Job Title: Support Time and Recovery Worker
Location: Based in Lewisham, across various homes, hospitals, wards, and supported living accommodations
Salary: £27,000
Shift Pattern: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00. Please note that this is a 12 month fixed term contract.

About the role
This role is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting those who struggle with complex needs, substance use, and dual diagnosis. We are looking for someone who can work flexibly to support residents and participants who struggle to engage with the support available to them through various providers. You will be at the heart of engaging our participants to regain motivation and the strength to step down from acute psychiatric wards and other supported living, by empowering them with the relevant skills and knowledge to support their journey. You will support them towards achieving their personal goals including independent living. You will be based across various homes, hospitals, wards, and supported living accommodations based around Lewisham.
You will provide pathways, support, and appropriate interventions that will enable successful resettlements, and deliver to achieve more safer, integrated communities for our stakeholders. The areas of support will include: Prevention, Transition, Activities of Daily Living (ADL), Support, and Social Inclusion.
This role will work alongside South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust (SLAM) who provide the widest range of NHS mental health services in the UK. They also provide substance misuse services for people who are addicted to drugs and alcohol with 4,600 staff serving a local population of 1.3 million people.
- Support a caseload of participants, contribute to the development of support plans, risk assessments and reviews.
- Positively promote the pathways available towards independent living within the community. Ensure participants understand what tools and resources are available to them to regain independence.
- Participate in, and encourage R&Ps to participate in the running and development of projects, initiatives, training and volunteering.
- Recognise signs of deteriorating mental health and initiate appropriate interventions to prevent a crisis.

How are staff supported to work remotely?
VoiceAbility has a small number of offices. Employees including Team Leaders are homebased for Administration and meetings will be held online as well as in person in the relevant community.

Support Coordinator
We’re looking for an innovative, passionate, and professional individual with excellent communication and organisational skills to join the Stroke Recovery Service based in Haringey. This is an exciting opportunity to work with stroke survivors and their families to provide stroke recovery support following a stroke.
Position: S11275 Stroke Support Coordinator
Location: Home-based, Haringey, however, regular travel will be required as part of this role within the service area (may include other travel in London and nationally to include team meetings or other work-related meetings).
Salary: Circa £27,400 per annum (inner London weighting £3,950 per annum or outer London weighting £2,100 per annum may be applied in accordance with where you live)

Job purpose
You will be responsible for managing the financial transactions of the organisation. Working closely with the Finance Manager to ensure all financial systems are implemented effectively while ensuring data integrity and compliance with accounting standards. Accounts Payable
- Manage the day-to-day accounts payable activity to support the organisation's short-term obligations owed to its creditors or suppliers, including but not limited to:
- Utilise cloud-based software to manage supplier invoice activity.
- Dealing with external creditor and supplier queries.
- Assisting the Finance Manager with supplier contract renewals.
- Manage and reconcile expense activity across all business cards utilising cloud-based software where appropriate.
- Resolve accounting discrepancies.
Account Receivable
- Manage the day-to-day accounts receivable activity between the organisation and its clients, customers, and donors, including but not limited to:
- Process all incoming post and utilise the CRM database to record any fundraising income.
- Ensure cheques are deposited weekly in accordance with finance policy and procedures.
- Ensure accurate billing for goods or services, not including those related to healthcare.
- Reconcile incoming payments against all invoices.
Month End and Period End
- Assist the Finance Manager in the preparation of accurate monthly, quarterly, and yearly accounts by performing activities including but not limited to:
- Auditing and correcting where necessary the accounting allocation of transactional detail in accounting software.
- Monitor and audit aged debtors and creditors- correcting errors, reconciling unallocated payments, and chasing missing invoices where needed.
- Utilise the CRM database to calculate and submit the monthly gift aid return and perform the journal entry into accounting software.
Payroll Administration
- Collate salary transactional data from payroll reports, update payroll apportionment sheet and prepare journal for entry into accounting software.
Participate in Finance Audits
- Maintain records at a level which meets the needs of external auditors. Assist the Finance Manager in the preparation of document evidence and be on hand to assist during the field week section of the external audit.
Office Duties
- Assist the Finance Manager in various office duties including but not limited to:
- Monitoring office supply levels and replenish where necessary.

Brain Tumour Research is seeking an experienced and motivated Charity Event Co-Ordinator to join our team.
You will play a crucial role in helping the charity meet its strategic plans and objectives, which include campaigning to increase the national investment in brain tumour research to £35 million per year, while fundraising to create a network of seven sustainable Brain Tumour Research Centres of Excellence across the UK.

About the role

You will have experience of working with families and individuals with complex needs. To work as part of a team and independently, the roles require you to think creatively and use the resources around you effectively.
Strong partnerships will be essential to the project’s success. Building on relationships developed through the Homeward consortium, you will work closely with local schools, Lambeth Council, children’s centres, community organisations, and legal advisors to ensure meaningful signposting and wraparound support for families.
The successful candidate will work with clients to identify their needs and offer tailored solutions to help them achieve sustainable housing outcomes. In this role, you will be working in partnership with community organisations and the council to coordinate tailored support for each client to address their housing issues. The objective of the programme is to provide advice and support to clients who have problems related to their housing and to improve wellbeing and awareness of tenancy rights and housing polices.

We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable digital comms leader to:
- oversee the review and likely replacement of our website
- embed a digital first approach in our corporate communications and
- to contribute expertise to our wider digital transformation programme.
Experience of leading website replacement is essential as are good people management skills. Experience in a membership body or union would be advantageous.

*The CSP operates a hybrid working model, allowing employees to work between their home and the office. While we do not stipulate the number of days in the office, employees can decide, through discussions with their line managers, how, when, and where they work best, balancing the needs of the CSP, the team, and themselves. Employees are still expected to attend the office for in-person meetings when required for their role and the organisation. Homeworking is subject to meeting homeworking assessment requirements, which include a minimum broadband speed of 18Mbps and a dedicated space to work from.
