Our flagship mental health programme increases access to NHS Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) and helps tackle waiting times and reduce Health Inequalities by providing weekly 1-2-1 mentoring support for young people aged 11-21 with mild-moderate mental health and emotional wellbeing support needs. The programme provides key interventions and assistance for young people to proactively manage their mental wellbeing, re-establish aspirations and a sense of connection.

About the role and its purpose
We are in a very exciting moment in the development of the Advantage Mentoring by designing a second programme which this post-holder will be responsible for the successful implementation and project and performance management of.
Taking the underpinning principles and approaches of our flagship young person programme in partnership between CCO and CAMHS, we have designed a second programme helping adults signed-off work due to their mental health to improve their overall health and get back to sustainable employment. We will start delivery in September with referrals coming via GP surgeries in Barking, Hackney and Waltham Forest with the programme delivered in partnership with Arsenal in the Community, Leyton Orient Trust and West Ham United Foundation.
The post-holder will be responsible for successfully launching the programme and providing on-going project and performance management, and is accountable for all operational objectives and KPI’s.
Key Performance Indicators
• Project and performance manage the CCOs delivering the programme to achieve all programme objectives
• Oversee monthly Operational Steering Groups with lead personnel from CCOs, DWP and NHS to share good-practice, refine the model and implement upskilling across all areas of the programme
• Support the Managing Director in further building relationships and a strong network with existing and new stakeholders particularly with NHS, CCO and DWP
• Gather data to ensure quality assurance and provide insight and improvement
• Produce and end-of-year evaluation report detailing the programme’s impact and benefits, improvements and how the programme should scale
Key Responsibilities
• Collation of data to help support all monitoring and evaluation functions
• Ensure Safeguarding Minimum Operating Standards at all clubs are quality assured
• Ensure the development and delivery of training alongside our clinical psychologist
• Provide on-going responsive support of delivery staff throughout
• Provide a high-quality and professional service to all partners and alliances
• Produce reports to demonstrate movement and results against strategy and KPIs
• Produce a ‘value-for-money’ exercise that enhances programme appeal
• Feed in and support Advantage Advisory Board meetings
• Foster a culture of excellence in safeguarding and health & safety
Person Specification The ideal candidate will have the following:
• Prince2 or other equivalent project management qualification
• Proven achievement of KPIs
• Proven ability of successfully performance managing programmes
• Experience in employability programmes
• Experience of working for, or in partnership with, The NHS, DWP or CCO
• 12 months’ experience of working at a management level
• Experience in a not-for-profit organisation
• Proficient presenter and influencer to all levels
• Experience of building relationships and stakeholder management

• Ability to monitor and evaluate programme impact
• Strong commitment to a high quality of service delivery

Community Engagement;
• Identify and engage with key community partners and allies.

• With direction from the Income Generation & Training Manager, create compelling fundraising campaigns and appeals to engage individual donors.
• Monitor and analyse donor trends to inform fundraising strategies and improve outcomes.
Donor Engagement;
• Cultivate relationships with donors, providing personalised communication and recognition.
• Develop and manage donor events and activities to build loyalty and increase support.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to donors and prospects.
Fundraising Targets;
• Set and achieve annual fundraising targets for individual giving.
• Track and report on fundraising progress, providing regular updates to senior management.
• Ensure efficient use of resources and maximum return on investment.

About the role
We are looking for a highly personable and skilled events and digital co-ordinator to join the UK Food Business team. This is an established team, responsible for improving animal welfare standards and developing sustainable supply chains across the global food industry. The right candidate will assist in the organisation of key events both in person and online to support the team to engage with key stakeholders in the chicken industry.
This is a vital role within Compassion’s Food Business Programme and offers a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact for farm animal welfare within a dynamic and influential global organisation. The right candidate will have a proven track record of organising forums, webinars and face to face round tables. You will need to be an influencer, a networker and capable of developing key business relationships. Importantly, there is plenty of scope to bring your own creativity, voice, and novel approach to driving change for farm animals. About you

We are seeking a Mission Enabler, Regional Mission to work in partnership with key staff across the Movement. They will provide direction and energy to Scripture Union’s Regional Ministry with a focus on establishing and sustaining ministry opportunities. This will require the person to recruit, motivate, train, equip and support a large number of volunteers/Faith Guides, with whom they work in partnership as well as leading by example, through the modelling of excellent mission delivery to children and young people consistent with Scripture Union’s mission. This role will the cover Hampshire, Surrey and Sussex areas.
The successful candidate will:
· Identify, recruit and support Faith Guides, volunteers and Local Mission Partners (LMPs) through a range of methods, including electronic, phone and face to face.
· Provide relevant coaching and/or mentoring, equipping and resourcing for Faith Guides, volunteers and LMPs.
· Lead local mission activity within Scripture Union’s mission framework, establishing a clear hand-over process and timetable to local church partners.
· Pioneer new approaches/ideas in line with SU’s strategy that have the potential to be replicated elsewhere and lead to a greater scale and depth of mission activity.
· Support, by promotion or direct involvement, SU’s wider programme of holidays and missions across England and Wales and, if appropriate, internationally.
· Undertake specific fundraising activities and approaches in line with SU’s fundraising approach.
