About the role
As our Senior Digital Experience Manager (Website) will play a leadership role in setting and driving cutting-edge standards for digital content, copywriting assets, and experiences across all owned digital channels. You will be one of three Senior Digital Experience Managers, with a specific focus on managing and improving the performance of our main corporate website to meet both business and user needs, while supporting our multi-disciplinary marketing squads.
You will also support stakeholder teams such as our multi-disciplinary marketing squads develop brilliant user-centric marketing campaigns that drive high quality traffic by advising on UX, journey planning and digital content.
In this role, you will:
- Lead the development and creation of inspiring, engaging, and accurate content and assets across all channels and experiences for a marketing squad.
- Manage and continuously improve the performance of the Save the Children main website to ensure it meets KPIs, especially conversion, and remains up-to-date and compliant.
- Act as the primary organisational contact for website functionality and content.
- Collaborate closely with the Senior Product Manager to define and deliver functional improvements to the website.
- Manage third-party and close stakeholder relationships and contracts pertaining to the website.
- Lead the UX across Save the Children digital products & channels, including owned social channels, websites, microsites, and coalition websites when appropriate.
- Be a leading expert on our in-house forms engine, continuously improving the user experience.
- Provide informal training to staff on digital content best practices and systems, including website CMS and social media management tools.
- Ensure that Save the Children digital experiences are accessible and compliant with the latest legislation and best practices.
About you
To be successful, it is important that you have:
- Solid experience working in a digital marketing/experience capacity, on a B2C website.
- Extensive experience in developing digital content for a range of channels, including social, email, and websites, which follows best practices and is engaging and inspiring for customers/supporters.
- Experience in storytelling within a digital context.
- Knowledge of new digital trends and emerging consumer technology, with the ability to apply this knowledge in developing ideas and informing decision-making.
- Experience managing third-party suppliers effectively.
- Proficiency with digital analytics packages (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics).
- Experience with various Content Management Systems; Adobe Experience Manager experience is desirable.
- The ability to work to deadlines, have an MVP mindset, be data-driven, creative, and technically adept and endlessly curious. In addition, you will have

We are looking for a confident and driven marketer who is eager to join a hard-working and ambitious direct marketing team. As Senior Direct Marketing Officer in a FTC role, you will operate with a level of autonomy, build excellent agency relationships and deliver outstanding fundraising campaigns. A focus on results will be vital but how these are achieved will also form a large part of the role; considering the non-financial measures of quality in addition to more traditional measures of success.
Working with a number of teams and suppliers, you’ll be delivering direct marketing activity through a range of channels and media. The programme is an evolving one with change and growth happening in a lot of interesting areas. Your role will be to help to develop the supporter acquisition programme; taking responsibility for running large projects that will improve the long-term success of campaigns. You’ll also be responsible for delivering exceptional fundraising campaigns to achieve ambitious income targets.

Main duties and responsibilities of the role:
Campaign Management
· Plan, manage and deliver successful campaigns across a range of channels and media.

· Input to monthly forecasting and regular reporting across a range of financial and non-financial KPIs.
Finance and reporting
· Ensure daily campaign tracking and reporting.
· Routine end of campaign reviews and analysis.
· Ongoing reporting on long-term success measures, such as attrition and ROI.
· Invoice reconciliation and processing for timely payment.
· Non-financial KPI trend reporting, such as opt-out/in rates and quality scoring.

About the role:
This role is based in Preston. We offer the option of hybrid working after completing an initial probation period. 22.5 hours a week working a shift pattern of 9am-5pm and 10:30am - 6:30pm, Wednesday to Friday.

We are seeking an exceptional leader and brilliant relationship fundraiser to join the Philanthropy department, leading the Major Donor team at Alzheimer’s Society. The same team doubled their income target last year!
This is a hugely exciting time to work for the UK’s leading dementia charity. The Major Donor Team is growing fast, and we have plans to significantly increase our income to fund critical dementia support services and research. Two ground-breaking treatments have recently shown for the first time that it is possible to slow down the progression of Alzheimer’s disease.
Critical to our ambition is developing new partnerships with philanthropic supporters. We have a pipeline of new ground-breaking research & community projects in development that provide an exciting opportunity to grow funding from this audience, and a new major donor prospect pipeline and cultivation programme up and running.
In this role, you will develop and deliver the major donor growth plan, in line with the Philanthropy strategy to 2030, leading a brilliant team of major donor specialist fundraisers. You will develop new long-term, and transformational partnerships with philanthropic partners (both individuals and families) at a £500k+ and £1m+ level. You will be key to engaging them with the Society’s ambitious vision and exciting major programmes of work, spanning cutting-edge research, health inequalities, clinical trials, on-the-ground support, and participation for people living with dementia, and new life-changing dementia treatments.
Importantly, the role also provides the chance to deliver a meaningful impact on the lives of people affected by dementia, helping us to reach our goal of securing £5+ million a year from Major Donors by 2027.

The Website Manager role:

- Lead in the management of the current website as supporting well the new website. This includes regular updates, page creation for campaigns and search engine optimisation

- Work closely with the Marketing & Digital team to migrate content to the new website, managing the strategy and timings to ensure this key milestone of the project is achieved on time.

- Create deadlines and action items to achieve the end goal, and be the point person for the management of each item.

- Deliver the project on time and within budget.
- Assist the Head of Digital in creating a Standard Operating Procedure for management of the website once it’s up and running.
Essential experience, skills and knowledge required for the Website Manager role:
- Established Website manager with at least 2 years’ experience of managing websites daily
- Experience of large-scale website projects including CRM/Database integrations is key
- Proven skills of managing all elements of a project from end to end including agency management, stakeholder management, build, design, testing and any relevant integration of co-dependent data ie. CRM system
- Exceptional PM skills including timing and budget control and ensuring internal team is kept up to date at all times
- Strategic thinker who can see the bigger picture whilst being operational
- CRM/UX/UI: Expert in content management systems and have extensive experience in developing user journeys, optimising user experience and delivering multi variate testing

This role will be instrumental in enabling brilliant volunteering practice in our network of Home-Starts, specifically by working to enhance volunteer engagement and recruitment. The VDO will support excellent communication and collaboration with local experts, sector professionals, and volunteer leaders across various organisations. The VDO's responsibilities include providing hands-on support and insights for volunteer recruitment and volunteering best practice, as well as crafting evidence-based guidelines, policies, and tools that align with our strategic objectives for volunteering.
The VDO will manage volunteer inquiries at Home-Start UK, ensuring a seamless connection with prospective volunteers. As the main operator of our volunteer matching system, the VDO also plays a key role in internal dialogues about training, development, and volunteer support practices.
Occupying a vital position within the Practice Development Team as part of the Network Impact Directorate, the VDO supports a coherent approach to development, quality, and engagement initiatives. The role is crucial in building solid relationships and trust throughout the Home-Start network, ultimately amplifying our impact on a growing number of families.

As Chief Revenue Officer, you will play a key role in realising the charity’s vision and mission of expanding its activities and impact. The overall purpose of the role is to lead the development and implementation of the charity’s revenue strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimise existing revenue streams, identify new business opportunities, and drive the organisation's overall growth and sustainability.
Key responsibilities include:

Establishing short, medium, and long term income targets and business plans in line with the charity’s strategy and growth ambitions.

Providing oversight of the charity’s current and future income streams, their relative value, impact and sustainability

Development and execution of revenue generation tactics including sponsorship, business and charity of the year partnerships, commercial sales & licensing, government contracts, lottery funding, trusts & foundations, and individual giving

Business development within the charity and through its trading subsidiary harnessing existing properties and developing new assets.

Maximising the charity’s intellectual property and pursue a pipeline of new business opportunities, partnerships, and alliances.

Working across the senior leadership team to develop new properties and partnerships which generate revenue for the charity while contributing to the mission, and aligning with charitable objectives.
The successful candidate will have a track record in establishing and growing revenue streams and organisational income, with proven experience in diverse leadership roles, driving and implementing revenue growth. Experience in a senior leadership role driving revenue growth is key, for example from activity, commercial activity, corporate partnerships, commissioned services and fundraising and demonstrated experience in business development, sales, and customer/member retention is a must.

About the role
The Corporate Fundraising Manager post will work alongside the Head of Fundraising to develop and deliver strategies to maintain and grow their Corporate Fundraising.
You will play a vital part in the small, friendly, and ambitious fundraising team who are currently raising over £400K annually and aspiring to grow our income to over half a million by 2025.
You will have responsibility for leading and growing income via the Corporate Partnerships and Employee Wellbeing Programme.

As the Corporate Fundraising Manager, you will have the following skills and experience:
- Proven track record of successfully managing a charity’s corporate partnerships
- To be aware of and compliant with the legislation surrounding Direct Marketing and the Fundraising Regulator Code of Fundraising Practice.
- Good knowledge of the principals of customer service/supporter care and donor development.
- Possess sound knowledge of GDPR and the impact on fundraising in terms of on-going consent and deletions of donors.
- Significant experience of working within a charity in a similar fundraising role.
- Experience of developing new fundraising products and building a programme of engagement to grow fundraising income.
- Experience of managing a varied fundraising portfolio or working in a fundraising environment.
- Experience of using a CRM database to maintain data accurately, and an understanding of how to extract and evaluate information.
