(For example; include participant numbers (starters /completers), participants name/ current role /nominating Diocese, programme structure / indicative content, delivery schedules and evaluation points for each cohort in each provider.)
- Lead on the establishment and co-ordination of a learning community drawn from the relevant delivery partner faculty, to meet not less than three times a year; ensuring programme insights and learning are captured, cross referenced with evaluation data and fed into future programme planning and on-going quality improvement.
- Manage administrative support which is provided by a Project Co-Ordinator.
- Coach senior leaders from any of the leadership programmes as the opportunities arise.
- Contribute to writing reports for key bodies when required, including the House of Bishops, the College of Bishops and General Synod if required.
- Deputise for the Head of Senior Leadership Development in internal and external meetings if required
- Contribute to the 'knowledge capital' on leadership in the Church and to the organisational learning that arises from the programmes.
- Participate in discernment panels for the Strategic Leadership Development Programme (SLDP) as required
- Any other duties as required and commensurate with the post.

The Victory Services Club (VSC) is a successful charity which provides membership services to serving & retired members of the UK Armed Forces, NATO, Commonwealth, and their families. The Club, which is close to Marble Arch, has 200 bedrooms, extensive dining facilities, and seven Event Rooms which are available for Club members. Their Event Rooms are hired to generate revenue for the charity. The Club operates a number of schemes to provide free breaks for serving members of the Armed Forces. We are currently recruiting a Marketing Coordinator.
The Role
Working across all areas of marketing in the business including Front of House, Membership, Events and Food & Beverage. You will be responsible for all aspects of Marketing including updating the website with new content and imagery using CMS, producing and sending out the monthly e-newsletter, producing and replenishing marketing material and supporting on all marketing projects including print and digital campaigns.
The Person
We are looking for a highly motivated, detail orientated individual who enjoys being creative. You must have strong experience in Marketing and Communications and be familiar with CMS including WordPress. A strong knowledge of social media management is essential. You must possess a good knowledge of Microsoft Word/PowerPoint/Publisher/Excel, along with knowledge of email marketing programmes.

The Fundraising Coordinator will play a pivotal role within the Supporter Services team, ensuring transactions and donations are processed according to strict guidelines. This role covers for the Supporter Care Officer during absences to maintain exemplary service, ultimately ensuring the development of long-term loyalty amongst our supporters. Key duties include:
