlled in line with budgets and potential risks are identified and managed
Draw up an annual budget for approval by Trustees
Liaise with appointed bookkeeper, ensuring timely payment of bills, invoicing for services, chasing of invoices for payment and maintenance of petty cash systems
Prepare contracts, apply for tenders, negotiate and agree contracts, service level agreements and acknowledge receipt of funds as required.
Oversee expenditure and management accounts ensuring that income and expenditure is monitored and reported quarterly to Trustees
Organise independent examination of accounts with appointed accountant
Review and make recommendations to maintain or change arrangements with accountants, bookkeepers and payroll service providers.
Income Generation
Develop income generation strategies to maintain and enhance levels of funding from existing sources and develop new funding streams
Work closely with and provide support to the Fundraising Officer on funding applications to ensure continuous and sufficient income
Work closely with the Co-Director of Operations to ensure that monitoring reports are submitted to funders in line with requirements.
HR
Recruit staff as required
Support and supervise Administration and Fundraising Officers
Ensure HR policies, procedures and staff contracts are relevant and reviewed regularly to ensure they are fit for purpose.
Promotion of Charity
Maintain effective networks with supporters and stakeholders
Network externally and develop partnerships to improve impact and sustainability
Ensure charity is presented in an appropriate and professional manner to its stakeholders including website, social media, annual, impact and reports
Represent the charity in public forums and produce or commission written/digital material for promotion
Asset Management
Overall responsibility for asset management including Playbus vehicles, premises management, IT, utilities and other overheads.
Other Duties
To participate in internal/external meetings and training
To participate in annual appraisal by appointed Trustee from the Boardof Trustees
To uphold Hackney Playbus policies and procedures including Children's Safeguarding.

About the Team and Role:
In this role, you will be the driving force behind the cleanliness and smooth operation of our housekeeping department. You’ll have the chance to make a real impact by leading a dedicated team and improving the daily operations of the estate across the TSA group.
This is a growth opportunity where you can take ownership of the department, working closely with both new and existing team members. Every day will present opportunities to implement changes, enhance services, and ensure the seamless day-to-day functioning of the estate.
As the Facilities Housekeeping Manager, Key Responsibilities:
- Work side by side with the housekeeping team, setting a strong example in a fast-paced 7-day-a-week environment.
- Oversee the administration and management of the housekeeping department
- Inspire, energise, and motivate your team, fostering a culture of excellence
- Conduct thorough inspections of all areas, ensuring they are clean and hazard-free.
- Assist in the setup, running, and breakdown of events to maintain operational smoothness.
Who we’re looking for as our Facilities Housekeepeing Manager:
- Ability to prioritize and manage your workload efficiently.
- Comfortable working both within a team and on your own initiative.
- Experience in managing multi-disciplined office tasks.
- Current First Aid and Fire Marshal training, or willingness to undertake this training.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- You take pride in your work and provide high-quality support
