This is an exciting time to join the team where the role will be a part of a small, very busy and dedicated People, Capability and Culture (PCC) team focusing on the UK and Germany. The role will be the first point of contact with employees and third-party providers. They will provide advice and support on a number of people and culture systems, processes, IT and travel. They will undertake a variety of HR and Operations administration duties, in keeping with employment law, charity policies and procedures, to support the UK and Germany (DE) Team.
This role with work closely with the Head of PCC & Operations to focus on:
• The coordination of recruitment working with the UK and DE hiring managers. This includes job postings, advertisements, PCC prescreening, scheduling interviews and liaising with candidates.
• Being responsible for managing the Diversity Monitoring process for all recruitment activities.
• Onboarding and welcoming of new recruits; drafting contracts, setting up profiles on BambooHR, ensuring the process is completed in a timely and welcoming way.
• Liaise with hiring manager on the new persons induction, set up meetings and have an onboarding pack ready to send and be completed. Follow up on key documentation and policies have been read and signed.
• HR operation projects and initiatives, induction, probation, sick leave, staff development, employee administration, policies and procedures, compliance monitoring and offboarding.
• The maintenance of all HR operations electronic systems in the UK and Germany to ensure all information is updated and accurate, and staff understand how to use the system.
• Take minutes of meetings as and when required, meeting the deadline in sending out the minutes.
The role will also focus on office management of the UK Head Office, this includes office maintenance issues, Health & Safety Compliance matters and other relevant areas requiring support as required. Liaising with our IT support team on maintenance of laptops and setting them up for new staff. Be the point of contact for staff office resources, supplies and equipment requirements.
Has excellent communication skills, including written and verbal to engage with employees and third-party providers. Is proficient in using HRIS software to manage employee data and produce reports. We are looking for someone to join the team who has the ability to identify issues and problem solve, be creative and can build and manage successful relationships with a variety of stakeholders. Previous charity sector experience and someone who can speak German (both verbal and written) is desirable.

Role Purpose
The Director of Operations is a critical leadership role responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective running of all operational aspects of Katherine Low Settlement. At Great Western Air Ambulance Charity, we’re looking for a new Head of HR and Compliance to join our Charity Leadership Team. This role will lead our people practice and ensure our team work collaboratively and compassionately in serving our communities. The Talent Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the Foundation’s Talent Hub. The role will work closely with and support the Head of Talent & Inclusion to deliver the Foundation’s talent management strategy. Key Responsibilities

- Contribute to a smooth onboarding process, working in collaboration with Hiring Managers and the People Operations Analyst.
Systems & Technology
- Manage the Foundation’s Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring it meets the organisation’s needs in collaboration with the external provider and Head of Talent & Inclusion.
- Provide administrative support for the Foundation’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including:
- Uploading job details
- Adding interview and application questions
- Assigning Hiring Managers to live roles
- Maintain and manage internal Talent Hub resources, including SharePoint sites, inboxes, and the Talent Hub page on the intranet.
Evaluation, Reporting & Process Improvement
- Work with the Head of Talent & Inclusion to review and enhance L&D policies within the Foundation.
- Support the Talent Acquisition Specialist in ensuring recruitment processes align with policies while driving continuous improvement.
- Be the first point of contact for all Talent Hub policies and procedures.
- Identify and recommend process enhancements for both L&D and talent acquisition functions, leveraging automation where possible, and in liaison with the People Operations Analyst.
- Ensure accurate data collection and reporting on L&D activities and recruitment metrics.
- Support the tracking and reporting of DEI metrics in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition Specialist and People Operations Analyst.

This is the opportunity to play an influential and impactful role in one of the most important causes of our generation – the climate emergency. Trees will enable 25% of the UK's 2050 net zero ambition and this role sits at the heart of this, supporting one of the UK’s largest woodland creation partnerships, England’s Community Forests.
The Community Forest Trust (CFT) is a charity that supports, enables and champions England’s Community Forests (ECFs). Across England there are 15 Community Forests that deliver social, economic, and environmental impact through woodland creation and restoration. In 2024/2025 they will plant over 2.5 million trees, most of which are funded through Defra’s national tree planting programme, the Nature for Climate Fund Programme.
The Managing Director will have the drive, rigour, and organisational and stakeholder management skills to develop and deliver a new CFT Business Plan. The current Business Plan was developed in 2022 and runs to March 2025. It has now been delivered.
The Managing Director will be responsible for providing the overall leadership and management of CFT and ensure effective governance and compliance with all legal requirements. To fulfil this aim, the Managing Director must ensure that robust structures and systems are in place to deliver CFT’s strategic priorities and CFT’s charitable aims and objectives.

- Take ownership of delivering the future direction and shape of CFT and deliver the CFT vision

About the team
This is an important role based in a busy Operations team which covers office management, information technology, finance and human resources. The team play a key role in supporting the organisation to achieve its mission of supporting young people from disadvantaged backgrounds to succeed.

About this role
We are looking for a talented professional with a strong understanding of CRM and digital systems and a passion for maximising the value of data, who is looking to join an organisation where they can put their skills to use across all aspects of our operations. You will join at a key time to develop and embed our work in this area, providing critical support to all our teams as well as maintaining and developing our cross-organisation systems.
You will lead on the development, administration, and staff engagement with, and training on, our Salesforce CRM system. This will include data from, and working with, all departments of Impetus, including our donors and prospects, our collaboration with partner charities, and our communications with email audiences. You will also manage the relationship with our existing Salesforce partner agency, drawing on them for additional support resource and coordinating broader development projects. The successful candidate will have experience developing and drawing value from Salesforce, including both technical development and collaborating closely with teams to drive engagement and best practice.
You will be responsible for our other cross-organisational digital systems, including our office and file storage platforms, data warehouse, visualisation, and ETL tools, website analytics, and Digital Asset Management system, as well as providing support for our Finance and HR systems, including providing training to staff and answering any questions related to these systems. You will collaborate closely with our Communications team, for example around website and social media analytics and reviewing the progress of the social media strategy. Key responsibilities
CRM:
- Own the development and administration of our Salesforce system.
- Work with all teams at Impetus to maximise their engagement with Salesforce and provide relevant training.
- Manage the relationship with our Salesforce support partner to leverage additional administration, and development project, resource.
- Ensure data quality and integrity within Salesforce.
- Gather information and data to identify business requirements and processes for adding to, or further developing on, Salesforce.
- Evaluate technical solutions in terms of meeting business requirements.
- Develop reporting within Salesforce.
- Answer staff queries and ad hoc requests.
Systems Management:
- Administer, maintain, and develop core organisational systems, including our office and file storage platforms, data visualisation and ETL tools, website analytics, Digital Asset Management system, and Finance and HR systems.
- Ensure effective knowledge management across our internal systems.
- Provide support to staff on these systems, including training, and answering any queries and ad hoc requests.
- Lead the development of the visualisation of core organisational and team data, as well as managing the underlying data.
- Maintain and develop our data warehouse.
- Collaborate with our outsourced IT partner to ensure the availability, resilient operation, and development of our systems.
- Aid the development of a culture of data literacy and data-driven decision-making across Impetus.
Person specification
Essential:
- Advanced knowledge of, and significant experience with, Salesforce development in a professional context.
- Experience around ensuring compliance with GDPR and cybersecurity frameworks e.g. CyberEssentials.
- Significant experience of collaborating closely with varied non-technical stakeholders to determine requirements, evaluate solutions, and plan development.
- Experience working with agencies and partners.
- Excellent team player, willing to work flexibly and collaboratively to respond to changing organisational needs/priorities.
- A proactive and solutions focussed approach.
- Excellent written and oral communications skills with the ability to communicate effectively in a range of formats to a range of audiences.
- Strong project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and use initiative to manage a busy and varied workload.
- Strong attention to detail with a clear and diligent working approach.
- Experience with MS Office suite.

Reporting to the Associate Director of Organisational Development (OD), this role will be very akin to a Head of OD/L&D with a focus on partnering and is a unique opportunity to lead and develop a team of three OD Partners, driving strategic organisational development across a large and complex institution. We are looking for someone who is hands-on, ready to take their team on a journey, and committed to training and developing them to effectively partner across the large and complex organisation.
About the Role
As Senior OD Partnering Consultant (Leadership Learning & Development), you will:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of three OD Partners, embedding best-practice OD partnering skills.
- Design and deliver impactful OD interventions, leadership development programmes, and cultural transformation initiatives and
- Partner with senior leaders across the Univeristy to shape and implement people development strategies.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in learning methodologies.
- Deputise for the Associate Director of OD (Learning & Leadership Development).
About You
We are looking for a dynamic OD leader with:
- Significant experience in a senior OD/L&D role and partnering within a large and complex organisation.
- Experience within Higher Education is a bonus
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing OD team.
- Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills.
- Hands-on experience designing and delivering leadership and OD programmes.
- A proactive, strategic, and data-driven approach.
Benefits
- £67,000 - £73,000 annual salary (depending on experience)
- Hybrid working - 2 days a week in the office (near King's Cross, Monday is a core office day)
