Purpose: This is a fantastic opportunity to lead on the delivery of interactive activities with volunteers from the world of work aimed at schools and young people for key funded partners.  Alongside event facilitation, the role manages and coordinates delivery of activities to meet agreed KPIs, leading on planning, scheduling and delivering various showcase virtual and face-to-face events and activities.

Remuneration: £27 - £30k per annum depending on experience

Additional Terms: 30 days paid holiday, exclusive of Statutory Holiday plus competitive pension scheme and a volunteering allowance of up to 5 days . Additional family friendly benefits including enhancements to Statutory Payments.

Appointment Terms: Permanent and full time.

Job purpose

Working closely with the Partnership Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading on the delivery of interactive activities aimed at schools and young people under key funded projects for the charity’s Inspiring the Future and Primary Futures programmes. These programmes leverage technology to raise the aspirations and broaden the horizons of children and young people by connecting them to a huge range of volunteers from the world of work via career related learning activities.

The Partnerships team are responsible for relationship management of the key corporate and charity partners for the charity’s Inspiring the Future and Primary Futures programmes. Partners cover a range of sectors and employment areas and our employer partnerships provide partners employees with the opportunity to engage with schools, and reach many children and young people across the UK, both virtually and in-person.

The Partnership Events Lead will be able to manage and coordinate delivery of activities to meet agreed KPIs, leading on planning, scheduling and delivering various showcase virtual and face-to-face events and activities ensuring engagement from schools, employers and volunteers.

Overseeing event delivery – both physical and virtual, this role will have end to end accountability for event management, from coordinating with the schools and volunteers, event briefings, to planning and delivering the event – speaker selection and liaison, school registrations, co-ordinating event logistics and venue management, on-site and virtual delivery, post event feedback and communications etc.

This role will work on partnerships including but are not limited to the Department for Transport’s Inspiring Aviation Campaign, Maritime UK Ambassadors, NHS Ambassadors and events associated with employer partnerships such as Bank of America, Tritax Big Box, Queen Elizabeth Scholarship Trust and others.

Exact brief to be finalised with the successful candidate but the role will be expected to:

• Work closely with the Partnership Manager role to lead on planning and delivery of any funded projects and activities
• Work to engage employers and volunteers through special activities on funded projects
• Track and report back to Partnership Manager on delivery against agreed targets
• Host and support delivery of CPD sessions, webinars and occasional face to face meetings with stakeholders and schools directly to help them with engaging with these projects and delivering presentations at group meetings and conferences.
• Support development of resources, guidance and tools for employers, volunteers and schools in effectively engaging with projects and programmes
• Responsible for on-site and virtual logistical arrangements as well as audio/visual requirements
• Responsible for general communication with volunteers and schools about the events
• Collect feedback and data after each event to measure its impact, and use this information to complete an event summary report for partners to gain insights for future events.
• Attend and host occasional events to support the running of special events and to undertake brand ambassadorial activities events
• Use Salesforce CRM to manage relationships with volunteers, teachers, and school leaders, ensuring records are up-to-date, recording event data, and supporting data cleansing as needed.
• Develop relationships with partners and stakeholders, new schools, promoting the full range of the charity’s programmes and services and assisting them with registering for the charity’s Inspiring the Future programme 
• Keep on top of key trends and topics in employer engagement and careers related learning for schools
• Support the Schools Team with engagement, event coordination, and project delivery, while collaborating to share best practices and promote active platform use in schools.

Essential 

• Proven experience in relationship management, with the ability to engage confidently and sensitively with schools, colleges, and partner organisations at all levels, including headteachers and senior management.
• Strong organisational, project management and administrative skills including close attention to detail and effective time management 
• An articulate and confident communicator with a proven ability to facilitate and host events in diverse environments, including schools, colleges, and corporate settings. Skilled in presenting concepts both face-to-face and virtually to different age ranges, demonstrating influence and effectiveness in all interactions.
• Good level of education, demonstrating capability in producing written content to a high standard. Comfort and confidence in working with data.
• Demonstrable experience of managing a diverse workload; being able to prioritise work and working under pressure. 
• Good working knowledge and practical application of Microsoft office tools

CCLG is the UK and Ireland’s professional membership association for all health professionals working in paediatric oncology or teenage and young adult oncology. You will be working within the passionate team at Healthwatch Stockport to effectively engage with local people, communities who have a lived or living experience of serious mental illness and of using mental health services in Stockport.

You will be a point of contact for individuals and voluntary and community groups, to share experience, to develop meaningful communication methods and feedback the impact of their voice and involvement. You will facilitate co-production and develop approaches to support individuals and groups to be involved and engaged as partners in the development and co-design of mental health support and living well across Stockport.

Planning, Development and Communication

You will • Develop, oversee, and implement the Living Well Expert by Experience workstream plan in partnership with people who have lived experience in using mental health services.

• Promote the aims and objectives of the workstream of throughout Stockport with service users, potential users of the services and services themselves.

• Co-ordinate and undertake research and report writing activity as required. Completing reports within agreed timescales and presenting and tailoring them to a variety of stakeholders.

• Co-ordinate and facilitate meetings, working groups and other forums in relation to the workstream. Taking briefing notes, minutes and developing promotional materials as appropriate with people who use local services.

• Communicate effectively with the public and the community about activities – including meeting the specific communication needs of people from the range of target stakeholders.

• Liaise with a range of key partners across the statutory and voluntary sector to ensure the voice of people with serious mental illness lived experience has influence and has the opportunity to be included in the planning, development and all discussions regarding community mental health care provision so that services are truly codesigned.

• Participate in Healthwatch Stockport and other voluntary sector activity as required in relation to this workstream.

Working with volunteers is a crucial aspect of this role. Engaging with both online and offline volunteers, you will provide them with the tools and support they need to amplify our campaigns. You will represent the Association in collaborations with external stakeholders, including coalitions, to further our campaigning goals. About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference through the playing a vital role in our Philanthropy Team. 
Reporting to the Senior Philanthropy Manager this role is responsible for working alongside their line manager, wider team and operational colleagues to write and support applications to trusts and foundations for funding.

The role also plays a key role in the stewardship of our trust and foundation supporters, building strong and meaningful relationships with these organisations and individuals.  Whilst not a key focus of this role, the post holder may also be required to support the Philanthropy Team’s wider work including corporate and major donor approaches.

About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the MHA Fundraising department as the Legacy & Individual Giving Assistant.

Reporting to the Legacy & Individual Giving Manager, you will be a key member of the Fundraising team at MHA. It is a wide-ranging role that will be crucial in making sure that the team meets their aim of increasing income from individuals and securing future income from gifts in Wills.

Your strong administration skills will enable you to assist the team in the delivery of the legacy and individual giving programmes, providing the high-quality administrative support that underpins all of the activities that are implemented. This will include providing excellent supporter care through all communication channels and being the first point of contact for related fundraising enquiries. This is not solely an administration role though. The Welfare Benefits Service provides free independent advice and assistance to all disabled residents and their carers who live and work in Hammersmith and Fulham borough. The service is for all ages, including parents and carers of disabled children.

We provide free advice and assistance, up to and including Tribunal level, on all Department for Work & Pensions (DWP) benefits, Tax Credits, and some local authority benefits.

Welfare Benefits Advisor will

• Provide high quality Welfare Benefits advice and casework and, as appropriate, representation at the 1st Tier Tribunals for disabled individuals of the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham.
• Write Mandatory Reconsideration requests and in a limited number of cases, write appeal submissions.
• Undertake direct welfare advice and casework.
• Maintain appropriate records of work undertaken using an appropriate electronic Welfare Benefits Recording and Information System via AoD’s Charity Log, and through the use of Excel
• Gather information to monitor and evaluate the service.
• Assist with funding applications / tender bids by providing basic factual information to Fund Raising Manager/CEO/Managers to enable them to apply for funding and also enable them to write funding/tender applications.
• Contribute to Welfare Benefits related publicity material, social media, reports for the Board of Trustees and other stakeholders and other documents as required.
• This post requires travel to different locations, e.g. for home visits.

Age UK Richmond upon Thames is a local independent charity supporting older people across the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames. We provide a wide range of useful and well utilised services designed to improve wellbeing and enhance independence – including information & advice; a wide range of social & wellbeing centres and sessions; support after hospital discharge; digital skills development; Dementia Friendly Richmond and home services such as handyperson, housekeeping and gardening. Our Information & Advice service is a central part of our organisation. Our small team of staff supported by excellent volunteers provide free and confidential Information & Advice to older people across the borough on a range of topics. The main area of support is to claim welfare benefits and other forms of financial support – but also includes a range of other topics such as accessing care & support; independent living; sorting out paperwork and housing.

We currently have an excellent opportunity for an Information & Advice Officer / Administrator to join the team. This key role will include:

· Handling phone calls and emails coming into the service, ensuring we are always taking a holistic and responsive approach to dealing with enquiries.

· Completing a range of administration to support the team.
