These include
- To actively seek a thorough understanding of the membership base and the issues affecting them, creating member profiles and advising and briefing stakeholders accordingly.
- To develop a compelling offer by profile / career stage so as to maintain and improve member retention and engagement levels, and to maximise new member acquisition.
- To maintain a thorough and up-to-date understanding of services and activities and ensure these are being packaged and communicated in the most effective way.
- To oversee the implementation of regular market research, including competitor analysis, to identify members/stakeholder needs, to support the rationale for the development of member products and services, and to liaise with and advise other stakeholders as appropriate.
- To develop member communications in particular around membership renewals and the on-boarding of new members, and to ensure a high-quality member experience.
- To ensure that membership communications at all touch points within the membership journey or as part of a non-member relationship, remain relevant and up to date.
- To oversee the new member and renewal process, which is managed by our external partner, and troubleshoot and resolve issues that they cannot
Personal Specification:
Essential skills, knowledge and qualities:
- Experience of working in a customer, member or client facing role
- Experience of developing and maintaining strong professional relationships with a range of stakeholders
- Experience of using a CRM management system, preferably Salesforce
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to positively communicate with a wide range of people in a professional setting, with demonstrable ability to communicate effectively in challenging situations
- Excellent planning, coordination, organisational and time management skills
- The ability to analyse data and produce reports
- The ability to take a proactive approach to independent working, managing your own workstreams effectively, and the confidence to take responsibility for tasks and decisions
Desirable skills, experience, and qualities:
- Interest and/or understanding of the immigration law sector in the UK
- Experience of implementing change and working with others to create new ways of working

As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, the Director of People and Culture will work in a spirit of mutual accountability with fellow directors, taking strategic leadership of Turn2us’s People and Culture Directorate. This is a senior role, reporting to the Head of Communications, Fundraising and Advocacy. About you

You’re also used to optimising and reviewing campaigns and aren’t afraid to share both failures and successes. You’ll be highly collaborative, flexible and diplomatic in your approach to managing internal and external stakeholders to deliver results.
What’s more, you excel in analysis and intelligent use of data, are great at utilising insight, including the motivations, interests and behaviours of supporters to guide decisions and have a demonstrated knowledge of project management and development, and will be able to manage multiple projects at once.
You’re happy to challenge the status quo and introduce new ideas, methods and processes too, like to horizon scan and keep ahead of emerging trends and are comfortable working in matrix teams.

Our Individual Giving team sits within our successful, growing Income Generation directorate and consists of three programmes - Supporter Acquisition, Direct Dialogue and Supporter Retention and Development. About you
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a proactive and experienced Senior HR Advisor to join our HR team. You will be responsible for providing specialist advice on the full spectrum of Employee Relations cases including absence, disciplinary investigations, grievance, performance management and organisational change, ensuring the delivery of an exceptional and timely service to stakeholders.

The key purpose of this role is to support the organisation by providing financial processes, information and strategies that contribute to the overall aims of the HTB Group and to ensure good stewardship of financial resources.
To ensure that the Finance functions, financial reporting and financial strategies support and contribute to the overall aims and success of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Stakeholder relationship management
o Build healthy, dynamic relationships with Entity Group OpCo representatives and entity leaders and managers to continually develop ways of working that fit entity-specific requirements in line with core HTB Group policies and procedures.
HR Operations
• Manage and/or oversee HR Operations staff within the People Team to support delivery of the core HR annual agenda, ensuring workload is evenly distributed across the team and that resourcing levels are appropriate at peak points over the year.
• Directly deliver prioritised operational activity, and periodic projects (for example the Group annual pay review).
• With the Director of People and Head of HR Advisory, oversee the development and implementation of People Policy, processes and practices from start to end of the employment lifecycle.
• Oversee the development of relationships with external providers of benefits and services for the whole staff body, such as pension, travel and employee support providers.
• Oversee the delivery of services within the People Team budget, supporting budget setting annually.
• People Team Operating Framework:
o Contribute to the ongoing review and update of operating processes to ensure continuous improvement of the team’s service provision.
o Assist in the provision of guidance on practically applying the policies, procedure and process for staff, line managers, and the People Team.
o Continue to support the People Team Systems leads to reinvent the way that XCD exchanges data with other key systems in Finance and IT, to improve operational efficiency and management information.
o Report progress and people / staff analytics to senior management to facilitate effective decision making.
HR Advisory Provision
• Maintain a knowledge of best practice compliance with employment law and regulatory requirements to support appropriate risk management relating to staff employment and personnel management.
• In conjunction with the Head of HR Advisory, consult and advise across the full range of employee relations matters.
• Ensure the appropriate and comprehensive documentation of key meetings and discussions between staff, line managers and the People Team regarding HR issues.
Line Management Upskilling
• Assist all levels of management with the performance management process, disciplinary and redundancy processes, and probationary period responsibilities.
• Create proactive and effective programmes for upskilling HODs and Line Managers in their understanding and handling of the full range of employee relations issues.
Learning and Development
• May take a lead in further developing the HTB Group L&D offering, harnessing the newly enabled capability in our HR system, XCD.
• Promote good levels of engagement in all L&D activities provided, through the People Team and other Professional Services teams.
• Further develop the L&D offering as appropriate or in response to particular needs.
Recruitment
• May take a lead in overseeing recruitment and onboarding activity, ensuring continuous improvement and maintaining an excellent candidate experience for all applicants.
• Support the upskilling of hiring managers to ensure that they play their full role in hiring team members with adherence to best practice and legal requirements.
The Right Candidate
• 6 years+ experience in a generalist HR role, including at least 3 years in a Manager/Lead HR Advisor level role.
• Chartered Member of the CIPD; Masters or equivalent qualification in HR.
• Credibility at senior levels and excellent relationship building skills; a strongly people-focussed stance with the ability to maintain a practical and pragmatic approach to problem-solving and case-handling.
• The highest integrity, sensitivity and confidentiality.
• Unflappable, tenacious attitude that allows the role holder to work effectively in a dynamic and flexible context.
• Excellent UK employee relations knowledge and experience.
• Competence in using and promoting the use of HR systems.

The Philanthropy Manager is a key member of the Philanthropy & Partner Engagement Department within War Child’s award-winning Fundraising team. Working closely with the Philanthropy Lead (line manager) and Senior Philanthropy Manager, you will manage a portfolio of major donors at 5- and 6-figure level to support a team target of c£1.4M.

As Philanthropy Manager, you will:
- Identify and qualify a pipeline for up to 6-figure gifts for both unrestricted and restricted giving
- Lead and be supported on building an excellent stewardship programme, supporting relationship managers across the team to deliver sector leading supporter journeys
- Develop and implement strong cultivation and solicitation plans for existing donors to generate significant income from the portfolio. This will include personal meetings, attending networking events, writing proposals/reports and making presentations
- Take an active role where relevant, on the planning and delivery of a diverse portfolio of philanthropy events, including events that are hosted by Ambassadors
Ideal skills and experience:
- Experienced in a similar fundraising role, with a knowledge of major donor fundraising, ideally within an international development or humantarian NGO
- Ability to input into fundraising strategies with a track record of securing 4-5 figure gifts and delivering against targets
- Experienced in stewardship strategies for major donors or the development of supporter journeys in order to retain donors
- A relationship focussed approach with strong networking skills at senior levels internally and externally

Who are we?
London Gypsies and Travellers (LGT) is an organisation which challenges social exclusion and discrimination, working for change in partnership with Gypsy, Roma, and Traveller people.
Our Bright Futures programme provides mentoring, employability, and wellbeing support for Gypsy, Roma and Traveller young people aged 15 – 25 years. We work directly with the young people through tailored mentoring and consistent support to build motivation, confidence, and resilience.
What are we looking for?
We are seeking Youth Mentors with a passion and willingness to empower young people to achieve their full potential.
As a Youth Mentor on our Bright Futures team, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and supporting young people through their personal and employment journeys. You will be a consistent positive presence in their lives, offering advice, encouragement, and a listening ear to enable young people to navigate challenges and transform their future.
Being a Bright Futures Youth Mentor involves:
· Building trust-based relationships with young mentees
· Providing 1:1 mentoring and support to our young mentees on navigating challenges and achieving aspirations
· Guiding young mentees in exploring their interests and accessing training and employment opportunities
· Monitoring, recording and reporting on mentee/s journey and progress
· Collaborating with the programme team for group workshops and community outreach
We are looking to expand our mentoring to GRT communities across London and are offering flexibility around weekly hours and a combination of onsite and offsite mentoring and outreach based on mentee and mentor availability and needs. The Duty Scheme Support Officer performs a vital role supporting the smooth running of ASAP’s duty scheme. Our scheme offers free legal representation for people in the asylum system who need food and shelter, but have been refused it, or are about to be evicted. Your work will help to ensure people are not left homeless when they are entitled to support.
You will work closely with the duty scheme team, especially the Duty Scheme Co-ordinator (DSC), to provide efficient and time-sensitive administrative support to the scheme. Women and Girls Network (WGN) was established in 1987 and has spent over 30 years supporting women and girls across London affected by gendered violence. This includes childhood sexual abuse, domestic violence, rape, prostitution (including trafficking and sexual exploitation), female genital mutilation (FGM), and so-called ‘honour’ based crimes such as forced marriage.
Our goal is to promote, preserve, and restore the mental health and wellbeing of women and girls, to empower them to make a total and sustainable recovery from the experiences of violence. About the role
We are excited to be advertising this newly created role as part of WGN’s growth. This role will be the lead on the finance function. Reporting into the Director of Finance and Resources, the role works closely with stakeholders across the organisation including executive leadership, with a specific focus on working closely with the Director and external auditors. The role will have two direct reports – Finance Business Partner and Finance Officer. This is a hands-on role and will have full responsibility for the finance function on a day to day and medium-term basis. The Financial Controller is to lead on all financial systems set up and upgrades.

About the role
We’re looking for a Human Resources Advisor with strong experience in employee relations and policy development to join our People Team. In this role, you’ll work closely with the HR Business Partners and act as the escalation point from our People Operations Team, offering comprehensive, pragmatic people advisory services across the organisation.
