About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our small but high performing philanthropy and special events team. This role works alongside our senior trusts and statutory manager and head of trusts and statutory to secure funding from charitable trusts and foundations. It’s responsible for managing and growing support from small to mid-level value trusts through compelling proposals and exceptional stewardship.

You’ll be a strong written and verbal communicator who’s passionate about building relationships with charitable trusts and foundations. About us
Crisis is the national charity for homeless people. We know that homelessness is not inevitable. We know that together we can end it.
Crisis Skylight Oxford is in the Old Fire Station in the centre of the city. It offers one to one coaching support from a team of coaches who can work with people around their housing needs and anything else that will support them to end their homelessness such as mental health and well-being, finances or finding employment. Alongside the coaching we offer practical, creative, and vocational workshops and accredited learning opportunities. The Old Fire Station building also accommodates a range of flexible arts spaces which are run by an independent arts company.
Salary: £29,505 per annum
Contract: 5-month fixed term contract – September 2024 to January 2025
Hours: 21 hours per week, required to be worked over three or four days. To include mornings. Service opening hours are 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.

About the role
As our Events Coordinator you will coordinate our Christmas service in Oxford, which includes running a delivery service, holding a breakfast, and holding Health and well-being days pre and post the Christmas period.

Role responsibilities
- Engage with students in school and enrol them onto the programme
- Match students with volunteer tutors
- Monitor student attendance to tutorials and devise innovative solutions to encourage attendance

Job summary
We are currently seeking to appoint an inspirational and enthusiastic Education Coordinator, passionate about community-based learning to join our small and friendly team. The Education Coordinator will be responsible for the delivery and development of all aspects of the work of the adult and family learning programme and will have the opportunity to develop other provision at the centre. Our adult learning programme supports over 250 local adults each year through a range of programmes designed to improve their English language, digital and maths skills and increase their employability and involvement in the community. Our family learning programme supports over 200 children with online after-school classes in Maths, English and Science. You would also be responsible for coordinating 6 teachers remotely to deliver weekly online after-school classes for Year 3 to Year 9 in all three subjects. We also deliver a range of informal family learning provision across our Family Programme services to over 1000 users, and some of these programmes may be included in our Adult Education offer and so you will be required to support with the administration of these activities.
The Education Coordinator will be based at our centre at 2 Thorpe Close W10 5XL and will have responsibility for working with the heads of departments, tutors and education administrator, to plan and deliver the learning programme. The successful candidate will have a full UK teaching qualification in the Further Education sector, and delivery of FSE/ESOL at various levels would be desirable; have excellent leadership and inter-personal skills; excellent written and verbal communication skills; be highly organised and efficient.
The salary is £33,500 per annum and in addition to bank holidays we offer 25 days’ annual leave, additional Christmas time leave, a pension scheme, cycle to work scheme and a comprehensive training programme.
The employment is subject to a probational period of twenty-six weeks from your start date of employment with Nova, during which time you will be required to demonstrate to the leadership team’s satisfaction your suitability for the position in which you are employed.

Responsibilities/ Core duties:

To organise, administer and develop all aspects of the learning programme and achieve given targets for retention, achievement, pass rates and other set KPIs in all curriculum areas, including Adult Education and children’s after-school classes delivered by our Family Programme.

Management experience in the education sector or in a relevant field; experience of delivering FSE/ESOL at various levels, ideally preparing and entering students for FSE/ESOL exams. A track record of good – outstanding teaching. Ideally QTLS or QTS and other relevant qualifications to teach numeracy, literacy or ICT. Experience of internal verification and observation of teaching. Excellent inter-personal and management skills; excellent written English and digital skills; efficient organisation skills; an outstanding teacher; creativity and innovation.

You may have experience already working in music, working with artists' events, campaigns, or in community management. You may have worked on or with youth-led organisations or platforms engaging directly with young creatives.
About the role
The NextGen Community Producer will play an integral role at Youth Music shaping and developing our support for young adults, particularly helping them to close the gap between learning and earning in music.
You’ll join us at an exciting time as we look to scale up and enhance our community engagement efforts. Building on the foundations established in phase 1 between 2021-2024, your focus will be on increasing participation, and fostering a more cohesive and active community. Your innovative strategies and passion for supporting young creatives will be key to driving deeper connections among members, and creating a compelling offer for the community.
Day-to-day you’ll be programming national events, workshops and networking opportunities; brokering progression opportunities though Youth Music’s industry partners, and recruiting to paid freelance creative roles. The job will involve managing a variety of relationships with young people, playing a central role in developing and leading the NextGen community strategy, and supporting the development of a new brand and user journey for NextGen community members.
Key responsibilities
Programme Development
- Act as the day-to-day lead and point of contact for the Youth Music NextGen Community, representing their voice internally and externally.
- Devise and implement a clear strategy for the continued growth and development of the NextGen Community, with support from the Engagement team.
- Deliver impactful programmes of activities and support that will progress young people into creative careers, broaden their networks, increase their confidence and create access to new opportunities.
- Develop and grow the NextGen Community brand and visual identity, ensuring a clear offer and user journey for those taking part in Youth Music funded projects, and other potential new members.
- Increase the role the community plays in designing and delivering the NextGen programme, aligning with Youth Music’s wider aims and values around youth voice.
- Increase interaction between NextGen Community members.
Events
- Work with the events team to develop, grow and manage our programme of regular NextGen Community events across the country to bring the community together and showcase their talent.
- Develop and manage our programme of events in London in partnership with Young Guns Network (YGN), taking place in the offices of our music industry partners.
- Grow attendance at all NextGen events, working with our Comms and Marketing team to increase awareness and build the profile of the event series.
- Programme and manage all events within set budgets.
Partnerships
- Build and leverage relationships with partners and networks to enhance the offer for the NextGen Community (such as events, performance opportunities, workshops, studio time, content creation, and exclusive offers etc).
- Manage relationships with key corporate partners (such as Levi’s) to support delivery of the NextGen Community activities.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential partners to approach, and support wider fundraising efforts within the team.
Recruitment
- Lead on NextGen recruitment for NextGen Community Events and the Youth Music Awards, with support from the Engagement Coordinator. e.g. Create briefs for NextGen roles and be their main point of contact.
- Support recruitment for any other Youth Music or partner opportunities created for the NextGen Community. (e.g. gigs, festivals, activations, focus groups, etc).
- Develop the NextGen talent pool, finding new ways to promote and manage this.
- Create and source relevant national music-related opportunities for Youth Music’s ‘opportunities board’.
NextGen Fund
- Support the marketing and promotion of the NextGen Fund.
- Contribute and support NextGen Fund decision panels.
- Work with our Comms team to ensure that content created through the NextGen Fund is showcased on Youth Music’s social and digital channels. E.g. Sound of the Next Generation playlist.
Demonstrate Impact
- Work with the Insights Team to listen and act on feedback from the NextGen Community. This will be via monitoring, research and consultation that informs the ongoing development and design of the NextGen offer.
- Prepare and present reports on the plans, activities and impact of NextGen Community.
- Share our learning internally and externally at panels, conferences, and through written pieces.
Systems and processes
- Capture NextGen membership on Salesforce so that we have a clear understanding of who is in our community.
- Work with the Database Administrator to improve our systems, processes and user journeys.

About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and self-motivated membership marketer with excellent communication and copywriting skills to help improve member engagement and retention and grow membership at the Library.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Communications, you will join a small and busy team in the Membership department. Supporting the Head of Marketing and Communications, you will work with an external producer and colleagues across the organisation to deliver The London Library Magazine three times a year. About you

You will also have experience assisting with the delivery of events and be available to work at Library events as needed.

Specific responsibilities

THE ABBEY OF ST EDMUND: A MILLENNIUM OF ENGLISH HISTORY IN WEST SUFFOLK
Thanks to National Lottery players, St Edmundsbury Cathedral, in partnership with West Suffolk Council and English Heritage, has received a Development Phase grant from The National Lottery Heritage Fund to conserve the Abbey of St Edmund ruins, deliver universal access through a network of footpaths, and build a heritage welcome centre within a line of listed buildings facing the town’s public space.
We are now looking for a Project Manager to co-ordinate and assist in the management of the development phase, which will last until February 2026. If we are successful in our delivery phase application, the role will continue for a further three years. We’re looking for someone with:
- Similar project management experience, at a comparable level of cost and complexity, especially working on Heritage Fund projects.
- Experience of working on projects with complex structures (we have three project partners: St Edmundsbury Cathedral, English Heritage and West Suffolk Council).
- A good understanding of audiences for heritage to enable activity planning and audience development to take place alongside the capital and design works.
Flexible working, but must be on site at least 2 days a week.

Rydym yn sefydliad gweithio gartref, ac rydym yn ymfalchïo yn ein cyfleoedd gweithio hyblyg, sydd ar gael o’r diwrnod cyntaf, rhaglen llesiant helaeth a’n pecyn buddion, i gyd wedi’u curadu i feithrin cydbwysedd iach rhwng bywyd a gwaith i’n holl weithwyr er mwyn iddyn nhw allu rhoi gwasanaeth rhagorol i’n gofalwyr a’r bobl ifanc a’r plant rydym yn gofalu amdanyn nhw.
Fel elusen gofal maeth, mae TACT yn buddsoddi’r holl incwm sydd dros ben mewn gwasanaethau, staff, gofalwyr a datblygiad plant. Mae hyn yn golygu ein bod wedi gallu buddsoddi mewn prosiectau unigryw fel TACT Connect, ein cynllun unigryw ac arloesol ar gyfer pobl ifanc ac oedolion ifanc sydd â phrofiad o ofal, yn ogystal â’n Gwasanaeth Addysg sy’n ehangu (TACT Education Service), a’n Gwasanaeth Iechyd newydd. Mae ein holl weithgareddau’n seiliedig ar ein hymrwymiad i fod yn sefydliad sy’n deall trawma yn llawn, yn unol â’n hethos a’n gwerthoedd allweddol.
Cyrhaeddodd TACT safle rhif 16 mewn arolwg o’r cwmnïau gorau i weithio iddynt yn y DU yn 2023. Roedd 91% o’r gweithwyr yn cydnabod bod gan y sefydliad werthoedd ac egwyddorion cryf ac roedd 94% yn dweud eu bod yn falch o weithio i’r sefydliad hwn.
Mae hwn yn gyfle cyffrous i ymuno â’r Gwasanaeth Recriwtio fel Dirprwy Reolwr Recriwtio. Mae’r swydd hon yn gyfrifol am recriwtio gofalwyr maeth TACT newydd yn llwyddiannus, gan fynd ati’n rhagweithiol i feithrin perthnasoedd rhagorol â darpar ymgeiswyr maethu a’u tywys drwy’r broses asesu a chymeradwyo.
Ymgeisiwch nawr os ydych chi eisiau cael eich gwerthfawrogi fel gweithiwr proffesiynol, cael eich gwerthfawrogi yn y gwaith a chyfrannu at ganlyniadau gwell i’r plant a’r bobl ifanc sy’n gysylltiedig â TACT.
Bydd Dyletswyddau Cyffredinol y Dirprwy Reolwr Recriwtio yn cynnwys:
- Goruchwylio’r broses asesu, gan ddarparu goruchwyliaeth a chefnogaeth i Aseswyr Annibynnol a Gweithiwr Cymdeithasol asesu mewnol.
- Rheoli a darparu sicrwydd ansawdd ar gyfer holl asesiadau Ffurflen F hyd at eu cymeradwyo.
- Gweithio’n agos gyda’r Timau Ardal i ganfod cyfleoedd hyfforddi ar gyfer ymgeiswyr ym maes asesu.
- Mynychu a darparu’r wybodaeth ddiweddaraf i gyfarfodydd timau ardal.
- Darparu perthynas barhaus sy’n canolbwyntio ar y cwsmer gydag ymgeiswyr.
Rydym yn chwilio am ymgeiswyr sydd:
- Yn meddu ar BA neu Radd Meistr mewn Gwaith Cymdeithasol neu gymhwyster DipSW, CSS neu GCPSW.
- Wedi cofrestru gyda chorff proffesiynol perthnasol ar hyn y bryd.
- Â phrofiad o weithio ym maes Gwasanaethau Plant.
- Yn meddu ar gymhwyster rheoli (neu barodrwydd i ymgymryd ag un).
- Â phrofiad o weithio’n hyblyg fel aelod o dîm.
- Yn frwdfrydig dros sicrhau bod plant yn cael gofal o’r ansawdd uchaf gan eu teulu maeth.
- Â phrofiad o ddarparu hyfforddiant i deuluoedd maeth posibl a’u cefnogi ar eu taith.
Mae TACT yn cynnig pecyn buddion gwych i weithwyr, gan gynnwys:
- 31 diwrnod o wyliau â thâl, yn ogystal ag 8 gŵyl banc blynyddol.
- Trefniadau gweithio hyblyg (gan gynnwys oriau cywasgedig, hyblygrwydd o ran oriau craidd, polisi diwrnodau gwirfoddoli).
- Polisïau ystyriol o deuluoedd.
- ‘Bwndel’ gweithio gartref, gan gynnwys lwfans blynyddol, offer TG a benthyciad ar gyfer sefydlu swyddfa gartref.
- Rhaglen Cymorth i Weithwyr Help@Hand (gan gynnwys cwnsela Therapi Gwybyddol Ymddygiadol, apwyntiadau 24/7 o bell â Meddygon Teulu, ffisiotherapi, cymorth iechyd meddwl ac ail farn ar ddiagnosis difrifol).
- Awr yr wythnos o weithgareddau byw dan arweiniad arbenigwyr drwy’r Rhaglen Flynyddol ar Lesiant Staff.
- Polisi Menopos ac Apwyntiadau Clinigydd Menopos am ddim.
- Cynllun Pensiwn Rhanddeiliaid (aberthu cyflog).
- Cyfleoedd dysgu a datblygu gwych ar gyfer pob swydd.
Er yn gweithio gartref, bydd gofyn i’r Dirprwy Reolwr Recriwtio deithio ar gyfer gweithgareddau recriwtio ledled Cymru ac yn ardal Bryste. Mae gofyniad hefyd i allu teithio i gyfarfodydd tîm, diwrnodau lles, diwrnodau cwrdd i ffwrdd TACT a digwyddiadau wyneb yn wyneb eraill ledled y DU yn ôl yr angen. Oherwydd lleoliad y gweithgareddau recriwtio, byddai ymgeiswyr sy’n byw yng Nghymru (de-ddwyrain Cymru yn ddelfrydol – Caerdydd a Chasnewydd) yn cael eu ffafrio.
Mae angen archwiliad manwl gan y Gwasanaeth Datgelu a Gwahardd (DBS) ar gyfer y rôl hon, a bydd yn cael ei brosesu gan TACT ar eich rhan.

Mae diogelu yn fusnes i bawb ac mae TACT yn credu mai dim ond y bobl sydd â’r sgiliau a’r gwerthoedd iawn ddylai weithio ym maes gwaith cymdeithasol. Fel rhan o ymrwymiad TACT i ddiogelu, rydym yn archwilio sgiliau, profiad, cymwysterau a gwerthoedd darpar staff mewn perthynas â’n gwaith gyda phlant ifanc agored i niwed. Rydym yn defnyddio dulliau recriwtio trwyadl a chyson i helpu i ddiogelu pobl ifanc TACT. Disgwylir i’n holl staff weithio yn unol â pholisïau diogelu TACT.
Rydym yn cadw’r hawl i gau hysbyseb swydd yn gynharach na’r hyn a hysbysebwyd os yw nifer y ceisiadau’n ormodol, felly fe’ch cynghorir i wneud cais cyn gynted ag y bo modd.
Nid yw TACT yn derbyn dogfennau CV digymell gan asiantaethau recriwtio allanol nac yn derbyn y ffioedd sy’n gysylltiedig â nhw.
